I saw this coming way back in Apr., 2023 before the Apex Court's declaration that upheld Adeleke's victory.

The yardstick they used here which caused jubilation for the supporters of the opposition parties across the Country will be deployed for the Presidential Tribunal judgement... Remember, the Apex Court jettison the use of BVAS to revalidate Ademola as the Governor of Osun State so, also, the BVAS will be bypassed to uphold Asiwaju's victory.

Asiwaju shall be sworn in by His Grace come 29th May., 2023 in Jesus name.

The judges must take their time to examine the prayers of the petitioners to avoid reaching their decisions per incuriam.

It is standard practice anywhere in the world.

The date set out for Election Petition in Nigeria is longer than most countries because of the diversity in Nigeria and our perculiar electoral system.

For instance, in the US, an Election Petition against an elected President of the Republican Party would only be brought by the Democrats.

In Nigeria, the law envisages a situation where all political parties that participated would bring their petition against the winner.

About 18 political parties participated in this election, more than 30 participated in 2019. There's no law that stops all of them from petitioning the victory of the winner. It is the very reason 180 days is fair for the completion of the process judiciously.

In law, he who alleges must prove. Tinubu does not necessarily need to prove that he won but the petitioners must prove that he didn't win. The petitioners must gather sufficient evidence to prove that they won instead.
It therefore follows that the chances of the party INEC declares winner are always higher than the chances of a petitioner.

The long length of time favours the petitioners since the burden of proof is weightier on them in the balance of probabilities.

presidency isn't micro zone. Presidency is zone between the North and the South. Presidency isn't something they give on a platter of gold or dish like a food.

Honestly speaking I'm fully in support of igbo presidency but i wouldn't support dishing it to them like a food. For you to win the presidency, you need to make friends, build alliances in the north and south. Presidency isn't a child's play.

For now, no serious contender in the east to win the presidency, unless it'd be given to them like a plate of food.

1. On realizing that Buhari was not going to allow him rig the last presidential election and that the election permutations was not in his favor, Tinubu rushed to the Saudis, IOC and UAE to report Buhari.
2. He Tinubu showed the Saudis and IOC the doctored PO conversation with Oyedepo. He accused po of going to advance Christianity in Nigeria and should never be allowed.

3. He assured the Saudis and IOC of his commitment to advancing Islam in Nigeria starting with his mu mu ticket.

4. The Saudis and IOC summoned Buhari, instructed him to ensure that BAT wins the election at all costs.
5. Buhari that was not supporting BAT changed his mind. First he showed his supporters whom to vote for by publicly displaying his ballot paper.
6. He instructed Yakubu to return BAT at all cost.
7. He Buhari knows that BAT was not the best choice for Nigeria that’s why he has been going around asking for forgiveness. People may not know why.
