CHIMCO: Are they celebrating or mourning? If they had garthered and raised funds for their illing colleague he would have been alive. Shame!
Did you here about his sickness then? Did you give from even the little you have to help? Did you even try to tell wealthy people you know to assist him? If you answer yes to any of the question then you have the right to post this comment of yours. Otherwise, you're all the same. We all are. Fact is, we always think we need to have millions in our accounts before we can render financial help. No we don't, ask anybody who is begging and you will know. He who isn't good with little, I assure you, will not be good with much.

PoliticsRe: Advice Me On My Black Berry Curve Phone. by omicron(m): 4:02pm On Jan 24, 2013
omicron: The problem is that u didn't vote during the last elections as a result of which the sensor was manipulated at a station near the Custom's office in Abuja leading to the sacking of the DG of Customs which could not have happened if Abacha won that election knowing the Ministry of Power is currupt. What i'm saying exactly is that your Topic is in the wrong section! grin grin grin grin shocked
on a more serious note, this may be because your fone is mostly used in 'high performance'. Try using the 'save battery' options more and see if it improves. But a specialist will advise u better so take it to 'Phones'.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Swansea Vs Chelsea - Capital One Cup - (0 - 0) On 23rd January 2012 by omicron(m): 8:37am On Jan 23, 2013
Afam4eva: Swansea is currently in form and with Chelsea current dismal form, i see them losing this match. They don't have what it takes to challenge swansea except luck is on their side which i doubt.
Hmmm, you know what? Whenever you express these negative views of yours about chelsea, they usually go on to win the game!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Swansea Vs Chelsea - Capital One Cup - (0 - 0) On 23rd January 2012 by omicron(m):
All dat's needed is a goal within the first 15minutes, and good, very good, defending. Use Ba ahead of torres and pair them up from 70minutes. Take Ivanovic to Right back to avoid disturbing memories of the first leg. Start Terry, he will understand the import of the game most. Combine both tactics of penetrative midfield-to-striker play as well as defender-to-attacker long balls. Warn Ramires and Lampard against selfish games. Up Mata!!!
Car TalkRe: Safest Place To Drive In Nigeria by omicron(m): 11:52am On Jan 22, 2013
Enugu is a safe place to drive cos the roads are good and the network of roads is great too. Moreso, traffic is comparatively light and there is no okada any longer, making it all the more car-friendly.

Cape verde has a good team, though inexperienced. But for SA's home advantage, I would have predicted a Cape Verde's win. It's going to be a stalemate then.

Ubaha Ogberuru: It baffles me that in most homes that I have entered, they serve you refreshments in the living room. People often decorate their dinning place and use it to fulfill all righteousness that they have a dinning room. Why is it so?
It's a matter of discipline.

RomanceRe: It Is Not Easy To Be A Woman by omicron(m): 1:30pm On Jan 15, 2013
davroca16: -Rape
-Abuse
-Abortion
-Pregnancy
-Harassment
-Breast Cancer
-Period
-Being walked on
-Being cheated on
WOMEN GO THROUGH A LOT, RESPECT THEM.
Neither is easy being a MAN

-A lot of people depending on you
-prostate cancer
-Getting cheated on and then getting blackmailed by the same woman who cheated on you
-Being at the war fronts, etc.

Aside pregnancy and more imprtantly, the pain of labour (which you failed to mention) there's no special "difficulty" in being a woman.

And how is 'abortion' supposed to be a criterion why being a woman isn't easy?
FamilyRe: Do You Share The Same Toothbrush With Your Spouse? by omicron(m): 12:03pm On Jan 15, 2013
nikkykay: una no dey swall una saliva when una dey kisshuh?? undecided undecided undecided
And what kinda infection r u talking about her ?
when dre is love, dre shldnt b anything like irritation!
mutual swallow of saliva during kissing is a different thing altogether. When your husband puts food in his mouth, chews it and then brings it out immediately, maybe you can still eat it, ba? Maybe, afterall the food is fresh, and you are in love too! That's eqvivalent to sharing saliva. But when he chews the food, brings it out and keeps it on the shelf in the bathroom overnight, will you still pick up the same stale food and eat under any circumstance? Certainly no! This second analogy is similar to what happens when toothbrush is shared between spouses, or anybody else, for that matter.
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by omicron(m): 11:21pm On Jan 14, 2013
Afam4eva: It's funny that some other governors go to the media to boast about developments that can't be compared with those in Enugu. yet you wonder why Sullivan Chime and the Enugu government never for once blew their own trumpet. They've been working silently and no noise was made. I think this is what we need from our leaders. Your work should speak for you and not you speaking for your work.

I know that very soon i will move to Enugu to test the waters before deciding whether or not i will move their permanently.
It's really funny bro. I have said it before, Sullivan is the prototype of what good governance should be, in the Nigerian context at least. He has shown great efficiency in resource management, administration, competence, vision and overall development. Right from the day one in office, he left no one in doubt about his vision for the state. Six long years on, this vision is becoming even clearer. This is the kind of leadership Nigeria need. If every leader in Nigeria does like this, year after year, Nigeria wouldn't have been the joke it currently is, socioeconomopolitically! Chei, Na me speak this grin

PoliticsRe: Why Would A UNIBEN Professor Lie? by omicron(m): 2:45pm On Jan 11, 2013
As a scientist, Prof did not truly follow the procedures for such discoveries. He is a Professor and not some bush man preparing herbs, so he should have known that such protocols - which are relevant in themselves - must be followed.

However, I feel what the Prof did is rather intended towards protection of his Patent Right, should his discovery prove to be true after the necessary trials. This is a horrible society. If these events did not occur, and Prof had involved all and sundry at the preliminary stage of his research, do you think the recognition would have been accorded him? I doubt, cause more powerful people would wrestled it from him.

But I do not believe all this 'conspiracy theory' we always tend to believe. HIV/AIDS IS REAL! It has no cure - just like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, peptic ulcer(non infective), migraine, hepatitis, and uncountable other diseases!
