Hospital Workers provide essential services and went through very high and tedious training along side many years of education. It is like that all over the world. Nowhere in the world is the average engineer paid more than the average doctor. I get your points from a Nigerian viewpoint. But it is also the prevailing poverty/economy in the country that makes other professionals in Nigeria to continue to look over ONLY the salaries of doctors/healthworkers and comparing them with theirs, which insidiously and unknowingly tends to generate envy for the doctors/healthworkers Quit looking at the salaries ALONE... It is NOT unfair that your corper doctor colleagues or other corper healthworkers earn 60 -100k or so. An observation I have made is that different guages give you different pressures. For eg, Vulcaniser A will use his guage and tell you its at 40psi while B will give measure same as 50psi. I think the best is for one to own his/her personal guage in order to have consistent reference/results. Or at least, you the same vulcaniser's guage all the time as much as possible. Meanwhile, the maximum pressure for my tires 195/65/15 is 44psi The manufacturer's recommendation ('99 Accord, EX, I4) is 30psi 1 Like |

Andrew Lally In July 1969, the Biological Warfare Division of the Dept. of Defense requested a House Appropriations hearing for funding from the US Senate for 8€ million to develop synthetic biological agents or bio-warfare weapons. US Army bio-warfare expert Dr. Donald MacArthur told the Senate: “Within the next 5 to 10 years, it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism [that] ... might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes [depended upon] to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases” – in other words, a virus that would kill the immune system. On December 10, 1974, Henry Kissinger argued in National Security Memorandum 200, “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for US Security & Overseas Interests”, that “Depopulation should be the highest priority of US foreign policy towards the Third World”. He did not say how depopulation was to be achieved ... In 1986, Dr. Robert Strecker alleged that the US military distributed its HIV bio-weapon by means of the World Health Organisation´s smallpox vaccination programme, under which tens of millions of Africans were vaccinated by injection during the late 1970s. HIV was then introduced into the US population via United States Public Health Service Hepatitis B vaccinations on gay and bisexual men, carried out between 1978 and 1981 in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, St. Louis, Denver and Chicago. Those cities subsequently developed the US´ highest AIDS rates. Of those who received the hepatitis B vaccination in New York in 1978, more than half were diagnosed with AIDS by 1984. Time magazine denounced Strecker´s theory, but it has since been supported by various doctors, including author, Dr. Alan Cantwell, AND Dr. Robert Gallo, who is credited with having been the first to isolate HIV, at Fort Detrick in 1984 (Fort Detrick being home to the National Cancer Institute and the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research). Gallo commented in 1987 that the smallpox-HIV link was “interesting and important”, adding that “live vaccines such as that used for smallpox can activate a dormant infection such as HIV”. Gallo may have actually discovered HIV back in the early 1970s, but ... his work was suppressed. [This is] echoed by Richie and Rosalind Chirimuuta in AIDS, Africa and Racism ... They also note the similarity between HIV and the sheep virus, Visna, hinting at some lab-induced mutation. In his 1986 pamphlet, AIDS: USA Home-made Evil, Jacabo Segal, biology professor at Humboldt University in East Berlin, suggested that HIV was created at Fort Detrick in 1977, when the sheep virus, Visna, was spliced together with HIV-1. The resulting concoction was then tested on “volunteer” prisoners in exchange for early release. HIV then spread to the population through gays. I really don't comprehend why phone makers would choose to make phones with micro sims instead of the regular sims? Are there things that micro sims do that regular sims cannot do? I just dislike the idea of having to cut my sim each time in order to use it with some phones. |

There is nothing wrong with that. Why do we always want to 'lie' to the world? When more than 60% of our people do not even have the 'luxury' of keke and danfos. Why do we as people in the 'cities' forget that most other nigerians live in the most remote parts of the world, cook with firewood fuel, get water from streams, no tap water, no access road to towns with even keke or danfo, use lamps and kerosene cos no electricity, no functional healthcenters, etc for 54 yrs of one of the most wicked leaderships in the world. I say wicked cos I have seen corrupt leaders who still believe human beings deserve the most basic amenities and so provide them. That we stay in Abuja, lagos, ph, enugu doesnt mean google should show asorock or Ikoyi as the relection of Nigeria or Nigerian people. The picture is decent for what it represents 3 Likes |

Just get the baby to suck them. That will initiate the milk ejection reflex that will make the milk flow. Drinks lots of fluid, and relax. Worries and anxiety will inhibit milk flow Just because it looks like breast milk doesnt mean it will produce milk when ingested, @palmwine and watery pap advisers. 1 Like |

I reason that way cos I have seen it all - the good, the bad and the ugly sides of the situation to know it is wrong to make any blanket statements about it, unless when one is coming from a religious perspective, which is a different thing altogether. my friend and her husband - then just a boyfriend- spent the last 4 of their 5 years in school as roomates, friends, lovers and of cos school husband and wife. he was not even such a promising lad as many would have judged. He was barely older than her, both were in the same department, at the same level. fastforward 3 years after graduation and they are happily married - an apparent envy of many. He, for 2 years now has been a graduate employee of one of the banks. And with his help, his former roommate in school, former lover, friend, and now wife, will be resuming at the same bank on Monday as a graduate employee. you would say this is a one-off, but so could the ugly and bad stories you may have heard about such associations be to someone who has mostly seen the good sides of such like I said, ''why bother, when all parties involved are adults''. 4 Likes |

Lexusgs430: It is usually obvious by default, that the newer model is usually better than the former. In form factor,specifications etc etc etcIt is not always true. The older z10 has better specs than the newer z3. The z10 resolution is much better, camera is better(8MP, 2mp Vs 5MP, 1.1mp), CPU, Ram etc Infact apart from battery which is better in the Z3, the z10 is a much better phone. The price range is the same for both phones, so money will not be a strong factor here. 1 Like |

Whatever he chooses, PLS LET HIM NOT SETTLE FOR MED LAB, PHARMACY OR ANY OTHER CLINICAL COURSE it is such practice that gives rise to JOHESU and all their troubles. When people who want to study medicine settle for 'less', they are never satisfied in their new profession hence the numerous 'doctor wanna-bes'. That alone is the genesis of half the problems in the health sector today. IF HE DOES NOT GET MEDICINE, please choose any other course apart from JOHESU courses. Architecture, psychology, etc are excellent courses let those who study paramedical courses be those who actually understand the scope and meaning of such courses, and love them that way, not those who will see it as a make-up to a failed attempt at being a doctor, or as a short cut to becoming a doctor.
