Nonsense network. I started using GLO network on Saturday 28/4/2018 and to be sincere, its been a very great experience using it to browse. GLO is the best!! Visit glo page anywhere fb or twitter and confirm their rubbish network from users. I couldn't imagine myself buying 1gb for 1k now but I am. It's better than paying same for 2 or 4gb I couldn't use a third of due to holiday network.

People complaining about mtn zapping data should probably get a data counter app. (my data manager works in most cases) and then most importantly 'freeze' play store. It seems to update every 2 days or sooner. Especially when your internet is idle and when you open an app with IAP prices.
Lastly, you might want to disable data when you are not using it. Some apps like DU Apps (Battery saver, clean master, etc) download updates themselves before prompting you to 'update'. Better to avoid other apps that use plenty of data.

That said I have rolled up 5,9gb data within the last 9mths. And yes I tether to my laptop most of the time.
