The poor needs to pay for the rich to keep up with their life style. It beats my imagination how in their ideas to get more monies to keep the economy going, they are not cutting down on their allowances and incomes to make more money available. They find it very easy to make policies that further impoverishes the already struggling masses.

If you provide those same infrastructure in other cities, do you think they would want to leave their places to abuja? The work of the Kingdom of God on earth needs the giving of men.
I can perceive you are not really grounded in scriptures and you are making arguments not because you want to know the truth about this matter.
One thing i know is that God's work on earth would not suffer. Whoever wants to give to his work should and whoever doesn't want to can go ahead but God's blessing in giving to his Kingdom work on earth remains forever.
Whatever we have is because God gave it to us and giving to the church to further God's Kingdom on earth is never a bad thing.

1. Um... Jesus Christ did not come to condemned anyone for obeying the Old Law. After all, He too lived His life in submission to the same Old Law which is His Father's Will. He instead condemned those who pretended by word only to obey but lived in outright disobedience of it. Well First of, those people paying tithes are not foolish, God instituted tithes as a statue in the old testament in order to make provision for the temple and it's workers the Levites. She says tithing is my personal 'problem'. She uses the word problem specifically. She doesn't pay tithe.

This is the present sharing agreement, I bring 70%, she brings 30%.
This 70-30 covers the cost of living, groceries, nursery fees for our baby, and other bills.
before this sharing, we both bring equal amounts for the house mortgage and the car.
When her family needs money, she insists that we share it 50-50 based on her culture.

For my cybersecurity certifications, I pay from my less than 20%, but I have never complained. God has been faithful. My belief is that my tithe covers for the family.
The good news is that I won a large sum of money from my savings, tens of thousands of dollars. I intend to pay tithe, and channel most of the money to my professional development so I can earn more. I don't think I deserve that money I won, that money was from God.

PO didn't have to build a new school in Anambra in order to elevate education in the state, but he had to equip them better, and he did. Reno couldn't argue with that, so he changes the issue to building schools which wasn't the issue at all.

what was the impact of his intervention in education in his state? Was it significant or not? Was the said state performing poorly in education and in dire need of new schools during his administration? Did you notice, the enormous strides made not just in renovating but equiping these schools? Which would have impacted the quality of education more? Channeling the resources for building new schools into resurcitating old ones or using the resources to errect a school from start to completion?

they have always been proud before moving here. coming here doesn't make one proud but rather, the reverse should be the case because you realize that there's nothing so special about you and that status isn't a permanent thing and that it could change and hence you should be mindful in treating people right irrespective of their status

yeah many that moved there legitimately start on blue collar jobs but they do not remain there. It's like starting life from scratch. You shouldn't expect something too far from that. The good thing is that with that blue collar job you probably look down on, they are able to meet their bills and engage in projects that if they had stayed back in nigeria, wouldn't have been able to.
Yeah it is degrading in the Nigerian context to do those kind of jobs and that's also why those sets of persons are treated poorly by many back home, but over here, there's dignity in whatever you choose to do even in those jobs. If someone that moved abroad seems proud, it is either you are misinterpreting things wrongly or they have always been proud.

many persons in the diaspora can be busy with life and truthfully , many may be going through though times and may not be given to chit chats. these coupled with the time zone difference might be a challenge in maintaining relationships back home. I'll just advice if you feel you are being snubbed, give the person some space. the person may not actually be having any feeling of superiority like you are assuming . They are in a new environment, they also have new relationships to nurture which would place demands on their time aswell. The relationships in their new environment is more impacting to them and beneficial to their thriving in the new country hence would be given more priority than those back home.
