This is a serious matter, kalu should send adverts to CNN and the other renowed media houses about attracting tourists to the dirtiest city in Naija, if not Africa! Imagine how dirty the whole country will look when such a person becomes president, God forbid! |
Hey guys, maybe Aba can make money on dirt-tourism. I am sure a lot of people will be happy to visit the dirtiest city in the world, |
OBJ should rise now and put his foot down to stem this from spiralling into a National mayhem. |
@Relax, this is our concern, the publication has nothing to do with the churches burnt and humans killed in Nigeria. that cartoon was never published in Nigeria |
@Cushma, it is a pity that we have people like you in my country and for the so many countless muslims who don't know their left from right. What has a cartoon published in Denmark got to do with Christains in Maiduguri? Did the christians there publish the cartoon in their churches and shops? If mohammed once lived as a human and is reverred, how come you show similar respect and reverence to fellow human beings? Why kill them? I guess the actions of the northern muslims justifies the intent of the cartoon published. |
Thank you, there are hazards everywhere. While the bird flu might have been due to a natural course, you cannot tell me that planting a nerve gas occurs naturally. Those are the handwork of terrorists and their targets? - the west! |
@Kokcity, did you hear that there was a nerve gas attack in the US? I am not sure you guys are safe afterall. It may be a fluke now, but don't be suprised at what may happen soon. |
Would you rather have the indians and dubious lebanese to buy up these firms? |
The very first day I visited Alaba international market, I was utterly disgusted. There was total chaos and hassling! Compare that to a well structured mega complex where medium to large stalls are located and condusive for trading. |
@I.B, before you kill me, let me clarify myself. The point I was making is that the guy that was requesting information on plastics can acccess the already existing market available in Nigeria... |
There are dozens of Indian companies on this business in Nigeria. |
There will be no jobs and employment if there are no investments, but investments can not thrive in a volitile environment. Look at Warri for example... |
I tire oooo, even almighty Britain and USA do not process online passport. Like every other nation, we can now download and fill the form at our convenience. I also heard they will want to start online payments for the inter. passports to cut of the fraudulent immigration officers |
Hello folks, I am not sure if this has been discussed on this forum. I saw this Nigerian movie website on a Nigeria forum on films and it seems to be a nice flick. Check it out. The title of the film is 30 days. http://www.30daysthemovie.com/ |
God forbid that my country has to work to become like Ghana |
Why is it that the rest of the world cannot make movies that make the USA the bad govt and their millitaries the bad guys. Why can't we have a nollywood movie depicting a Nigerian as a hero who goes on a rescue mission in the US or US army controlled facility? |
This guys is humble, you do not see him fighting his governor over shares in his state unlike the Adedibius...I think he is a business man to emulate. |
Do you really think it will cheaper to shoot a film in some European countries than in Nigeria? |
How can they provide such infastructures when workers are being abducted, work equipments vandalised and dynamites planted everywhere? |
I do not think Tears of the sun was shot in Nigeria... I can't remember the location but you can check the Nigerian embassy (washington) website for more information. |
Except OBJ had a hand directly in the removal, then we should not blame this on OBJ.. Even Ladoja had confirmed earlier that OBJ had no stake in it (or do you guys want to tell me that Ladoja was against OBJ 3rd term?). I will prefer that OBJ stays out of state politics. However they are all thieves..Ladoja, Ngige, Alams, Dariye..etc . They all needed to go for soiling their integrity with the dirty hands of the so called god-fathers. It is no shame on Nigeria, but the stupidity of the supposed good guys turn dirty by want of power! |
If Ladoja was such a technocrat as claimed, how did he get his hand in dirty mud with an arrogant man like Adebibiu? |
God forbid! |
This has to be addressed before this forum becomes a ding-dong like the asorock forum.. I am in full support that will make only meaningful contributions |
So many of my Benin folks have been complainiing of so many houses he is buying up in London. I also know that Edo is a non-performing state with high crime, very bad roads, etc |
Gov Igbinedion of Edo state should be next |
Should the president always interfer in state affairs by stopping what the assemby men wants to do? I don't think that will be a good tradition |
The V-president is bad himself..they are all bad!!! It was good riddance to bad rubbish that Ladoja has become. Ibadan or Oyo has been a non-performing state. Although it is very clear that ladoja's god-father has an imprint in this, was Ladoja guilty of some misdeamnors? How come he was averting presenting his case before the panel with so many lawsuits? If his hands were clean, the he would have answered at least one of the allegations. That said, it is a sad development that someone would think he is above all in a state. It is such a shame. We have to work together to make things change come 2007. Love Naija |
