getting the scholarship isn't a problem but many a times one is faced with the problem of "Time" for visa application

My little advice is try finland they give instant Visa decision like the US.

yes oo i already have the checklist printed out and saved on my laptop

Except you understand the wonderful works of Adobe , then pictures enough in the modern times arent just fully ok for proves


why not ask them for videos , which too can be fake , but with more sophisticated equipments

@Paw-Paw thanks but no thanks . now listen there is no place outside africa where there isnt racism all you need do is be your self and try survive as a nigeria. I had been victim of racism even in UK when i went for a conference so all this happens every where.

@dr.seuz thanks for the contribution . but the present visa fee is about $430 including a to and from DHL courier i want to know possible things they require for a student visa application . I have been reading lots and I am sure some expert who know far beyond the general requirement.

I am a student who is applying for a 10 weeks program in Australia starting in 2008 January

I have successfully secured an admission from the institute and will make payment soon to get the CoE(certificate of enrollment)

I am paying the school $3000 and $200 AUD for accommodation assistance in setting up an accommodation in Australia which they estimated at $270 weekly which included 2 meal plan and 3 meal plan for weekends.

I also sent an extra $100 AUD for airport pickup to the school once i get to the airport they school will pick me up and convey me to my lounge


Now I am about applying for a VISA

I need possible things I will include to enable me successfully secure entry clearance to Australia.
I was reading some files and found the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is this necessarily important when i already have a AHM VET 12 Months(paid ) included in my tuition fee.

Also are there any affidavit I and my sponsor who happens to be my in-law provide .My in-law presently only has one daughter who will be 1 yr old by January 2008 and he has a good flourishing business to be able to provide a bank account worth up to 2-4 million

Tax clearance and utility bills and up to date and receipt and invoices for business can also be made available

now i need more tips on what and what to provide for me to secure the visa to study.I intend coming back to Nigeria to move to the Uk after the 10 months as i want to boast my transcript for a masters course in Uk.

So please in listing can you help me with what and what I should provide to get this VISA

and best time to apply and through who , do i got through DHL who charges about N75,000 including Visa fee and courier to and fro or do i get an Australia friend help me apply straight in Australia

I am applying for a student visa for jan 2008 entry , any advice on what and what i should present for me to be able to secure the student visa.

i was tat the DHL office listed on their website today and was told for both the visa fee and the courier to and fro will cost about 75k which I am sure is non-refundable.

Apart from you not listing specifically for australia, can you pls kindly give brief listing of things needed that would guarantee you success in Visa applications for any country , lets sau UK .

will you buy your travel ticket from the 250k to uk

will you pay for accommodation from the 250k when you get to uk

will you feed urself for a period you dont have a job from the 250k

Denmark , sweden , FInland are all free you just pay accomodation , minor student fee like ID cards , insurance and some little charges

some even give free meal , Thanks to teh scandinavian govenrment

Canada has no free education

its not the wrong time , this is just a peak period where over 20k student apply for visa for september / october entry so like 80% will be refused

also I dont thing it works with Vista because i ordered an original copy from the store and couldnt install it on a new Hp Pav laptop

@Phil7 for the fact that you over stayed your stay when issued a clearance to attend the tournament means you will be refused.

Even if you didnt apply again and within that six month if its not a multiple entry visa you cant go no where with that.

All you need to is apply and when refused , trash out that fact about your over stay

I have concluded issues with our family lawyer

If by the end of the month they dont refund me my money , We are filing a N 5,000,000 court case on the company for all the damages cause within the extended period of 2 years


I will keep you guys posted, meanwhile just dont give them your money

Soliciting their help is no problem all they do is help you courier your transcript to the school and receive it back for you when processing is complete .

If teh school takes you , you make deposit , but when refused visa and you want to appeal ,

they tell stories
