They should allow the yoruba's in the east contest and see if they will be allowed to do so. Yoruba are accommodating and tolerant to any tribe. 99% of igbos are Christians we know how they treat the ones that are Muslims amongst them. High percentage of Hausa/Fulani's are Muslim we know how they treat the ones that are Christians amongst them. We yoruba's cohabit together irrespective of religion and tribe. |

pimplucious: I am looking at investing in hospitality business but I’m not sure if 60Million naira will be adequate to erect a 20 room hotel and event hall with a capacity of about 500 people max.
Cause of the paucity of funds, I’m looking to make it a single story building such that hotel will be on the ground floor while the top floor will hold the event hall.
Engineers in the house do you think this amount will be enough to achieve this? Pls let’s have your expert opinion on this. Thanks in advance. You will need roughly 200-250m to achieve this. |

This analysis is so funny.. have you been to the north to do your sampling? Many analysis might faill in 2023 election..
Atiku: the north won't trade president for mere vice president. Atiku will surely inherit Buhari votes in the north.out of 19 state. He will 14-15 state convincingly. He just gather 25% votes from the remaining state. He will be come second behind Obi in the SE and SS
Tinubu: will get major votes from the SW, SE and SS is a no go area for him.. and he will hardly get block votes from the north. But will become second after Atiku.
OBI: will get is block votes from the SE and SS while Atiku will be second behind Obi. In the north will become distance third behind Atiku and Tinubu. |

I see Obi as somebody that has the charisma to move the youth, he can move the youths but he has not been able to move the youth in the north, and the only youths he has been able to move are those outside their stations, outside their states. He has not been able to move the youths of the southeast, I have not seen the youths of the southeast follow him, they’d rather go with Kanu. |

post=119546286: Guaranty Trust Bank has announced that its naira cards will no longer be used for international transactions starting December 31, Reports.
This means customers using the GTBank mastercard can no longer use their naira debit cards to pay for transactions originated in foreign currency.
Nigerian Banks had in March reduced their monthly international spending limit on naira cards citing “current market realities on foreign exchange.”
The banks gradually reduced their monthly international spending limit on naira cards from $100/$120 to $50/$20.
In September, several banks suspended international transactions on naira cards. GTB announced its decision on Thursday.
Read Their Statement On The Email Inbox As Obtained By Below:
“Dear Customer, we write to inform you that you will no longer be able to use your Naira Mastercard for international online and POS transactions effective 31st December 2022. Kindly note that you can use your GTBank dollar card for all your international spending requirements,” the bank said in an emailed memo.
“According to the bank, the dollar card allows ATM Withdrawal of $1,000 daily or the equivalent in the transaction’s local currency. It added that with the dollar card, there is no limit to international PoS or online transactions. There will also be no annual spending limit,” it said.
Nigeria has suffered an importation-fuelled foreign exchange crisis for years, but the scarcity worsened in 2021 with its export proceeds declining amid increaed supply for foreign exchange. The dollar exchanges for naira at about 440 a dollar at the official market and N740 a dollar at the parallel market.
As of December 28, Nigeria’s foreign reserve fell to $37billion, compared to $37.1 billion recorded as of November 28.

OsunOriginal: Today, I visited Otuoke, my community and a few other communities in Bayelsa State to have an assessment of the impact of the flood. It is still a depressing situation in many of the affected communities because of the magnitude of the flood and the disruption and destruction it has caused. This is a moment of crisis; we need to work in unity to achieve the goal of giving hope and providing succor to all victims. I urged all citizens of goodwill and humanitarian agencies to demonstrate solidarity with these victims and provide support to those affected. - GEJ
This man was president of Nigeria for 6 years. The only thing he did in Etuoke was building a mansion for himself without even thinking about the susceptibility of the area to flooding. Today, the mansion is underwater and not habitable. Our leaders lack foresight and easily get carried away by all the noise that goes with being a president. Obasanjo was president for 8 years. He didn't remember to reconstruct the road leading to Otta. Today, Obj is complaining about the state of the same road he neglected while in office and had all the power to fix.
To Jonathan, enjoy your continued stay in IDP camp There no wonder Jonathan could do as a president to curtail flood in a riverine area like bayelsa. I have worked in so many part of the state as a civil engineer,so understand the terrain well. I could remember in 2013 when this same flood eroded Bayelsa state.. we were doing construction works at the fed uni in otuoke. In 2013 when fashola wanted to demolish some areas in Lagos cos of flood. Jonathan went to Lagos to stop fashola then, he told fashola that from the area he came from they have same issue of flooding that demolishing those area and sending people in that area away will not curtail flooding. The Dasin Hausa Dam that was supposed to be constructed in Adamawa by Nigeria government to curtail flood from cameroun dam can't still stop the flood but will reduce the intensity of the flood. The best that could happen in those area flooded is for people to evacuate those areas before the dams are opened. |

And with Osinbajo as the president, Lagos will be liberated from the hand of one man sitting on the destiny of over 20 million lagosians, imagine lagos Governor couldn't start and complete over 6km Road at a stretch all the roads he has commissioned are less than 7km at a stretch , is that not a shame?
