You are not being realistic.elections in se/ss are highly rigged.apc is very strong here and have experienced politicians, lp is very weak and inexperienced.

Obi cannot win bayelsa,he is out.it is between tinubu and atiku.the winner will do so narrowly.

Rivers have a voting population of 3 million.800k million can turn up,obi gets 500,tinubu 200k.dont forget buhari got 150k,tinubu with the help of magnus and asari dokubo will get more..
Aks have a voting power of 2 mil,800k can turn up.buhari got 150k here and with pdp getting divided, tinubu can get more..
IMO has a voting power of 2 mil.in 2011,they gave gej 1.2 mil.apc dominates orlu and owerri zone and hope is a clever crook, very smart.his 2bd term depends on tinubu winning so he will try to give tinubu 25% by all means though obi will win IMO.buhari got 150k here.
Buhari overall got 500k in the east.tinubu can get 600k
APC has destroyed Orlu zone. The zone shall expell APC next guber election, irrespective of which party wins the next presidential election.

You can continue with you foolish pastime of blaming Tinubu and Yorubas for your stupid indiscretion of playing politics of bitterness.

Living in two countries, you call one Biafra and the other zoo. You want to govern the zoo now, only animals like yourself will vote your candidate.
Oduduwa Republic flags were waved by supporters of Bola Tinubu as he spoke in London's Chatham House recently. Tinubu secretely sponsored Oduduwa Republic agitators to blackmail Arewa to hand power over to Tinubu after PMB.
There may be more Yorubas asking for Oduduwa Republic now, than Igbos asking for restoration of Biafra.
Your Bola Tinubu is politics of bitterness exemplary. Tinubu and his supporters' disdain for the Igbo is what is heating up the 2023 presidential election. If Tinubu and his supporters played a civilized people's politics, understood that the Igbo is to take a slot at the presidential seat before the next Yoruba, the north would have easily acquiesced to Southeast presenting the two presidential candidates in the two largest political parties

Igboslayer:
Objectively, did Igbos ever aligned with anybody to project themselves in power. The answer is NO. The core units of APC were Yorubas and Hausas. Igbos preferred to play the opposition by aligning with Jonathan and PDP.

Remember Tinubu Presented Nuhu Ribadu against Jonathan under his party, he also Presented Atiku against Yardua and finally Buhari against Jonathan with his coalition. Here he was building his political structure, What were the core Igbos that matters doing? Nothing.

Instead, Igbos were busy destroying APGA, a regional party they should have projected by aligning with other smaller parties to make them strong and negotiate power. They were busy forming opposition promoting PDP, a northern party.

Today APGA is dead without any national spread. What stopped APGA and the Igbos from aligning with Accoord Party, NNPP and others to strengthen it and make a case for the themselves.

Instead they are now in Labour Party labouring hard to supplant a party of strong coalition of other parties and interest. LP did not even dim it fit to form serious alliance to be able to compete favorably with APC and PDP.

They are always campaigning from the position of weakness, the pain point here is that they will loose because LP as a party do not offer any national spread that can compete, no matter the credibility of the candidates.

But Igbos says they will win, is that not pathetic enough, when clearly they haven’t done their home work by aligning properly with other parties across the nation.

Votes for OBI may turn out as an embarrassment eventually by February because turnout are really poor, except for May be Benue. Every other campaign doesn’t match that of a presidential candidate of note, let’s be truthful to ourselves.
Foolish? Igbo man, Alex Ekwueme, formed the PDP through which a Yoruba man, Obasanjo, became president of Nigeria in 1999. More than 95% of Yoruba were in a SW tribal political party then. Most Igbos refused to vote for Igbos who contested against Obasanjo in the primaries then, because every brilliant person in all of Nigeria believed it was the turn of the SW to present a president then.
Rest of your rants above don't deserve reply.

ASHIWAJU BOLA TINUBU: HE WHO PAYS THE PIPER.

BY JAIYEOLA AJASA.

The problem of corruption in our society is not with those who know they are corrupt, but with all who belong to it but believe they are not.

Jounalists are the worst Nigerians. The genius of Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu was that he found that out even before he returned from his USA sojourn. He knew the baggage he was coming home with. He had a name that was really not his name. He was in the drug business. And he had political aspiration. So, he did what all other politicians with shoddy and murky past in Nigeria have done. Befriend journalists. Make them feel they are so important. When you embrace a leper. He reciprocates the gesture with undying loyalty. Tinubu knew that the fourth estate was the worst estate in the country. Journalists have all the name but are broke and find it difficult to make ends meet. Give them a whiff of money and there is nothing they would not do. Sell their mother as a matter of fact. Corruption in the media is often times a taboo subject. But it is real. Even though it is unethical. Tinubu understood immediately what he was going to do. He looked for the best of the best. Like Dele Alake, Tunji Bello and Bayo Onanuga. Over the years he cultivated their friendship. Bribed them with posts. Important positions, by the way. Even extended the gesture to their family. The evil genius in him got them so entangled in corruption. Because he knew there will be days like these. Who better to have in your camp than good and vibrant minds? Who do you want to speak for you? "Respected journalists, of course." When you intend to break into a house and steal. The gate keeper is the best person to befriend. Genius.

Influencing news coverage in the country has been the norm.......for a long time. When you have politicians owning over 97% of the media outlet in the country. It is the cliche of who pays the piper dictating the tune. The rest are government owned. So, it becomes even worse. Where do you then draw the line between doing your job and corruption? To whom lies your loyalty? Your boss or your country? We see negative news about these politicians been suppressed and given a positive spin. Hence the culture of justifiable corruption. When the terrible sin is not a crime. It is actually a vocation. You are putting food on the table for your family. Trying to live. Make ends meet. Where is the corruption when you are only trying to do a job? By protecting your employer. Who pays the piper.

Are you going to tell me that experienced and brilliant minds like Dele Alake, Bayo Onanuga and Tunji Bello are stupid and do not know about Yekini Amuda Ogunlere? They have even before you, known about his drug past. But the subtle truth is when you are befriended by the Devil, you are expected to fulfill the unmentioned favor of keeping terrible news about Hell a secret. Consequently, you truly cannot blame these men. What is wrong in putting your employer over country? Heaven can wait when you have to defend and protect the Devil.

He is slowly building bridges back for Ibos

I wonder why Nairaland didn't publish his Article on the false hood that Igbos and Yorubas hate each other

He spoke on all the properties Yoruba kept intact and returned to Igbos after civil war, spoke on Igbos happy live in Lagos state, he even mentioned Ojuckwu and his Yoruba friends, even Prof wole Soyinka was vocal on Biafra agitation, he gave names of Tinubu's Ibo Appointees, even his commissioner for budget and planning handling most finance was an Ibo

FS Yusuf went to attack him on his page calling him alsort of name because of freedom of speech, Senator Nnamani replied him brutally.. at 29 he was a Doctor in US, 40 he was an executive governor, 60 he is a Senator all through hard work and hustling from a poor home, FS Yusuf is in his 30s yet won't him rest

People like Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa just came with all sort of lies

Reread all the comments from the beginning. Nobody needs your lecture on how Boko Haram was founded and who is sympathizing with it.

The person assumed that Shettima was the first choice of the Fulani establishment followed by Atiku. Then, I asked him why Fulani would support Shettima (Kanuri) ahead of Atiku (Fulani).

Even a kindergarten student of Nigerian history knows that the Fulani and Kanuri are historical foes. El-Kanemi and Dan Fodio fought several wars. Borno never voted for NPN/NRC/PDP, except on few occasions. Also, Boko Haram is more of Kanuri/Shuwa Arab initiative, while herdsmen/bandits are mostly Fulani.
In bold. Glad you stated that Boko Haram is more of Kanuri/Shuwa Arabs initiative.... than ....
But you couldn't disagree with me that the fight for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws which Boko Haram is on for, can't be separated from the desires of the Fulani that introduced the use of Sharia criminal laws in Nigeria.

Is Shettima a Fulani man? NO.
So, how will the Fulani trust him ahead of Atiku who is Fulani?

Many of you come on social media to expose your ignorance. I doubt if many of those making noise here have ever visited those states. Someone even wrote that Tinubu might not win Borno. So, who will win the predominantly Kanuri state of Borno? Atiku or Obi?

You begin to wonder what kind of education some people on Nairaland said they acquired.
Fulani's Sani Yerima introduced the use of Sharia criminal laws in Nigeria.
Shettima the Kanuri is a Boko Haram sympathizer.
Boko Haram fighters say that they are fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
In 2001, in Kaduna, after the 12 far north states adopted unconstitutional sharia criminal laws, Muhammadu Buhari vowed before a large crowd of Muslim faithfuls that he would not stop until Islamic sharia criminal laws are applied in all the states of Nigeria.
The difference between Boko Haram fighters and those sympathetic to sharia criminal laws, is like the difference between six and half a dozen.
If you are not on TAQQIYA, develop more sense.
