A kickback is a form of negotiated bribery in which a commission is paid to the bribe-taker in exchange for services rendered.

That what ganduje received as kickbacks was already proven at the investigative hearing conducted by the state assembly which the governor stopped for reasons best known to him!
If he wasn't guilty,he would have allowed the process continue!

What if it was in 2012, when ganduje was kwankwaso deputy, what if i was the one offering him money on his birthday? The video does not add up, anybody can voluntary to testify in court, that does not make it to be from kickback. Court cannot accept it, ganduje was right to stop the investigation, becos the assembly wil wrongly impeach him

A video evidence has been presented showing a governor receiving kickbacks from his contractors....an international firm was hired and confirmed the authenticity of the video!
The contractors have said they will only show up as witnesses when the matter is in a competent court of law.....
Now,the same governor went to stop an assembly investigation on his case....what does that tell U?
If a video shows that you allegedly collected bribe from a person and you are making frantic efforts to prevent that evidence from being investigated,does that not show complicity on your part?
What other evidence do you need?

However,let ganduje mistakenly port to PDP or another party and watch how efcc will immediately prove that the video evidence is authentic!
