He needs it as well the 30000 troops to protect him. The voting machine "elected" him.

This is quite revealing. I think Arthur Eze should be allowed to control the state for peace to reign. The man is very wealthy and has influence in the corridors of power.
I doubt you're real though. I doubt Arthur eze is seeking to control the state. As a matter of fact no single individual can control Anambra, not even the president.

What is the origin?
Obiano has issues with dipolamacy. Both have been having that cold war since at least 2018. This latest escalation is just about who takes over. Obiano and apga support zoning while the traditional rulers backed by athur eze and many other actors do not support zoning. The battle influenced the location of zonal police headquarters to ukpo which obiano lost despite using the "police games" to lobby its location to aguleri. I know Arthur eze has issues with ego and causes trouble, but the present problem is largely caused by the governor. His nepotism is unprecedented, his lack of tact and diplomacy equals none. He has fallen out with his deputy and has been running around to impeach him.

I discovered you are anti Igbo and couldn't have asked in good faith.

It shouldn't be a contest. Soludo in Apga has a clear edge but if APC fields Ngige it would be a fierce contest with ngige having a slight edge.

If you were more sensible you would have asked God for wisdom so that he would direct us to make ground breaking solution to this illness on our land. But no you couldn’t, you’re not concerned anyway.... mtchew

Can you listen to yourself? What were Shedrach, Meshach etc asked to do that they refused to do? It is extremely absurd to draw such an uncommon comparison. Comparing the experience of the three faithful Jews who were asked to worship an idol and their refusal with the recklessness of this man shows how shallow even those claiming to be followers of Christ have become.

A so-called pastor whose church was closed in Abuja recently for a similar offence also arrogated the measure as persecution. Comparing it with the type of persecution experienced by the faithful apostles of Christ. Nothing could be more ridiculous. Shameful and sad how GOs misapply the Scriptures like their father the devil when tempting Jesus. Take your time and read Matthew Chapter 4.

You have written the way you did because the scourge of this covid-19 is still minimal in Nigeria. Assuming hospitals are congested and, God forbid, your relative is a victim and found helpless in an overwhelmed hospital you would then better appreciate why God has allowed the present governmental authority to issue appropriate decrees for the good of one and all.

Assuming there was war and uprising on the streets with bullets flying around, will you not pray in your house and be sure you will be heard by God under that circumstance?

Here is a clear govt regulation geared towards the safety of one and all and somebody is being unreasonable and we are here misappropriating the Scriptures in support of it. How do you understand Romans chapter 13:1-7? [/s]
You are the one who should listen to yourself. What is the difference between ordering Daniel not to worship God and closing churches? Did the govt meet with Church leaders to discuss these guidelines before ordering churches of all places closed? Did the Bishop not obey the social distancing guideline? Churches have so been desecrated and relegated by Politics and money loving pastors, priests and bishops that your touts of leaders now regard them in the same way as hotels, night clubs and drinking pubs. What a disgrace!
The mosques are not as important to Muslims as Churches are to Christians and after this corona saga they'll still mock you with church closure.

I probably dont understand the bolded part of your comment above. If it means what I think it is, then nothing else in this world could be further from the truth, because Bishop Chukwuma happens to be about the most politically driven Anglican bishop in Nigeria. The man is a diehard PDP supporter, who has always publicly declared a deep prejudice against anything apc.

Religion / Re: Bishop Emmanuel Chukwuma Holds Church Service, Dares Government On Lockdown by OneNigerianist: 8:38am On Apr 06, 2020
I've always known him as a the only Bishop whose ministry is immune from political influence.

See Christians condemning him and asking him to obey govt. Daniel, Shadrach, mishack and abardneggo etc did they all obey govt? This is the time to know true men of God not the once that order the closure of Churches. No true Bishop will formally order for churches entrusted to his care to be closed.

I tell you when the anti Christ comes, the big pastors and Bishops will be the ones to give the government the moral legitimacy to prosecute the tiny minority real Christians for their disobedience and "deviant behavior" and urge their followers to obey the anti Christ and ignore the " conspiracy theory "

Aba women riot of yesterday lol we are talking of 18 century... CMS isn't colonial legacy its legacy of Christiandom in lagos and it was before the british battle.. and please stop shifting goal post.. Lagos is far far developed than the Aba onitcha or any eastern city way before oil of 1956 or Lord Lugard was even born
was CMS grammar school not white colonialists legacy? aren't you the one just shifting the goal post?

It is easy to say that Lagos was far developed before God created the world but I really want you to tell me how many national airports, Bank Hqtrs, Federal ministries and parastatals, Embassies federal housing estates, oil company Hqtrs, Hqtrs of multinationals that were in Lagos before it became the national capital as well as major institutions like university, research inatitutes CBN headqtrs, State house, and even major markts that were there before its political status.

Stop naming a secondary school, it neither makes a city nor livelihood.

A School in 1859 and a School in 2020 are two different things, in 1859 it showed superiority and class of Lagos ruling hierarchy like Oba kosoko, Oba Akintoye, Oba Dosunmu, it shows level of development and sophistication , while Aba in the 18 century women don't even wear cloths, they don't have schools
but Aba women without such school knew what it meant to riot and resist colonialism more than the people whom the school was established.

Anyway, the school is a colonial legacy and doesn't fit into our discussion.

Anything Abuja is getting today is only a duplicate of what Lagos already has. Lagos as a result of its status inherited headquarters of federal govt ministries and parastatals, CBN, National Stadium, national airport, Banks Hqtrs, Hqs of oil companies, Hqtrs of many brands in Nigeria, Embassies and high commissions and many more.

I guess you will hit the street in protest if the federal govt construct a secondary school in Lagos as a major institution. won't you?

say what you know atleast visit the link I showed you, and lagos was never Nigerian capital for 100 years, "Lagos colony" a tiny part of present day ikoyi , marina and some small parts on the Island was the colony of the british government which they rented from the king of Lagos and paid land use tax to him.. it was dispute of land use charge that made Herbert Macualy famous as he took the British government to court and won, British developed lagos colony with tax from lagos state and money made from lagos ports and had nothing to do with any kobo from ibo land or north
Name any major institution in Lagos that has been in existence before Lagos became capital.

does this look like development.. or which Aba is O.P talking about?

Lagos has being far developed even before Nigeria saw its first drop of oil in 1956 and the money had always come in through trade and exports, from the slave trade to the cocoa days

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_Lagos

.
Lagos was nothing before it became capital over hundred yrs ago.

Onitsha, Nnewi and Aba are the only cities in Nigeria that developed neither from its capital city status nor as an oil hub but solely from the commercial and technogical prowess of its people.
