ndu_chucks:You and your sponsors would serve a 1000 life jail terms first for the Igbo you and your Boko Haram brothers killed just last year alone. And you will serve it alongside your murderous leaders in Northern Nigeria. MASSOB and ALL pro-Biafra groups (to my knowledge) has NEVER killed one Nigerian; on the other hand, you have been killing them in Igboland. Y'all should continue in your stock in trade, but my history tells me that one day, YOU will be running for your life from this same MASSOB people. ![]() |
ndu_chucks:Sharrap dia you leprous animal. You should note my proverb on the first page of this thread. You can take a toy from a child and raise your hands. All the child needs to do is wait you out until you get tired and gravity forces your hands down, and the child will simply reclaim his toy. MASSOB will likely win this one. The army will do their thing and go while MASSOB will take over. I even suspect that MASSOB may cause some trouble which would then attract more international attention to their cause. Don't smile to the bank yet. ![]() |
Let me put alj-harem to rest. Anambra state is Igboland, and if ever Ndigbo want to secede, we will secede with ALL parts of Anambra state. ![]() Your twists and attempts to introduce a trojan horse into our discourse will NEVER succeed. It is precisely because of people like you that I sometimes believe that Ndigbo will need to be ready for war, just in case, because frankly that is the ONLY way to reason with people like alj-harem. ![]() |
The Great Nri Priest, ana m ekene! Ezigbo nwa Umuoji! AK47 nwa Nnewi ibem, ana m ekene! Y'all are killing me with laughter here. hehe! ![]() It is sad how human beings can twist out of form just because of earthly possessions. ![]() Umu Anambra will NEVER EVER deny being Igbo even if literal heaven is discovered there. Anyi bu umu Igbo kpom kwem. ![]() |
ndu_chucks Thunder fire your mouth for repeating that nonsense that the Great Lion of Biafra should be buried in some obscure Zungeru, in the same land of people who killed 30,000 innocent Igbo and Easterners in 1966, spinning off the chain of events that led to Biafra and the war. You lot are nothing more than vultures sneaking around trying to steal everything you can from us. Let's see how you pull this one off. Where were you when Ikemba was lying ill in London? Now, you want to steal his corpse. May amadioha visit you with more leprosy. ![]() |

This is for ALL umu Igbo and Nigerians (for as long as the country continues to exist). Please no insults @all. Again like others have already said, until we umu igbo start to see the impact in Onitsha, we are not rejoicing yet. ALL Igbo states are rich and if we pull our resources together, we will build the East to attract our people back to the East. This is where I leave the thread for now. Signing off, Onlytruth, ndu di n'eziokwu 1 of Igboland, Eze Ndigbo Nairaland. ![]() |
wesley80:If you believe that this is aimed at stopping only MASSOB, then you may have missed part of the deal. Methinks that this is meant to prevent ALL separatists from taking advantage of Ojukwu's burial to make hay. This has LITTLE to do with honoring Ojukwu. It is a preemptive strike against separatism. There is an ongoing contest for the Igbo soul. Those doing this will have to do much more than this to pull the Igbo back into Nigeria. ![]() |
ranlaen:The last time I read about it, it was about 1billion barrels. I believe it is big enough to warrant the private refinery. I think that offshore produces more because there are less environmental and community interferrence in the process, not necessarily because the reserves are more. |
pazienza:I read it somewhere. It was a scientific article. If I see it again I will post the link. Doesn't it even make sense explaining how suddenly our land is experiencing all these erosions? These erosions weren't there before. Did they fall from Mars? Something fishy is going on, and knowing how irresponsible our Igbo leaders are, anything is possible, believe me! |
Asaba is one of the most important part of Igboland. All these mischievious gimmicks by oafs can never hoodwink us umu Igbo. We are waiting for anybody that will mess with our land. Nuff said. ![]() |
This move has IBB written all over it. |
Love aboki, hate aboki; aboki is still the savviest political animal in Nigeria -by far. I knew that they (through the army) would do something like this-basically kill two birds with one stone: (1) claim Ojukwu as theirs, and (2) deny MASSOB an opportunity to shine in the limelight which may even enable them to garner some international clout through contacts with foreign visitors. I started smelling a rat when ndu_chucks put up a thread here asking that Ojukwu be buried in Zungeru, Northern Nigeria. Well, o ji ihe nwata welie aka ya elu, emechaa aka egbube ya, owetuo aka ya! FACT. ![]() |
phreakabit:Bros, I tell you, if Nigeria is coming apart, nothing on earth can stop it. Do you really think they didn't know all these while. Frankly I blame our politicians and leaders for allowing this cheating to go on. They are ALREADY tapping this oil from the ocean. Our leaders keep quiet while our lands are ravaged by erosion. Believe me, the greatest thing is that this is blown wide open for all of us to see the truth. It won't stop our leaving if we are determined to leave. |
^^ hehehe! ![]() na nukular attack be dat one |
PROUD-IGBO:My brother, I am really beginning to think that we Ndigbo are yet to understand how wicked some Nigerians can be. Don't be surprised that past presidents knew about all these oil fields in Igboland and simply sat on the files, hoping to tap it from the ocean floors. There was a report on why there is deep gully erosion in Igboland pointing at this possible link between shitfing oil and the erosion. So, they tap this oil elsewhere, our lands are devastated, we get the least federal allocation and everybody sings kumbaya and One Nigeria! If we raise a voice, they call us names, or even kill us. Our leaders are sooooooooooooooo dumb and too clueless. The level of wickedness I have seen from fellow Nigerians on this site since I come here has opened my eyes in a very big way. We the youths of Igboland must chase PDP out of our land because they are directly responsible for the continuation of this cheating. Methinks that this refinery in Anambra is because the governor is APGA. He is not under PDP control. Notice that the whole thing is almost purely private capital. No federal support. I strongly suspect that if Enugu and Ebonyi were under APGA, they would have started tapping their own oil wealth too. Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria! Na wa o! ![]() |
@Topic The Easterners will bury their son. Delta state is already represented by the Ohanaeze President. And so it shall be. ![]() |
Sis Bliss4lyfe is that your mouth in your profile picture? All I can say is damn! ![]() |
chillbabe:Na ya papa dem dey chase for dat ya profile picture? lol ![]() |
^^ ![]() My sister Blis4lyfe no dey laff lai lai. |
One_Naira:I'm not so sure o Especially when some desert people will claim more population and steal the thing through federal allocation. |
Beaf:My brother we always support resource control anyway, whether we have oil or not. We fiercely hate injustice. Our history is clear on that, from support for resource control to support for removal of subsidy. No shaking! ![]() |
One_Naira:My broda I hear you o. Nigeria and justice are mutually exclusive. They are like oil and water. That is why it must be negotiated and settled so that we can move on as one, or disintegrate so that everybody will answer his own name. The fact is that current system must cease to exist. ASAP. |
That triangle is a security risk, because anyone can hide there to launch an attack on visitors. No stone should be left unturned to ensure a peaceful and succeessful event. |
Good. I'm happy that Igboland is finally showing her wealth. Soon it would be Enugu and Ebonyi. Basically ALL Igbo states are rich in oil. I hope that is finally laid to rest. |
What type of a country is Nigeria? I've often said it that oil in Igboland may have been flowing down south leading to the erosion, while we received nothing from it. I don't think that Ndigbo understand the level of wickedness in that country. Everything is deliberately distorted and hidden just to deny us our rights. |
My honest hope is that after the burial of Ojukwu, that Ndigbo will sit down to SERIOUSLY agree on (or address) what to do about MASSOB and its tactics. This struggle is too important to be left for the Uwazuruike types of Igboland. I still hope that either MASSOB changes strategy, or they should leave Igboland/be disbanded or something. We don' t need backdoors through which mass murderers enter Igboland to destroy our ability to fight (if necessary) for our own emancipation. |
jason123:Ndigbo are not fools and will NEVER fight a stupid war. What is history for if not to help a rational person to make a better decision when similar events show up. I am personally angry (and I represent the voice of sane Igbo) that the man has shown clearly that he does not think strategically at all. It pains me to say this, but I am almost sure that those young men following Uwazuruike in MASSOB may be thinking that he has some realistic plans to actualize Biafra. Everything he says in this interview shows he has NONE. Ndigbo are arguably the most capable group in Nigeria, so, it is insulting that a man without any rational plans is trying to lead us into a repeat of history. This will NEVER happen. I have personally notice (Since!) that Biafra is used as an instrument of blackmail against us by groups in the south. That is part why I adopted my own belief that Ndigbo can stay in Nigeria (even as is!). All we need to do is change our mindset about how we live in the North. We need a new leader in Igboland that will help bring about this change of mindset. Uwazuruike is only right on the issue of violence, which BTW he needs to renounce his crazy non-violence crap that destroys the Igbo fighting/warlike spirit. These days I cannot even recognize my brothers in Nigeria. That is part of why we have lost our voice in the scheme of things. |
Obiagu1:I noticed the same thing too. It is selfish and recidivistic. What we need is total transformation that deals with all vexing issues. Nigeria's problem does not begin and end with resource control. Anyway, we are watching to see his next moves, but our eyes are opening more and more. |
