I think is high time those civil defence guys take over from police. They look more responsible, responsive, agile and ready to work compared to those men in black who will take off their uniform on hearing gunshot from an unknown location. A senior police officer is still in the hospital currently receiving treatment, he broke his one of his legs for trying to jump a fence during a rubbery attack. The rubbers divided themselves into two, a group faced the Uba bank which is the target, the other group faced the police station. The police ran into the Bush. At the end. A police was killed and a 4 or 5 years old girl... The rubbers set their patrol vehicle on fire. That was the first day I heard the sound of dynamite. The sound is huge. The bullet proof door of the bank was removed completely by the dynamite.

Talking from experience, I don't think this thing as to do with anything like spirit. From my experience, one major cause of drug use is idleness, I have observed that when ever I sit for a long time doing nothing, the Sweet memory of how good I will feel if only I take some dose. Another thing to ask him is, what led him to using drug, everybody into drug, something pushed pushed them into it. It could be one challenge he was facing, to find a solution to that problem, he probably went to different people seeking advice and maybe one person suggested the drug aspect to him and he tried it and the thing made sense to him then. I have a reason for using the I'm using. But the reason I'm now using the drug now is not what led me into it but because my body now needs it to function normal. Your brother case is too bad, his probably into combination of drugs, using several different drugs at a time. If his one particular drug, he won't be that bad.I have been into this is thing for 9 years, you can never notice it in my behavior. If don't tell you, you can't know. I use just one particular drug though in much quantity. I promised not had any other one nothing even alcohol. When ever me and my friends go out, they go for their brands I settled for malt or coke, they will be like what is this but I didn't allow that to shake me. Use of drug is bad whether one or combination. That is why I always try my best not to introduce anybody into it. When I read some comments here I laugh. Some people said chain him, some said take him for deliverance. You can never understand if you have not been there. From my experience the best way to stop, is to reduce the dosage gradually till the brain can function well without it. 85% of ppl in drug wants to stop but its is very tough to do. Me I want to stop. What I'm doing is reducing the dosage. Normally I take 450mg a day, now I take 150mg but I will have to combine with ibuprofen to make it more effective. I think I'm making progress. Anybody that is advicing a person into drug to stop it totally at once is a killer. The person will cause more problem than solution. Its almost impossible to do without replacement. Cutting down the dosage and getting active all the time will bring much improvement. I pray I'm able to stop it totally one day.

there is but very difficult to get. Its not easy the people go about promising ppl fixed game

I don't know if to call it a scam or robbery. Two years ago in Alabama international market, I was there to buy speakers for my deck, I got to this particular shop, I saw these two lovely speakers, I priced it, the guy told me is 8k for both speakers, I begged him to allow me pay 5k, after much bargaining he agreed, he brought out his receipt, he filled his own part and gave it to me to sign, I too immediately signed it. He collected the 5k and gave me only one speaker, I became angry, I said I paid for two things you gave me only one, the guy told me that, that is what my money can afford. At this point, I took another look at the receipt only for me to see that the quantity the guy wrote on the receipt was one speaker not two and I have already signed it. I became ashamed of myself, I don't know anybody in the area, I can't go to police station to make complain because the signature had already knocked me down. The only thing I could do was begging the guy. After much argument, the argument got the attention of the people. Few people came to interfere. To cut the long story short. I had to add extral 1k before the guy released the second speaker. The leson i learnt from that experience is to always take a good look at any receipt before putting your signature.

Another scam I suffered in the same market. I bought a DVD disk that contains Jacky Chan movies. But when play the disk on my DVD player, only for me to see a white preaching from the beginning to the end of the disk

They stealing your wallet is another form of scam, the wallet was probably taken away with a particular skill or trick not with a gun. That is what scammer use Tricks. They call it Format.

Forget that thing, what you don't know is that closest people are the ones that will scam you like your wife or children. Do You know how many children or students have scammed their parents. A lot of people have been scammed without knowing. Only few scam cast. A lot of scam go undetected. You can only avoid scam if only you don't associate humans. Those people you trust must.like is my best friend, his my brother or sister in the Lord, is my pastor.
