Which one is commissioner for higher education again...so they have commissioners for primary,secondary and higher education,if vat stop make dem continue the nonsense.

It’s worrisome that some people are coming to my mention cos of this post,I wonder how much is the igr of borne state that they will be paying more than one commissioners in one ministry.can’t there be a directorate of higher education under the ministry of education under one commissioner?.does it make any sense that that state appoints a commissioner for water transport,one for rail and another for road where the whole transport ministry can be under a commissioner with directors...make una continue,wether primary,secondary or higher,all na education so no need appointing different commissioners wher u are faced with the reality of poverty,insecurity,unemployment and lack of resources.even Lagos that has the capacity didn’t do that...they be running to the fg and seeking loans to fund recurrent expenditures,downsizing workforce and creating more unemployment to increase cost of governance is evil.it’s insane to go to most of these offices and u have about 2people doing the work of 10 people but u will have about 5 political appointees performing the task of 1person.
