Politics › Re: President Buhari Will Not Resign – Femi Adesina by opribo(m): 4:18am On Apr 29, 2017
Psalm 90:10

King James Bible
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

I dont know why human beings cannot understand that 70years is the number of years we have on earth anything after that is over time and replete with ill heath. The bubu should go home and rest he has done his bit let others continue, he is over 70yrs there is nothing he can do about it he is old he must go home and rest he need not drag the nation backwards just because of his greed, he should learn to let go. Nature cannot be cheated. Time is up.
Travel › Re: Dear Nigerians In Diaspora, Is This Wickedness Or Selfishness? by opribo(m):
Anybody is free to travel abroad as long as they are travelling with valid documents and for good intentions. When my company sends me on training abroad, I stay in the finest hotels and I try to catch up with friends abroad, what I have noticed is that out of 10 friends I meet perhaps only one is measuring up. The rest are struggling. Some go to work by 2am in the morning and come back by 3pm, some do two different jobs to be able to cope with house rent, and other bills that keep coming and never ending, some don't sit down throughout at their work place, they stand all through, some cannot go out to have a chilled beer and correct point and kill pepper soup. Their routine is work, sleep whenever possible, eat and church whenever their schedule permits. Some cannot return home on holidays because they dont have valid documents thats why you see some 20 years they have not seen home, those that have paper nko they can only come home once during their vacation which is usually like 2 weeks max, 'dem no born them well to stay beyond two weeks' else they are fired and before that time they will be waiting for sales period so they can buy things cheap to come and display here.

Some the work they do over there, they will never try it in Nigeria and yet they are graduates. Honestly, the life of most diasporia people is better described as glorified slavery regardless they have their permanent papers.
When we go out clubbing I end up taking up the entire bill and I am like you guys have the hard currency why should I pay but they tell me it ain't easy to come by. To crown it all the conditions some of them work is very uncomfortable, some work in below -20F temperatures, some tender old sick people with highly contagious disease, some drive UBER, some are into credit card fraud and other crimes. The few that are working in the banks or other high brow offices go through discreet racist treatment yet they cannot complain. All these things comes back to haunt them in their old ages.

So the truth be told, if and only if our leaders can make Nigeria better believe you me no Nigerian will ever prefer to stay in that cold and unacceptable treatment they tolerate.
We have the best weather, we have the best mineral resources, we have the best inland water ways. WHY WHY WHY cant we develop these things. Build a network of interconnected rail line across the country, obey laws, love the country above self, kill corruption and make the laws work irrespective of person, class or position. Provide 24 hours electricity and provide round the clock security that works, build good roads and develop infrastructures, keep our environment clean these are the things the diaspora people enjoy minus that I cant point to anything they have we don't have.

So if you have a good job here, please my sister think twice before you go there to live, of course you can travel to any country to have a good holiday and return back. No place like Naija believe me, forget about the criminals with no good intentions holding on to power thereby destroying our country and mortgaging our future. Some day someone will arise to clean the Augean stables.
We have a rich culture, why dont you ask why some of them prefer to send their kids home for good training and some when they want to marry they think home.

Our leaders are our problem and not our country, our country is blessed with the best weather, good arable land, many culture, deep belief in God and above all a hard working human resource. Our problem are the leaders who destroy this country and when they travel you see them queue up to board planes and even board trains, you see them obey traffic light and queue up at shopping malls to pay.
They are wicked, they are the enemies of this great country, they must be stoned to death anywhere they are found.

Keep on showing them what the youths can do. #GoMercyGo
Politics › Re: 2015 Election: How Chidoka, Adoke, Dudafa Convinced Jonathan to Concede Victory by opribo(m): 7:58am On Apr 28, 2017
In 2011, bubu lost an election he refused to accept the outcome and people died, IBB annulled an election that was adjuged to be free and fair.

It is not today we know that in this our country some Northerners believe power is their exclusive preserve and that is wrong because be some Southerners are yet to understand these things. The North is ready to present a common tyro to lead this nation as long as that person is from the North.

So even if the south like let them bring a multiple international award holder with the highest academic qualifications they will still prefer their own Islamic product. That nonsense must stop no matter what it takes. In a country of the sighted the blind cannot and should not be the leader. If their best are the types they are currently churning out then we say NO, we don't want such.
The world has moved past these type of products as president.
Politics › Re: Buhari Not Harrasing Jonathan's Family, Law is Taking Its Course - Presidency by opribo(m): 7:32pm On Apr 26, 2017
It is on record that for the past two years since bubu assumed office he has been using the Jonathan administration as excuse for his non performance, he has accused all his ministers of corruption yet not a single one has been convicted, he has picked on the wife after all said and done her money was released back to her only to hold back after second thought. Now they blame the GEJ govt even for bubu's unfit status to handle the number one office.

There is no other way to describe an incompetent, clueless, and ill prepared government than this. No single campaign promise has been fulfilled yet they are quick to lie that they have wiped out boko yet boko is still killing our soldiers and citizens.
This government is a nightmare indeed, and there evil against mankind is haunting them. They are confused bunch, sooner than later all Nigerians will see through their lies and propaganda. They want to use non performance and propaganda as criteria to continue in office, that is impossible.

I am beginning to wonder why those rev father in Enugu have suddenly become silent after misleading our people and all them that dragged this nation backwards like this.
Just imagine how our country is crawling simply because some sick fella wont quit for healthy and patriotic people to move the nation forward. FEC meeting that is weekly has become a regular absentee status position, too bad indeed for our dear nation.
Politics › Re: EFCC, Army Discover Vehicle With Money In 'Ghana Must Go' Bags In Abuja by opribo(m): 4:35pm On Apr 26, 2017
Enough of the charade, it is obvious that all the huge money hanging lose here and there is coming from the insiders in the government. We have never had it this bad in this country before where our money will be picked up from private apartments, lockup shops and all sort of places. How did we get to this point in our polity, how is it that all these huge sums of money are all coming up after Bubu's long medical sojourn abroad. Could it be that his hench men quickly settled themselves thinking bubu was never going to make it back alive and knowing full well that VP was a small fry to them.

Well, only a transparent investigation will be good enough to uncover these criminal elements in the government.
Business › Re: CBN Suspends New Cashless Policy by opribo(m): 3:11am On Apr 22, 2017
This is the problem with government officials, they don't sit down and do a proper findings before they jump into making announcement thereby heating up the system and creating confusions everywhere. They issue deadlines and put the banks under intense pressure to meet their deadline only at the end to reverse back to status quo. Recall the ATM offsite policy also that was reversed.

Now my question is who pays for all this policy summersault, the banks of course while the CBN man sits cool in his aircon office unperturbed by their own mistakes and failures.

When the former implementers of this cashless policy took it in parts for the implementation it worked but just take a look at the huge mess. How can you implement cashless policy across board in the country when we are still talking of poor GPS communication for POS in some areas, lack of electricity. Poor awareness on the part of illiterate traders, high volume of failed electronic funds transfer due to poor network communication infrastructure, the very painstaking process to reverse a dispute or failed transaction.

I can imagine the efforts most banks would have gone through trying to tweak their banking software to accommodate this. Somebody must pay for this lack of deep thinking and planning. By the way, I do not see the CBN helmsman as having the will power or political goodwill support to pull this through, not at this time.

Christianity Etc › Re: Apostle Johnson Suleman Visits Force Headquarters, Abuja (photos) by opribo(m): 2:28am On Apr 22, 2017
The police have this uncanny way of knowing when someone is lying or guilty so in this matter in their head they are already calculating how much will be made in this matter. Well since the matter is in court there is no need for further comment, its now left for apple Sule, not apostle Sule to figure out his defense.

This one is a stubborn case, experienced playboys know it that the worst kind of hookers to get involved with are international pros or even the local ones. The reason been that they have nothing to loose, they have no shame so they are battle ready to drag any goldfish who messes around with them. They start plotting from day one unknowing to their prey. They are the ones who will snap your nude picture and blackmail, they use the power of the internet and all that social media.
For her to go to court she has an axe to grind, by the way he looks embattled in those pictures. Why is he hurriedly going to police, I thought he was unperturbed all along.
Politics › Re: Where Is President Buhari? – Fayose by opribo(m): 4:04am On Apr 21, 2017
Judging by the antecedents of this cabal in govt,it is highly possible the dude has quietly sneaked out for his planned medical appointment in UK, knowing how vital that appointment is to his survival. Be that as it may we the discerning Nigerians must demand see our president they are paying with our tax payers money. Presidency is not a secret cult or family affair or even a private cabal issue, it is a public office so we want to know the whereabouts of the man we put in charge of affairs there. Enough is enough, the hide and seek the did the last time is too much for the country to start another one again, the earlier we demand his appearance the better.
Politics › Re: Shehu Sani Blasts El-Rufai For His Anti-Tinubu & Southwest Comment by opribo(m): 11:03am On Apr 20, 2017
Whatever made Jagaban to allow this nation to go back to the dark ages will live with him, he is old enough to know that this country needed a real leader.

Not the type of an expired deadwood but a young, energetic and visionary leader to leap frog the nation into the global arena of technological break throughs.
At least by now he is having a taste of the soup he has prepared. For once we had the opportunity to take back our country but Tinubu took us backwards. What was he afraid of, what was he thinking of. This power in the North cannot return through the ballot box to the South again, never. That is what Tinubu should know if incase he had forgotten history. 2019 will prove me right. God keep us all alive.

Politics › Re: Suspended DG NIA Weeps, Barred From Aso Rock by opribo(m): 8:18pm On Apr 19, 2017
Before we get carried away by the bizarre and unusual huge cash discoveries here and there, a hunch tells me these huge cash slashed away in very unusual and private places maybe the handiwork of mischievious APC agents in government who thought that bubu was never going to make it back alive from his medical sojourn in the UK. This to me is the reason for the hush hush approach to the investigations, otherwise why not make the investigations and findings public. In other sane climes issues like this are called breaking news and minute by minute details are revealed for all to see so that there are no confusions or doubts as to who the thief is and never a closed door investigation as EFCC is doing now.

If these monies were from the past administration, I do not believe it would have taken bubu two years to start finding these things out, and if at all anything why are the monies going back to government just like that without naming the real thief. That is unacceptable, it is either another series in the APC propaganda machinery to malign the opposition or they are covering up their dirty deals. It is not enough to suspend one person here and another there without telling the public their exact offence. We must hold this govern block cant just take over government accountable else we will make the same mistake in 2019. I mean a group of people belonging to a power block cannot just take over government through lies and deceit without any tangible thing to show after two years except accusation and counter accusation. What a mess of a system.

Politics › Re: Air Force Set To Bombard Militants, Boko Haram With New Mi-35m Attack Choppers by opribo(m): 3:17am On Apr 19, 2017
How did we get to this, that a govt will just be blabbing anyhow like this has never been known in the history of our nation, I'm not surprised though when you have unfit deadwoods manning sensitive positions in our country.

The same boko they have technically defeated, the same boko airforce is holding press conference here and there, the same boko they say have fled sambissa forest. OK no problem. Somebody wake me up from this nightmarish govt.
Politics › Re: Court Ruling On The $48M Recovered From Osborne Towers, Ikoyi by opribo(m): 3:03am On Apr 19, 2017
Lest we forget, this is a govt that came into power with propaganda and lies, in my humble opinion all these monies they claim they are finding in odd places and at the end it goes back to federal govt and the owners are never known or at best they claim it's govt agency.
Where they mention a name after the charade the owner wins he Court ruling.

All just to win cheap accolade from those they want to fool. For heaven's sake this is federal govt if there are any real cases then by all means stop at nothing to get to the root of the matter.

Discerning Nigerians know that all these are antics of a clueless govt, whenever questions are being asked about bubu's whereabout they release one drama to sway attention yet upon all no single erson have been convicted for corruption. Haba, who is the fool.
