It's high time we a stop this. Let's talk about humanity. Not tribes. |
I pray he wins. He might help create more IPOBs same way his elder brother in a London Hospital did by arresting an ''unpopular Radio noise maker''. Imagine if he wins and install Abokis as Cabinets, then sack all Igbo civil servants and employ his Sugarcane and Suya hawking brothers... Every Anambra indigen will just convert to IPOB. And that's more votes in our favour in the coming Referendum. I see positivity when I look at negativity. Do the same too. Be like ONYEUTALI. |

Very very very wrong!!! Do unto others what you'll want others to do unto you. That Priest wouldn't have done that if he had asked questions like: ''What if this fellow spent all night crying about his dead mom/dad/wife; what if he/she's a housemaid whose master/mistress forced to stay awake all night doing some chores?. Anyway, the priest might still stand that person up even after asking himself 100 questions like these. It's all about sympathy and caring. Those are expensive virtues. There're more freindly ways to handle situation like that. A cute Pastor like me will go like; ''Alobam, nke a i kuga sleep, ala adikwa level?'' And the whole church will laugh it off. |
Lol. Whenever Christians come across verses like these, they double-check the cover of the book they're reading to make sure it's a Bible. Then they be like: ''na old testament sha'' , and I be like: ''old testament no be part of bible again?''. God rejected Saul the first King of Israel because he disobeyed God by not killing every living thing in Amor. So God punished Saul because he prevented a Race from going into extinction? Nawa o... The Bible is the Word of God. And God don't contradict himself. Some of the books therein are hundreds of Years old. And till tomorrow people will read and study them. It's not like 'Things Fall Apart' that Passes one unique message. 100 persons will read same verse in the Bible and have 100 different understanding of the verse. In Lk 7:18, John the Baptist sent his disciples to ask Jesus if he's the Messiah or if they should look on for him. Jesus gave them his reply. Then in verse 28, after John's disciples are gone, he told his (Jesus') disciples that John is the greatest born by woman but he is the least in the Kingdom of God. I understood in that passage that Jesus was trying to tell his apostles how great the Kingdom of God is. That the greatest on earth can't even be compared to the least there. Then one day someone told me another meaning of that passage. He said John admitted that Jesus was the Messiah when Jesus met him at the River Jordan (Read Jn 1:29). My friend went on to tell me that Jesus sort of cursed John for doubting him. That is to say, in Paradise, John the Baptist will be the least in God's Kingdom because he, after proclaiming Jesus the 'Lamb of God', doubted Jesus. Jesus made emphasis on that in Lk 7:23. In another chapter, Jesus told the Jews to bring down the Temple and He'll build it in three days. Today most people understand what Jesus meant there. But in those days the Jews didn't understand. The Bible is a message for all ages. Every generation will read it and get the message meant for them. The message about bringing down of the temple was probably not meant for the Jews of those days. So matter who you are. The Bible is the Word of God and not Human words. Don't think you're special or intelligent for any single verse you read and understand in the Bible. And don't feel bad if you read and didn't get the message. It was probably not meant for you. |

This is a big debate. But you know, debates are made for we non-omniscient creatures. And that's why religious debates are unnecessary because the Omniscient will still have the last say. What we claim here adds no value to his opinion. We Christians believe in Human Souls. Science calls it Human Consciousness. Going with the Christian belief, only humans have Souls because they're the only creature God gave the breath of life - the Soul (when he breath into Adam in Genesis). Going with the Scientific belief, every living thing have consciousness - Soul. The human soul have a definite mass (just make a Google search on ''Mass of Human Soul''). As a Science student, I don't see any determinant (lacking in animals) that gave humans souls and didn't give animals. Humans have blood, same in animals: bones, hairs eat food, intelligence... All these are equally found in animals, maybe not in same proportion. But another debate that rises from this scientific belief is: if animals have souls like humans, will animals equally go to hellfire, Purgatory and Heaven like Humans? |

The center of the message is that 2Pac gave up his love for Madonna only because he's black and she's white. Not actually because he's black and she's white; but because of his fans. 2Pac is an activist who never stopped condemning White on Black racism and keep reminding Blacks that they aren't an inferior race. He went to the extent of giving up his white love so his fans won't see him as a hypocrit. |

Their Government will without a doubt undoubtedly, be the best Nigeria have ever had. But fact is, it'll be easier for Buhari to weigh 60kg on a scale than Nnamdi Kanu to give this a second thought. |
