well, with a doctor who is making toasting and talking about dog bite, you wouldn't want to leave. so i had to just listen to him. don't forget i had dog wound on me and wouldn't just run out. its not his clinic. it's a military hopital (just a lil correction) smiley
HealthRe: Doctors And Hospitals In Nigeria by omoge(f): 12:50pm On Apr 21, 2007
some few years ago, my mom's friend was admitted into the hospital for pains and other sickness. she was discharged after few days. 2weeks later, same pain started again. she was rushed to the hospital and discharged few days later.

so the third time she was admitted, i went with my mom to visit her. she told us she will be discharged the following day. when we went to see her in her home, she was in very serious and terrible pains.  she kept telling my mom, i have this bad and horrible pain in my abdomen, when i piss i feel so hurt, i was listening to their conversation. on our way home, i told my mom i think she has gonorhea. and penecilin is what i read will help. my mom was like where did you know that from small pikin? my mom always love to listen to my health stories which i read in mags. i told her i read it from the various Healthcare Magazine daddy always buy (anyone remember that magazine? i think it's like monthly magazine.

so my mom out of pity for her friend went back. and was telling her friend maybe she had gono. she was like what is that? her husband heard and then rush to the chemist to buy the penecillin. he knew how to give injection so he gave his wife Peni injection. when we saw her the following week, she was all smiles and healthy, !!! i will always remember that for the rest of my life, as young as i was then!

i hate the doctors there, some are so randy. Once I went for rabbies injection after i thought i was bitten by a dog. the doctor gave me a list of what to buy but added that it was a scratch and i will be fine without injection. but if i want to play safe, that was fine. then he started toasting me, i just listened to his rabbling how beautiful, how good looking and many other blah blah. I looked around his office and saw a wifey picture of their wedding. i was like what! he continued and wanted to take me out to lunch. I said okay when next i come for the injection. As i was leaving he started handling and tapping my backside. I was pissed and scared. i told him i will be here soon for the injection. he then let me go with a big grin and all smiles (for the big meat coming the next time i guess). With that, I rushed out. I never went back !!!

Yes love kills. When someone break your heart, it is terrible especially if you truly and really love that person. if you don't have a strong mind and a support system, there is tendency of harms.

sorry abt your friend.

BusinessRe: Nylon Making Business. Any Ideas? by omoge(f): 4:19am On Apr 21, 2007
Today in Oprah was about EARTH DAY coming soon. Lynon and paper bags are not encouraged if you are earth friendly. I think times are changing now. Was said that lynon takes 1million years to decompose. Who know lynon will no longer be use in future. Take your own washable bag to the market, that kind of thing. So make sure you do alot of Research to make sure about it and think about shopping bags that can be recyled or reused, all the real best,  wink

HealthRe: Can This Be True? (the Youngest Mother Ever ) 5 Years Old by omoge(f): 3:59am On Apr 21, 2007
oh! you should have seen that one. and there was another kid boy too. that one was like 6 when the surgery was done to remove the dead fetus of his brother, kids always teased him that he was pregnant and refuses to play with him, and unfortunately surgery proved so. because the doctors later found out his dead brother was what is inside him after the surgery, complete with every part of his body intact.

HealthRe: Can This Be True? (the Youngest Mother Ever ) 5 Years Old by omoge(f): 3:35am On Apr 21, 2007
I watched a documentary on TLC and Discovery Health channel of some women one in England, another in somewhere closed to Russia (i forgot the country) and many others, one was pregnant with twins, she lost one of the baby but for some reason some part of the miscarried twins survived and lived on inside the other twins, when she gave birth, the new baby had a swolllen stomach. Diagnosis showed his twins, they had to operate to remove the other death twin inside the new baby, scared me o

the other woman carried the lost baby who continued to survive partially inside the woman for more than 40 years. A surgery was done in England to remove it, oh my God you should have seen it, real baby!!!! she was already old by the time this surgery was done. she said she had always felt pains but living in the village, she did not know what it was and the village hospital did not see anything wrong with her. they showed the baby, wow!!! it looked so real, it attached itself to the woman's body and became part of her body that the surgery to removed it was risky.

the health documentary opened my eyes to mysteries, and i think that's this 5years old situation. there is a name for it, will post it when i remember. there are many cases that was documented.

BHOPAL: In a bizarre and medically shocking incident, a 35-year-old woman in Madhya Pradesh survived carrying a dead foetus for over 15 years.

She was however operated upon on Friday at the government hospital at Khargone, 348 km from here, and the dead foetus weighing a kilo-and-half was finally removed from her womb.

Renubai conceived two years after her marriage. But since her menstrual cycle started in the seventh month of her pregnancy, her family members thought she had a miscarriage and the foetus, which they thought was a tumour, remained in the womb.

On not conceiving again, the poor Dalit family took it as their fate and the couple adopted a son. Meanwhile, whenever Renubai complained of stomach ache, they took her to a quack as they could not afford to see a qualified doctor. His medicines provided her some relief and they never took the matter seriously.

This time, however, the medicines did not work and she was taken to the district hospital where sonography and other tests revealed that she was carrying a dead foetus.

Ultimately, she was successfully operated upon with her uterus being removed as a precautionary measure leaving the doctors astounded that the 15-year-old dead foetus did not cause any infection in the woman's womb.

Wondering at the 'amazing immune system' of the patient and appreciating her body resistance, Khargone district hospital civil surgeon Viraj Phalke, expressed surprise over her remaining alive for so many years with a dead foetus.

FoodRe: Kunu - Tell Me Everything You Know About It by omoge(f): 9:48pm On Apr 20, 2007
walahi, i love kunu zaki.

i love the other type made from millet with big millet balls inside (drink and chew) from Kaduna

i have tasted freshly made burukutu (soooooo sweet). I have a classmate whose mama sells burukutu

I love a good meal of Pete and kunu zaki  grin

Kunu made from corn alone, whitish
kunu made from sorghum, brownish
kunu made from millet, somehow whitish
mixtures of the grains, color lil brownish
all yummy, don't forget instead of sugar we add sweet potatoes before blending so no need to add sugar.

*corn sprout, corn soaked for few days, dried sweet potatoes, ginger little pepper and blend all together to a very smooth paste
*in a seperate pot, bring large amount of water to a boil
*pour the boil water inside the paste and stir. it will look thick like Akamu (pap).
*cover and leave till next day.
*the next day, it will look watery (i think the corn sprout made the thickness to change to watery some hours after making it
*filter with thin clean filter cloth
*pour in plastic bottle and put in fridge

FamilyRe: Will You Marry Him? by omoge(f): 2:52pm On Apr 20, 2007
you like him? what about you Love him?

do you like him because he is caring (and what do you mean ''caring here')

i think love is stronger than like. and if you have both (like and love), then Perfecio!

if you like him enough to marry him, what will happen when aging starts to pay visit after marrying him? will you still like him?

@34 for a guy is a good thing. I think age doesn't matter much but ask yourself, do you LOVE him? if you do, you will be fine.

for me i will marry him if the plan is on and continue with whatever i have going for me (career, school etc).

but you know, the gals are learning the hard way now. it's like try and luck because they know those guys from obodo oyinbo are fake.
CrimeRe: Virginia Tech Rampage by omoge(f): 1:50am On Apr 20, 2007
Now am confused with Oyinbo. why are they upset that Choism was air on Tv and the media? I don't think it would have been good if NBC and the FBI hide what Cho posted to NBC. Me thinks NBC and others did a good job airing what Cho sent to them, but seems the victims family are upset with the media. I think it is good because it made everyone to see the EVIL that Cho was and as such those dead triumph over Cho.
Do you think the media is granting Cho wish in death, what do you think o?

4 Play, that was an interesting one. Na wah for rappers sha.
