UN now finds its voice, urges the Taliban to employ restraint in its dealings with Afghans.

This is eye opener for those in Nigeria who bother the UN to intervene in Nigeria’s problems with referendum.

The UN only comes in when the winner emerges. The UN can only come into Nigeria’s palaver when the 12 sharia states of northern Nigeria and Boko Haram win all the territory of Nigeria.

Above all, who expects Nigeria’s Fulani Amina Mohammed who is the Deputy Secretary General of the UN, to not fight any attempt by the UN for a referendum on Nigeria?

It’s not PDP anything.

NASS is overpopulated with northern legislators derived from the excess number of 19 states and Abuja proliferated in the old northern region by northern military dictators who wrongly used land mass or population as criterion to create too many states in the old northern region of Nigeria.

Under Buhari government which also has a northerner as leader of the NASS, it became easier to fraudulently doctor the PIB, pass it and get President Buhari quickly sign it into law. This is the Buhari who archived the recommendations of the 2014 CONFAB.

Buhari sees himself as the Othman Danfodio of Arewa in the 21st Century.

The oil was consigned in 1967 to the Buharis of far north by some people from the Niger Delta.
Blame the error of some so-called leaders of non-Igbo groups in the old eastern region.

In 1967, the group journeyed to Kaduna, begged Hassan Katsina, the then governor of northern Nigeria to plead with the then HoS, Yakubu Gowon, to carve the non-Igbo speaking areas of the old eastern region out of Biafra.

Gowon quickly carved out Rivers and Cross Rivers state out of Biafra. That helped a lot to scuttle independence for Biafra.
The northern business people took the oil wells in the Niger Delta.

It’s unfortunate that till today, there are block heads who say: “we in the Nigerdelta, we no be part of your IgboBiafra.”

Presidential aide, Lauretta Onochie, has reacted to the recent developments in Afganistan, IgbereTV reports.

Taliban forces took over the presidential villa in Afghanistan on Sunday, August 15. The president of the country has gone into hiding while citizens are seeking various ways to flee the country.

Posting a video of Afghanistan citizens holding on to a military plane as it taxied along the runway at the Kabul airport last night, Lauretta wrote;

Afghanistan is nearly 99.7% Moslem.
Nigeria is nearly equally divided between Moslems and non Moslems.

What school taught Lauretta Onochie that once a country was created, it must remain indivisible, however dysfunctional the country got to be - like Nigeria?

Nigeria is no longer practicable as one country.

Divide Nigeria into more manageable countries.

The 12 northern sharia states started the division of Nigeria in 1999-2001, when they urinated on Nigeria’s constitution and adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws in a country of plural religious faiths.

Boko Haram later emerged and says that it’s fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with sharia criminal laws.

In 2001, Buhari told a large crowd of Moslems in Kaduna that he would not stop fighting until Islamic Sharia criminal laws are used in all the states of Nigeria.

You are very naive.

1) Boko Haram capturing Asp Rock is no longer 'democracy'

2) Even as at present, it's very difficult for even elected Government to govern the whole country, hence the proliferation of armed groups that are not under the country of the government like Boko Haram, Killer Herdsmen, Armed Bandits, Niger Delta Militants and now IPOB's ESN. So what give you the impression that all these armed group will willfully submit to the authority of Boko Haram which they didn't elect?

3) As Boko Haram try to form Government in one State, several armed groups and splinter groups will surface. In the end, several armed groups and war lords will control their strongholds.

For instance, it will be very difficult for Boko Haram to rule Rivers ,Enugu or Benue States.
Wishful thinking - all. Were you born after military rule in Nigeria?

To end Boko Haram in Nigeria, the 12 northern Nigeria sharia states that adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal laws between 1999-2001 must have their sovereign Islamic country to be governed with sharia criminal laws.

Northern soldiers wrongly used land mass or population as yardstick and created a fraudulent political structure, proliferated states in the northern region through which politicians of the north draw excess political representation to the central government and control Nigeria.

Boko Haram isn't going to take over Nigeria.

The North , and that is the Muslim North, does not like them, the Nigerian Army is bad but not as godawful as the Afghan army (honestly the Afghan Army makes ours look like a first world army self), and they are fighting not just Nigeria, but two or three other African countries. And they don't have troops on ground and the kind of support needed to take over the whole North, talkless of Nigeria.

Even their brand of Islam is not to MOST muslim's taste. Yes, Zamfara state declared Sharia, but Yerima,(who is a corrupt old crook by the way) did not close girls schools and so on. Boko's brand of Islam makes some of the most extreme muslins we know up north look like liberals.

The reason why Boko has lasted this long is because they are not willing to fight the Nigerian army directly. If they were they would have been driven out. Infact they have been driven out of most of the territories they controlled since 2013. All they can do is kill some people and hope that the hysteria around the deaths does the job for them. So, they fight an irregular war...and the truth is, most world armies cannot fight an irregular war. It means at the end of the day you kill far too many civillians and wreck far more damage than you are willing to...which is why most global armies prefer to leave that job to special forces unit.

(As you can see, even the US could not fight the taliban at their game. US troops are not trained to fight irregular warfare...where there is no rules.)

Even Boko's kidnap like Chibok and Dapichi...all they do is strike a remote school...and allow the publicity around the kidnaps to do the rest.(As Sun Tzu said...do away with one and frighten ten thousand)

Eventually Boko would be defeated. It is whether the government is ready to address the causes of Boko that is for me the main issue.

P.S This commentary is not a defence of Buhari, or GEJ or in support of your party or my party or their party. It is just my provate analysis of the facts as they appear to me.
TAQQIYA person in overdrive.

Prolonged fighting against Boko Haram is like slow death for Nigeria, continued dehumanization of the people in Nigeria.
