Birth story and Testimony:

God is indeed faithful!! I was diagnosed of pcos after 3 miscarriages and later I was TTC for about 2years. One day my friend read a testimony about someone with exactly my case on Instagram. I contacted her and she prescribed the drug and other things she used to get pregnant and at 1st trial I got pregnant.#Oluwaseun now anxiety to make the pregnancy stays sets in fast forward God sent me a doctor and I was only placed on primolut progesterone and I have an amazing smooth journey.

Fast forward to 37weeks scan say my baby is 3.4kg naso I started panicking oh..I stopped eating oh ..because I was scared of the way people talk about stitches.

This my story is getting boring oh..anyways on friday at exactly week 40 I was so over the pregnancy that I started crying in the night rubbing my bump, talking to my baby to please come. After those tears I drank water and went to bed that was how baby started kicking seriously and I was awake till 4am due to kicks without pains oh..
fast forward to 7:30am On Saturday i started feeling contractions ..went to toilet around 9:30am to pee naso I see blood show o.. I called my husband that it's time oga said ...Time keh and you are here brushing teeth he thought it was supposed to start with drama( too much movie) ..
anyways we got to hospital and I was 3cm dilated after 3hours still same thing ..that was when they pass drip oh... The pain increased but i discovered my pain tolerance is 90% that day .. instead of drama I was just on that bed praying and drinking glucose water it helps ... no loud screams at all ... I practice the breathing techniques and it helped ...after few hours I was fully dilated.

Oya time to push ..lord Jesus anyways it ended in praises
My princess came out weighing 2.8kg on 11th jan 2020 ..so cute and fresh ( mama watermelon is your friend oh) .and I got stitches that has to be my biggest fear ever.. it's an amazing journey. Rejoice with me mothers. He is a faithful God...sorry for long post oh....


please how do i care for my jajaina with stitches...some say I should sit on warm water some say hot some say none ..i tire o.

My hubby convinced me to have one glass of baileys (alcoholic drink) to celebrate new year. 17% alcohol. He said it won’t do anything. Now I’m just super paranoid, I’m on google, looking for all kind of answers as I’m so scared. Firstly I return all the glory to king of kings, I am that is I am, accient of day............................ All in all.
My Dr has prepared my mind for elective cs due to my history of delay and age. But he said I should be coming for check up weekly.
Na so I drove myself to hospital for normal anti-natal clinic only for the Dr to say madam we are bringing the baby out within the next hours. I thought it was a joke, that was how I called DH to join me at the hospital immediately. I was already on admission with Drs monitoring my BP every minute, telling me I have to be stable before taking me to theater but instead of my BP to come down it was going up. Dh signed the consent form immediately he arrived and paid, we were told they will need to prepare incubator for the baby, we agreed to everything. All I want is my baby and me to be alive.
I was wheeled into theater 6:15pm, I was injected at the spine at exactly 6:45pm my baby was brought out crying out loud but so small weighting 2.0kg, so the pediatrician that took the baby certified him ok without incubator.
I had 4 Drs on me alone just to make sure all was OK. My BP was monitored throughout the surgery.
It is a wonderful experience that I can't describe. Seeing my baby gives me more strength.
That is how God wipe away my tears of 12 years waiting.
I am now a proud mother of a bouncing baby boy

Transvaginal scan is about 5k. Wear a flowing gown or skirt when going for it oh.

I went for my first appointment @12weeks yesterday. I asked questions with the hope that my fears will be allayed, so considering my previous history of preterm labour @20weeks, I want to be sure I won't go through the same thing.
After d scan, the doctor said my cervix is closed but we can take precaution by doing a cerclage next week to avoid the unnecessary issue.
The bone of contention now is that my husband isn't in support of the cerclage, I know it had nothing to do with finance cos I have insurance. I have tried convincing him but he said no.
I decided to get a second opinion from another hospital, this doctor said I should go for a transvaginal scan, then we can take things from there.

My questions; are their alternatives to cerclage?
How much does a transvaginal scan cost?
I'm confused please, I'll appreciate your advice.

Had similar issue during my first trimester and my doctor said it was dehydration from excess vomiting . I was admitted for few hours and was given drip..

I beg is It okay not to give birth at the hospital I have been using since I conceived. I'm currently 34wks and the reason I want to change is because the hospital is not standard enough.Even though I like their service and the doctor is very good.

What they practice is only vaginal delivery and God forbid any emergency that requires Cs. The hospital doesn't have such facilities.

Or should I use stick to my faith and give birth there. Note the doctor knows all my history (previous miscarriage, he monitored this pregnancy for 3months and so many)

N i gave birth 10:32pm to my prince charming looking very handsome tru Vagina delivery n with many tears thou, baby was 3.1kg at 35weeks... Didnt do scan b4 goin in2 labour so i guess e is 3.5kg at 40weeks (chai!!! D stitching no b here lol)
