Go and make money and stop having thisninferiority complex. If he can't marry your sister unless she gets pregnant for him let him go a better husband will still come.
You are much concerned about having over sea inlaw than your sister.

The government had been keeping quite thinking that it was only the Igbos. Later, they will be forcing the Igbos to remain within Nigeria. Nigeria is like a kingdom divided against itself. The truth behind the existence of Nigeria today is just for the benefits of those running Nigeria like a private business for their selfish gains. No national interest and no patriotism. Everything is done just for selfish aggrandizement.

What's wrong with this people sef? Is crime their family hobby?

And later they'll say they don't travel to Muslim countries. Bunch of hypocrites. Efe is a fulani name? Or it's a Yoruba name?

Deluded worshippers of Mumudi Cowlu.

Double standard people. When an Ipodian commits crime they call him a "Nigerian" but when he does otherwise they call him an Ipodian. This is the peak of delusion.

You folks are helpless.

The way these people behave on Nairaland is barbaric and backward. Their bigotry has overwhelmed all the corner of their brain. They can hardly utter a word without stinking of tribal and religious bigotry.

You come to a forum built by a Yoruba man and spew crap about Yoruba people. Seun, like his Yoruba ancestors, has a lot of tolerance and patience. Else, he should have flushed them out to their iPod republic.

Nonsense and Ipod.

EducationGov. Ugwuanyi's Standard Educational Programme: A Tale For Another Day by ostarlink(op): 7:42pm On Jul 28, 2019
When some people say that Ugwuanyi is working, I worder whether this is what they mean. For a governor to keep quiet while the educational sector is dying in Enugu state shows how incompetent and insenstitive to the needs of Enugu people the governor is. I cried when I went round some schools in my local government, Igboeze North, in Enugu state. The state of schools especially the primary and secondary schools in Enugu state is mjnd boggling.
I lack words to express my shock here but I think Gov Ugwuanyi needs to look into the educational sector in Enugu state.

Besides the poor state of the schools I visited, the Education Board in the state is implementing unified examinations across all the state. This, they do by collecting levies across all the primary and secondary schools in the state. This has resulted to a situation where some schools will write an exam today and the nearby schools due to late provisions of the examination questions will not have theirs same day. This has reduced the examinations to mere copying and submitting of already written exams scripts by the students in schools that didnt write their examination same day with others. This situation was predominant across the state and has encouraged the already existing examination malpractice killing our educational sector.

Even though there is very little the people of Igboeze North will remember the governor for, I implore him not to abandon the schools our forefathers built with their hard-earned money.

EducationRe: The Letter From Senior Staff Of ABU, Zaria That Is Trending Online by ostarlink: 7:12pm On Jul 28, 2019
There is no way this kind of letter can come from the said person. I am not surprised that this kind of post is coming at a time that students are seeking admissions into higher institutions. ABU, ZARIA has a record in maintaining high academic standard. The north doesn't joke with the school. I refuse to believe in this lie. Everything is not about playing ethnic cards. ABU, Zaria cannot be compared with most schools in the south in terms of academic excellence.
PoliticsElections In Nigeria Vs The Nigeria People by ostarlink(op): 6:13pm On Feb 27, 2019
In Nigeria we have our own ways of doing things. For instance we greet so profusely. We troop to churches and mosques on Sundays and Fridays respectively but also patronize clandestinely native doctors. We preach love and unity on the streets but our homes are kingdoms divided against itself. We teach our children how to pass exams but still write for them to pass same exams. On the pulpit, men of God preach convincingly the consequences of stealing but the church fund entrusted in their care goes missing times without number. We go to schools to buy certificates and forget about the education itself. List of the odd ways we do things in Nigeria goes on and on. We are so weired in our thought that even when it is obvious we are leaving for somewhere, we still tell our friends that we are coming.

Now welcome to my country! Nigeria has been having uninterrupted democracy for a while now. In 1999 a former military General, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, was "elected" the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Obasanjo was so outspoken and so proud of himself. In every occassion he exhibited the character of someone who arrived at the Eldorado of his destiny. From prison to the peak of the nation's power structure, he had arose from. He created so many platforms for Nigeria to move ahead including EFCC. He was in deed in charge of every facets of government institutions. As a retired General, he had all it takes to get what he wants either by freewill or coercion. Military orders are issued and decorated with democracy garb. His regime was characterised by political witchhunting and assassinations including that of the Chief Bola Ige. He used most government agencies as easy tool to get whatever he wanted.

Now let's look at his elections. In 2003, he won the presidential elections irrespective of the facts that the elections were marred with malpractice and violence. He expressed his satisfaction with the way and manner the elections were conducted and described same as a victory for democracy. After his third term bid failed, in 2007, he conducted another election. The election was far worse than the previous one. Many people lost their lives in electoral violence that characterised the elections. His earlier assertion that the election will be a do or die affair between his party and other political parties was well documented. The international observers described the elections as the worst in the history of Nigeria. But all these observations were not for OBJ. He came out openly to express his views about the elections describing it as not only free and fair but also credible and the international communities should emulate us. However, sincerely and truthfully enough, His prodecessor aired his view to nigerians. He condemned the elections that produced him and promised to restructure the INEC. It's unfortunate we lost and amiable man of his calibre.

Now came the turn of Jonathan. Jonathan was in deed a man with Goodluck. His ascendancy to power is strange to Nigeria. He had good intentions. He upheld democratic tenets but glaringly our democracy nosedived into the hands of the wrong people. His corruption ministry was more popular and rewarding to his political friends than any other thing. His reign was a period of bumper harvest of dollars. With the rise in crude oil price in the market, Nigeria was in deed heading to greatness. But no, not in my country. Excess money from crude oil sale was shared and foreign reserve depleted. He had wanted to save but lacked the political will to push his demand. Sooner than later, our common wealth was being democratically shared by the people for the people.

In 2015, Rtrd Gen Muhammad Buhari emerged President on the premises of his integrity and fierceness. People felt the need for a man like him to turn things around. Even prophets prophesied about him. "A man shall be the president of Nigeria and his name shall be called Buhari. He will ascend into power through opposition. He will rescue Nigeria and restore the nations to the right path". He became a popular candidate and few months to election it was already clear that the election result will be to his favour.

The government of Buhari
Buhari came on board and things weren't as rosy as nigerians had expected. The Nigeria economy nosedived into recession. Subsidy was removed to improve on the government revenue. His recurring sickness worsened his situation. He was flown abroad every now and in worst scenario he spent upward 3 months in oversea. Rumours of his death spread like wide fire. To many people his death would signal the end of all their problems in life. All his cries over insufficient fund and savings by the immediate government to curtail the rising naira-dollar exchange rate fell into deaf ears. Believers condemned the prophesies of the prophets. Looters Association of Nigeria (LAN) seized the opportunity. They lambasted him and criticized his government. Nevertheless, he took all the pains and insult and continued to render democratic dividends to the people. Road contracts were awarded to the south east, south south, south west, north central and in deed every part of Nigeria. Jobs were given to graduates irrespective of political affiliation, religion or ethnic background. Economic recovery plan was put in place.
Now, the hard days are over. Nigeria is on the right track again. Corruption is being fought head-on. Prices of foo items are dropping, Dangote oil refinery is nearing completion, dollar-naira exchange rate is stable, there are improvement and new opportunities for the youths. Now, came Atikulate.

Nigerians let us stand with Buhari. He has the solution. He is the messiah we had waited for. Things may not always go the way we want but through him God is rebuilding our country. Buhari has made nigeria work again.
Congratulations to Rtrd. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari the newly re-elected president of Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: APC South East Leaders Meet Buhari, Endorse Him For Second Term by ostarlink: 3:48pm On Jan 22, 2018
It took Jonathan just few weeks to select a bunch of corrupt ministers and other government officials that would ccollectively loot our national treasury. They first focused on excess crude account and when it was sufficiently looted they then turned to foreign reserve. They got that depleted sufficiently before he alerted his colleagues that their time is up. They predicted recession penultimate his administration knowing full well that Nigerians cannot escape that. Now they see from distant points where they went for self-imposed political asylum that the coast is getting clearer and they want to come back. Reno is speaking from all sides of his mouth at London. Deziani is pretending to be sick at a London hospital. The voracious attacker of Goodluck Jonathan thst was converted after visiting Aso villa then in the person of Femi Kayode is using same strategy to gain attention now. Fence politician Atiku has veered off his selfish track in APC pretending to be willing to rescue gullible Nigerians. Some Nigerians that benefited handsomely from the past looting administration are aligning with others to come back to looting table. Forgetful Nigerians see Obj as saint, Good luck as messiah, FFK as advocate of the downtrodden and Reno as a man man of God. He has become a lover of Igbo race forgetting his writeup "The bitter truth about the igbos" (anyone interested can read that up online).
What most Nigerians fail to understand is that parties cannot save us but rather people. Again, no one who expects a change in any aspect of life should expect to still live with the luxury of the previous lifestyle. Truly most Africans lack foresight and hindsight. We forget the past easily and don't mind how the future will look like. We only think about today. Our emotions are political weapons. Everyone wants Jesus to be crucified no one asks why. We want Buhari out without looking at reasons.
Our selfishness is second to none. It s so grievious that if God grants some Nigerians space in heaven they will lock up the door for fellow country people. Maybe entrance will be based on religion, family and ethnicity. We always join the moving train irrespective of its destinations.
Nigeria cannot be better than Nigerians. when Nigerians are better, then we have a better Nigeria. We should collectively choose in every aspect to make Nigeria better. The haves should help the havenots. People should stop accumulating dubious and dirty money to the detriment of future generations.
We Nigerians should accept that we all collectively, intentionally or unwittingly made our nation the way it is today. Same way our collective fecundity through honesty, selflessness, diligence, philanthropy, commitment and patriotism will help us to restore the dignity of this country. No student who always apportion blames to his teachers will hardly improve. Unless we do these, our problems will appear to be inherent, endemic and chronic.

I read this writeup in between the lines. It is appalling, condemnable, alien, regrettable, and mindboggling the way this satanic trend is dominating most families.
I wish every parent will know the consequence of this indecency on their children. We need to have more godly women in our society today than at any other time. This is because mothers have domineering bearing on the children than fathers.
We all should join hands to curtail this ugly trend before our society turns to Sodom and Gomorrah

Some fools that don't know anything about politics will just be opening their dirty mouth to pour out rubbish from their empty skulls.
Sambo, Good luck, and Osibanjo are better politicians than these old military thieves. Sambo lawfully and irresistibly handed over to Yakowa irrespective of religious differences. Yakowa was killed in a well arranged assassination. Goodluck handed over to o buhari. But now Buhari has handed over to who? CABAL. I no say anything.
Nigerians hate demicrstsdemicrsts. They prefer to be ruled by wicked, hard harted, ruthless military retirees
