The agreement didnt say I could be evicted after a year
It only said if I didnt take care of my bills e.g light, waste, security etc.

So I moved into an 3 rooms apartment Aug 2019.
First on the assurance had a borehole and will get a prepaid installed since it was a new building and they had started processing the meter.
Few months afterwards, the rain started and I noticed the roof of the building was leaking. After several complaints the caretaker brought different people to fix it.
When that passed, harmattan season came and we the tenants noticed there was no water in the tank, that when we knew the caretaker dug a well inside of a borehole and the well was drying up.
To cut the long story, we took him to the police station to sign an agreement to supply us with water pending the landlord fix a borehole.
January 2020, a borehole was dug and we started having water
Only for me to receive a letter of a 6months quit notice to vacate the premises in July 2020.
What can I do?
Because I cant pay agency, legal, caution, rent and then vacate after 12months

I just moved in to a bigger city and a better and bigger apartment. I co-rented a flat with a middle aged man.

Now here is the problem, in my business at least in a week, I attend to nothing less than 20 clients but since one month I moved to this apartment I have not seen a single client.

Any day I do my digital marketing I am sure to see at least 10 to 20 enquires but since a month I moved to the apartment no body ever chatted me up for business.

Today I had to withdraw the last 5k in my account. The least amount I ever had in my account was 20k now I only have 500. I am someone that always enjoy the grace of God in my business but now its as if heaven has turned it's back against me. I am seriously thinking of leaving the apartment.

Any Advice?
