Money APC stole through Tinubu from:

1) Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigeria's 2nd largest Money making department after Petroleum. Tinubu's boy, Fowler, was appointed by president Buhari. Fowler bossed Federal Inland Revenue Service for more than 5 years.

2) Fashola, another Tinubu boy, was appointed by president Buhari. Fashola bossed the three ministries - Works, Power
and Housing - compressed into one, with huge budgetary allocations.
No light, no good roads, no Federal housing. Most of the allocations were stolen.
The money kept aside to buy the next presidential election for Tinubu who is yet to discount possible punishment for his drug trafficking offences in the US.

Dogara and Atiku want us to forget those years before 1999 when north ruled Nigeria.
And those were the most important period when north used its military dictators to create 19 states and hundreds of local government areas in the old Northern region, but left only 17 states for the 2 old southern regions. A fraud, because in countries formed by diverse regions like Nigeria, land mass or population figures is never used as criterion to proliferate too many new federating units like states in one area with larger land mass.
There should have been more states in the 2 old southern regions, than in the old one northern region.
The south ignores the fraud all these years, but some northerners think they can carry the whole of Nigeria as private property of the north.
