On the 23rd of May 2022, Mr Peter Obi said he was invited to the UK by the prime minister Boris Johnson for a meeting today at Number 10. Downing Street. He even posted it on his social media handle.
The UK government wouldn't have even care about his lies but a young man by the name, Mr. U Opara asked the British government if truly Peter Obi was invited. The UK authority took their time and responded to Mr. U Opara that Obi was not invited to Number 10 for a meeting with the Prime minister but he (Obi) was around that area for a business meeting and not at No. 10. When Obi was queried about this when he last visited the UK, he apologized and claimed he never knew it was a sin and that it was just a political gimmick to score cheap point.

LegendHero: The candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the 2023 presidential election, Omoyele Sowore, has said his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi, must tender a public apology to Peoples Gazette, an online newspaper, for denigrating and libelously slandering and ridiculing its efforts.
On Thursday, Sowore said Obi must tender the apology for failing to sue The Gazette over the leaked audio conversation the former Anambra governor had with the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, as he had threatened.
The Gazette had published an audio conversation in which Obi told Bishop Oyedepo before the February 25 presidential election that the poll was a “religious war”. Obi could also be heard in the leaked audio saying “Yes, Daddy” several times in their conversation.
But Obi who was initially silent over the leaked audio conversation denied the audio and described it as fake and the handiwork of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He added that there had also been pressure on him to leave Nigeria after the elections. Obi who came third in the presidential election, therefore, threatened to take legal action against Peoples Gazette over the leaked audio conversation to press a charge for defamation and libel.
But reacting to Obi’s lawsuit threat, The Gazette’s Deputy Managing Editor, Boladale Adekoya, said the newspaper “stands by its publication”, adding that Obi wanted to force the medium into revealing the source of the leaked audio at trial but that they would protect the source to any length. Obi issued the threat on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, over a week ago.
However, Sowore observed that more than seven days after Obi's threat to sue Peoples Gazette over the publication of the leaked audio, Obi’s lawyers have not sent any letter asking for a retraction or apology over the publication.
According to Sowore, Obi’s threat is a mere distraction to enable him (Obi) to tell another lie.

Sources briefed on the details of his hours-long ordeal with immigration officials at the airport told the publication that his entry, which was originally planned as a stealth escape after obtaining demoralizing facts about the impotence of his election petition, was monitored and eventually flagged by the authorities due to his long-standing designation by the INTERPOL as a person of interest.
The sources explained that Obi got into the cross-hairs of the INTERPOL years ago when he was implicated by the PANDORA PAPERS leak which detailed the former Anambra governor’s prolific money laundering and tax-evasion schemes. Obi was said to have operated dubious shell firms in multiple countries scattered across Europe with corresponding bank accounts created solely to receive kickbacks and funds diverted from various sources, including the public treasury of Anambra State.
He is also reported to have executed contracts using these bogus firms with the aim of avoiding taxes and defrauding the European financial reporting system. Some of these contracts are said to involve cross-border trade of alcohol and other household goods obtained from sub-standard sources hidden and possibly operating illegally. The revelation invites questions on the quality of the goods Obi ferried across borders from these deals, and many of which ended up on the shelves of the multiple chain stores he operates in Nigeria.
These, and other details relating to his non-transparent management of the donations made to his campaign in countries across Europe, raised suspicion about his trip and caused immigration officials to increase their scrutiny of his travel documents. The intensified scrutiny showed gaps in his passport and travel records, causing the officials to immediately detain and interrogate Obi, our sources said.
Throughout the questioning, Obi reportedly pled for the details of his interrogation to be kept confidential, noting the perception damage its divulgence is likely to do to his careful branding in Nigeria as a conscientious public servant. He also promised to provide details of his financial dealings in the UK and other European countries to the authorities.
On the management of donations made to his campaign, Obi was said to have shifted responsibility to his party, even though internal sources have previously described his authoritarian management style and sole control of all donated funds. Obi and a small class of easterners that joined the Labour Party with him from the PDP are said to have seized control of the party, isolating foundational members whose recent protest caused a leadership crisis within the party.
It remains unclear if the UK authorities will continue actions against Obi and whether or not his airport experience is the beginning of an intriguing dalliance with foreign criminal units which will likely result in a trial. But our sources insist that the Labour Party candidate is now shopping for other safe havens other than the UK and Europe, following growing apprehension that the wall is fast closing in on him.

It cannot upturn local government chairman election. The petitioners went to court on 4 grounds. 1. 25% in FCT. Supreme Court past ruling, all Nigerians votes are equal and so no golden votes. FCT is just one of states in nigeria as it relate to election and stated in theconstitution. 2. Tinubu indictment of drugs: Supreme Court past judgment, only Court of competent jurisdiction indictment can prevent a candidate. Tinubu was never arraigned or indicted by any court. 3. VP elect double nomination: VP name was never sent to INEC as a Senate candidate. Mere expression of intention is not equal to nomination. 4. Non transmission of results real time: There's no existing law make transmission of results real time a compulsory for INEC. INEC substantially complied with electoral act.

Former Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo, has suggested why it would be difficult for a Christian to become Nigeria’s president. Dokubo said politicians who have promoted religion more are Christians, hence it would be difficult for them to produce Nigeria’s president in the nearest future. That election defied many odds. Many governors lost their states to the opposition. Even the President-elect lost his firm grip on Lagos. Mr Buhari lost his Katsina base while El Rufai's political wizardry could not win him Kaduna, yet you are busy pooh-poohing and sacrilegiously puncturing and discrediting the whole process as a sham or charade! How dare you! That election may not have been the best but in few places where there was violence, the people stood solidly to exercise their franchise. Did you have an inkling of what transpired in Obi's immediate enclave in the east? Many APC apologists were either killed or prevented from voting. Were you cerebrally on sabbatical break when the election that produced President Biden plunged America into a never-seen-before orgy of violence with fatalities recorded? With a whiff of hindsight, was the election annulled on that premise? Ironically, it is the product of that election that you are obsequiously kowtowing and genuflecting for with the sole aim of consigning Nigeria into a pariah state again.
Where Obi won in his precincts with some APC voters disenfranchised and some paid the supreme sacrifice, you never rationalized it as a heinous crime but in other places where he lost glaringly, you wanted the whole exercise cancelled. This is nothing but sheer ambivalence. Late Prof ( Eze) Chukwuemeka Ike wrote that only a foolish fly follows the dead into the grave. The ealier you extricate yourself from those inanities, jejune irrationalities and incongruous permutations and come to reality, the better for you.
No amount of writing will reverse the collective will of the people. As a fellow who wrote the account of the civil war that claimed millions of lives, built valleys on their cheeks, made them pot-bellied and a caricature of anything human, you should know better that writing effusively to cause chaos is a height of unpatriotism. If in the events you cause another civil unrest, it would be too late to plead self-exculpation and self-abnegation your ill-thought out writings would have caused. Obi lost that election glaringly and there is no way you can dress a vassal---festooning his ambience, adorning him with costly ornaments and apparel--- through malcontent depositions, he will remain a vassal and never a prince.
