Let me tell you, you can manage your meager resources to achieve far above the person with bigger allocation. It all boils down to good management of resources and placing your priorities aright. A governor that doesn't borrow money and doesn't generate anything from IGR is a governor that relies only on federal allocations. Which begs the question of where he got the money to perform all the "miracles" you just listed.

He did all these without borrowing a dime for 8years. Its a feat an ordinary Nigerian governors are yet to attain. Peter Obi and others..

I was the first person to make this observation. Peter Ob will take over from GEJ. GEJ mounted a lot pressure on Obi to join PDP so that it will position him for the presidency come 2019. Firstly he will be SFG from next year and run it till 2018 when he will declare interest to run for the highest office in the land. Just look at the who is who that came to woo this simple gentle man.

Because of Obi, Anambra became the second home of the president where he goes every now and then to commission one project or the other..the same thing GEJ will send a representative if it were elsewhere..
