haha... you make me laugh. If we are looking for a religion that protects women, it is Islam. It is only in Islam women do inherit her father or husband's property. It is only in Islam women are allowed to use her father's name after she is married till she dies. It is only in Islam women dressed in a modest. It is only in Islam women aren't use for sex object like modelling or strippers.
For your info not only muslim women do dress like that. The orthodox jewish women do dress like that too.

I knew some like you will still come and defend the indefensible contrary to the Kuran, Hadith, history and the experience of the majority of Muslim women in the world.

Nairalanders, this very topic brought some arguments between me and my friends. I need your comments on the post 'Is it right to pray before having sex with your Boyfriend/Girlfriend?' Especially if she/he is to spend a night with you. Should one pray for God's protection through the night. And equally forgiveness of sin before the night sleep of which sex will be involved?

I have a sis who is about 22 years old, schools in a private university. She lives alone off her school campus but a friend of hers stays with her, she own a car which is less than six months that she uses for school runs and other social activity. She called me a couple of minutes ago saying she had mistakenly crashed the car against the fence of her building and she needed me to get it repaired. But the truth about it according to what a friend of mine who studies in her in school told me was that she is seeing a particular guy, who she recklessly spends on, and it was he who damaged the car and not my sis..... I plan on paying her a visit tomorrow at school.... The question here is should I strip her completely of all the benefits she enjoys or talk to her about the guy who she is allegedly dating

Sin unrepented of, brings final damnation.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.

Sin disquiets the peace of the soul. "But the wicked are like the tossing sea, which cannot rest, whose waves cast up mire and mud." "There is no peace," says my God, "for the wicked." Isaiah 57:20-21. Whatever defiles, disturbs. As poison corrupts the blood—so sin corrupts the soul. Sin breeds a trembling at the heart; it creates fears, and there is "torment in fear." Sin makes sad convulsions in the conscience. Judas was so terrified with guilt and horror, that he hanged himself to quiet his conscience. In order to ease his conscience—he threw himself into Hell.

Now sin appeals to our selfish nature, and promises personal gratification at the expense of righteousness.

Finally, unless we the Christians make sin taste bitter to us, Christ will not be sweet. The more bitterness we taste in sin, the more sweetness we shall taste in Christ.

May Almighty God give us the power to overcome sin.

I read with trepedation testimonies of some people how they had miracles intervention in some area of their lives! Specifically, some had some financial challenges, and they prayed and someone they never met knocked on their doors and gave them the exact amount they needed claiming that they were instructed by the Holy spirit ! Some said while in great danger, they saw a man come to their aid lelues only for the helper to disappear immediately they are in safety!
If you take time to read some magazines, church newsletters and bulletins, you will encounter different types of testimony or signs and wonders experienced by some so called believers!
Are these things really( time of a concortinat an) arranged write ups or figments of imagination by a (roapped) society that are poor and hopeless. Is not a ploy by some pastors to divour people their churches (squize) out offerings from them!
What does it take to receive the kinds of divine attention and assistance from God of at exaits at all?
Help me.
