drrionelli:
naija diva asked:
As I understand it, naija diva, bushmeat is a general term for various wild game meats in Nigeria. Now, let me note that I'm not Nigerian, but that's what I've been told by others who would know. So, it could be anything from porcupine to rat, I've been told.

Am I correct, friends?
NO. it's not rat but Rabbit and it lives in the wild.

FamilyRe: Housewife or Working Woman? by omoge(f): 12:21am On Sep 13, 2007
Leilah:
Well what about having a two year old, working full time, studying in the last year of my degree, cooking three meals for the day/evening/night, cleaning, attending to the child. I am not entitled to a home help. I am white lady. Do you think a naija lady work work full time, raise A child, study and do all the household chores?? huh
Yes!! big time more than an average American lady. Even a typical village woman with 10 children has a business, takes care of her home (no laundry machine or dish washer or car to go shopping) etc. So Leilah, you are yet to jam a typical naija woman, smile. They can do more than you are presently doing. No offense to your current role.

RomanceRe: Guys: Would You Marry A Lady Based On The Fact That She Is Pregnant For You? by omoge(f): 1:35am On Sep 11, 2007
$$Rhino:
i blv marrying because of pregnancy is the worst thing 2 peopkle could do to themselves, it is like commiting the rest of your life into insanity, i will be in the life of the kid full time, if the mother lets me, and if the mother won't let me, i will go to court to be in the life of the kid, i will rather have me and the woman take our time to be sure that it will work out, because i ave seen enough men and women getting married all because of big belle, and as much as big belle bo be sin, forcing yourself to marry someone that is not totally because of love, that is insane, and i will not be part to it, there are so many i love you(s) and nor enough i am in love with you, if i am not in love with the woman, there is no how we cld share the future and a home.
wasn't it insanity when someone decides to make love to a person you aren't married to? and without protection for that matter? that's why i think bf and gf thing is insane. cuz guys talk from both side of their mouth!
RomanceRe: Guys: Would You Marry A Lady Based On The Fact That She Is Pregnant For You? by omoge(f): 1:29am On Sep 11, 2007
most of the other people responding to this post have mentioned this already

A baby doesn't equal a successful marriage. just because someone is pregnant for you doesn't mean you marry that person. your main responsibility is to make sure that child is well taken care of financially mentally emotionally etc

Dont make a mistake and get stuck with some chick who is just a hit and run and by the way put a cap on it pregnancy might be the least of your problems

Don't make a mistake of Banging/have sex when you are not ready to settle down. hold you blokoss and wait, you won't die from lack of bang. it's not good to sleep with a girl and get her pregnant when you know you aren't ready to marry her.

CultureRe: Nnunu Ebe: The Mysterious Tree by omoge(f): 5:29pm On Sep 10, 2007
e no fair o. the tree will speak to one person and not the rest. Barmuda triangle will swallow one ship or plane and not the other.

why the mysterious tree is not documented in nigeria if it's really true baffles me.

anyway, explore your imagination grin

+osisi:
LOL.
no wonder girls are finding it hard these days to find husbands.
But these men also have to start working harder to provide. grin
when a man can't buy ordinary bottle of schnapps and 24 loaves of bread, how will he feed and clothe the girl?
all the reason why i will always support bride price. by the way osisi, i love that lists you got on the first page Big time  grin
