Denex, I will disagree with you on that. The oyinbo media does not focus on Nigeria alone. They carry their own news big (BIG) time. People tend to think that western media is only good at carrying news from other places. Well, that's what the News media houses are for. To carry news from anywhere in the globe (theirs are not exempted).

If you are in Nigeria, I’m sure you got to know what’s happening (so far you are aware of how many people have died) because they are broadcasting it themselves.

since oyinbos always carry news of whatever happens in Nigeria, shouldn't nigeria (n) do the same? at least people not in nigeria are aware of what's happening there (thanks to the oyinbo media). People overseas are more aware of happenings in nigeria than an average nigerian living there.
