blacknp:Why Peter Obi here? Paranoid? |
"Justice Omotosho held that NBC, not being a court of law, had no power to impose sanctions as punishment on broadcast stations." ---- Justice Omototosho. Good judgement. If not, even ministry will soon start to impose fines on any institution they like. People take the laws on their hands; ursurp the power of the courts. |
"....dismissed the matter after the party announced its withdrawal of the petition." ---- As the APP had since announced its withdrawal of its petition, why the bold headline of Tribunal dismissed the appeal? APC propaganda everywhere to make people lose faith in the possible court ruling that Tinubu never won the last presidential election in Nigeria. |
"The police accused the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its militant wing, Eastern Security Network (ESN) of being behind the “illegal sit-at-home”, saying they also averted an attack on a bank and other security forces." The IPOB had on several occasions made it public that it has no business with these sit at home orders. |
Right way to go. The sit at home enforcers are all rogues who don't want progress in the SE region. They know this. |
LeoDeKing:The EU man didn't mention Tinubu. Yoruba Nation agitator in chief, collect sense. |
APC and propaganda ad infinite. |
Why? It's cheap cash from crude oil. The people in the oil producing areas are farmishing, environment polluted, while the Buharideens from 1000 km away shine shine with oil money. |
soojar:Did you read me write that iRev is a transmission means? |
Cigarini:It's like a rogue country hiding under democracy to execute a heist. The Othman Dan Fodio of Fulani in the 21st century; Mohammed Buhari, is brazenly using Nigeria's government institutions to prepare his representatives to further the Fulanization and Islamization of Nigeria. Frail Tinubu who will sit like a mannequin in Aso Rock as president while the Buharideens mesmerise Nigeria, that's at the core of Muslim-Muslim ticket. A possible 24 unbroken years of Muslim presidency in Nigeria. The SW MURIC people are Buhar's media megaphones. |
Islie:Security issue because Buharideens want to swear in an unelected man as president to renew the tenure of Buhari's in Aso Rock. |
Guyman01:Considering how APC made Nigeria become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world, as well as one of the most terrorised countries on earth, voters must have voted more for Kwankwaso than Tinubu, if the erased, mutilated and obscure vote numbers on APC column of the ballot papers now in INEC's custody, are properly scrutinised by the judges. |
inoki247:What did I say wrong? I said that the regulations established by INEC before the election- use of BVAS to accredit voters and transmit vote results through the BVAS to INEC IREV Portal in real time - must be adhered to in determining who truly won the last presidential election. But it's like you want the old method where ballot papers are thumbprinted in secret locations considering the number of voters registered in the wards the particular political party wanted to rig. Election fraud completed. Fraudulent results conveyed to INEC Office. Fraudulent results announced in favour of the political party that perpetuated the fraud of mass thumbprint on ballot papers. You want this system all because of your Tinubu. Oya, do yawa and see. |
inoki247:If iRev and BVAS don't determine who won the last presidential election, better say bye to Nigeria. No saner Nigerian is ready to stick to the old method where ballot papers would be thumbprinted in a private place for a political party considering the number of registered voters in the wards where the political party wanted to rig, results ready and taken to INEC. The rigging party got declared winner by INEC. No more. We spent billions on Bimodal voting equipments. Million more people trooped to register and vote because of INEC vow to use the electronic transmission systems in real time to convey vote results from polling booth to the iREV portal. |
One Tinubu urchinn said Supreme Court judges relied on voters register to determine that Adeleke won the election. |
One Tinubu urchinn said |
AfricanColumbus:If what Simon Ekpa is doing is not liked by Nigeria's government, what does it take for Buhari cabal to bring Simon Ekpa to Nigeria, legally or illegally? If Nigeria's big Armed forces could do it in Kenya, why can't they do it in small Finland that has little or no standing Armed forces? Ekpa is not struggling for Biafra, not for release of Mazi Nnamdi Kalu. Ekpa has his own idiosyncrasies that do not tally with those of whom want restoration of Biafra. |
drlateef:Bolded. Obi and Atiku HAS .. One of the signs that you can't read and understand the judgement of the Supreme Court better than others. Let's assume you read and also understood the judgement as you claim: it then means that APC could thumbprint 8 million votes in private for Tinubu, so long as the votes tally with the numbers on the voters' register, notwithstanding that the BVAS machine did not accredit most, or any of the 8 million votes cast for Tinubu? And the Supreme Court judges will ratify Tinubu's victory because the 8 million votes correspond with the number in voters' register, whether they were accredited by BVAS or not? Your wish. But the judges are not Tinubu's zombies. |
dre11:Tinubu the northern presidential candidate in place for the southern presidential candidate asked for by the south to succeed President Buhari. |
President Buhari, after APC made Nigeria become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world, as well as one of the most terrorised countries on earth, you are expected to let APC go with you. After all, you have achieved your life long ambition to become president of Nigeria. You know very well that APC did not win the last presidential election. Normally, nothing would have made Nigeria's electorate renew the tenure of APC at the presidency, after the party brought darkness from absence of electricity, sadness, poverty, too many and unprecedented number of deaths to Nigerians in 8 years. LET APC GO WITH YOU, PLEASE. |
Levels1:In the bolded where you asked what is the population of Obi's region to make him think he can win to be president of Nigeria; your question makes you stink. Ethnic bigotry guides your choice of who can preside over Nigeria. You deserve no more response. What if the Niger Delta region say you are not of their Ethnic group and therefore don't deserve a share of the proceeds from crude oil and gas deposits in the region?

Image123:It's 16 years since Tinubu left office as governor of Lagos State. You still live in the world of Tinubu of 1999-2007. Do you not know what a difference ten years can make the life of an aged Tinubu become? Tinubu loses memory of speech, suffers shuffling gait. You see these all the time he appears in public. |
Levels1:How many people would vote for Tinubu will determine the number of crazy people in Nigeria. Ratio decidendi used by the other guy must have made you get infatuated. Ratio decidendi is what influenced judges to take the judgement. What is the education in a person who chooses a man like Tinubu to preside over a country in the 21st century? |
drlateef:It's rather a fatal blow to Tinubu who emerged via a computer glitch. No modern judges will set aside the ultramodern use of BVAS and iReV but resort to accept the outmoded form of vote collation used by Mahmood Yakubu. INEC regulations for the election were clear on use of BVAS and iRev portal. No modern country would accept a president from a computer glitch. |
N3TRAL:And what else do you see as ratio decidendi of the judgement? The reasons the judges gave the judgement are clear. You can't conduct elections without first establishing regulations for conduct of the election. If any party, election umpire, or candidate deviates from the established regulations; the election results become suspect and subject to scrutiny, and possibly nullified. |

INEC regulations does not provide for transportation of accredited voters to the database except snapped pictures of results for form Ec8A to the IREV - Court holds Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, exhibit BVR by Oyetola dismissed. BVAS does not operate in isolation of voters register , therefore voters register is relevant to the conduct of election. - Supreme Court holds"---Supreme Court judges. I read INEC regulations. I got relief. The REGULATION OF INEC during the last presidential election was that vote results must be electronically transmitted from the BVAS to the INEC iReV portal in real time. In other words; any other regulations adopted by Mahmood Yakubu to obtain Tinubu as president-elect is nullity in Law. |
E don happen. Good dance steps of gov Adeleke can even win him sympathy from all corners. |
Image123:In bold. If you are not morbidly afraid of a prospect of having an ex drug trafficking offender to be a president of a country, saner people are. If you are not morbidly afraid of a certificate forger as president of Nigeria, other saner people are. If you are not morbidly afraid of having a man who is obviously physically and mentally incapacitated, and frequently loses memory during speech as president of Nigeria, others are. |
othermen:I wish you had known the meaning of the word: inevitable. Inevitable means something that must happen. There is God who you cited and He is alive. God will not allow a man like Tinubu to preside over Nigeria, unless God hates mankind in Nigeria. Those proposing Tinubu as successor to President Buhari hate Nigeria. |
FellaG:Scam of Colourised photos of cities has been the habit of Nigerians. It's aimed at deception and disguise of the poverty in the land. Everything about Nigeria, beginning from presidential election to local councillors election is scam. Even the country is a scam, if not, an average Akwa Ibomite is supposed to be living like citizens of Dubai, given the quantum of crude oil in the coastline of Akwa Ibom state. |
