Hello guys incase of rejection and an appeal is being made, who is going to re issue the visa. The alien office or the consulate??
Note: visa was rejected after Am and after sending passport nd insurance. Rejection was based on Enrollment deadline expired
Got another letter of extension and appealed d following day which is on 25the on Nov. Am still waiting for reply from them. Who is having experience with stuff like this that can shed more light. Thanks

In the case of @opeyeminas, you should put up a LoE and attach verifiable documents to support your claims. Eastcoast1 will draft a submission and build a case on error or omission...
We have seasoned lawyers in the house who can advise further...
You may choose to do this on your own or consult a lawyer to do a draft for you... but the final submission to CIC will be in your name and not a rep...

I think your case shouldnt be a problem to tackle. where God saved you is the inclusion of your GCMS file in your app, just reply them that it was an error of omission stating that you even attached your GCMS note, so its an evidence you are not trying to cover anything. I think you should be good on this part. reply them asap and you can also include your refusal letter and the GCMS note in the mail.

The problem am facing now is my laptop containing my SOP crashed months ago and I don't have extra hard copy which means am left with only my Gcms to use as evidence. And is it that I will have to get a lawyer to reply them or I will reply on my own because have read something about getting a lawyer to reply for applicants in cases like this. Thanks

Good afternoon guys. Woke up to this mail this morning and this is the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life, hope it won't cost me this visa after all the stress I went through. What are my chances of getting visa after replying them with prove in my SOP stating I was previously refused Visa on 2 separate occasion with reasons attached and I even include my GCMS which should also serve as evidence that it was just a mistake I made out of negligence. You have a chance to improve your CGPA then apply for a course at appropriate level that gives you much much better chance of getting study permit

Yes you have 3rd class today but that is not the end of life for you, you don't have to apply for Canadian study permit now.

I accept anything u say even if u say my CGPA won't allow me be a Nigerian citizen. Just dat I think wen u are telling people not to go one way u should try and be showing dem another way not telling dem to just turn back. And wat do u mean by improving CGPA?? Will d person av to go for another degree or wat??

I don't think you read my post properly or understand the arguments here.

Courses are not designed only for Nigerians or other African countries who will require a visa to enter Canada, immigration-wise.. degree to PGD/PGC is not a natural progression, its a shortcut to immigration.

You don't need PGD/PGC to get into Msc when you have a degree and you will struggle to convince Canadian embassy that of all the courses offered by universities and colleges that you only see PGD/PGC ones.

You choose a course and at a level that shows natural progression and gives you a better chance of getting a study permit
