House maids in this 21st century can't be trusted again, it is best to get a relative to stay with your kids or get a maid from a well established agency and do a thorough background check on them before letting them into your house the latter option is the best though.

In my own case it was fibroid I was battling with and I thank God for making me overcome it without surgery. In other words, I don't know what to say about stuff like hormone imbalance, hot flushes etc but whatever the challenges are, I pray that God will connect you with the doctor that will address it and soon too. The ncha/abacha paste can be made without akanwu in a very natural way. This is made from palm kernel stock. It is usually burnt to ashes and the and the ashes washed and sieved. The water is what you use for the ncha. You can store this for as long as you want and you only need little to make your abacha paste. I have the one my mum brought when she came on visit for over two years now and i use when i want. This does not in anyway have side effect as it is all natural. If you have not totally lost touch with people in the village you can ask them about it and they can send to you.
