awoo47: pls i have a seller that doesn't read messages. What can i do? and i have already made d order d only time he contacted me was to tell me he had no blue color of my phone and i shld choose another one. he took 5days to answer that too. after, i checked the order item it's showing parcel 1 & 2 one is cancelled out of the 2. pls what does that mean. I'm in dipshit, if i know i for use jumia global jeje. Na ojukokoro kee me If the seller is shipping with AliExpress Standard Shipping, he can only ship the color you choose. Since you were asked to pick another color, that means another order has been created for you, hence, the initial order is cancelled. All you have to do is follow the tracking on the new order. |

kallmemrB: AC and DC current are diff..but if they both generate both same voltage and at same standard they are the same
The major advantage that AC electricity has over DC electricity is that AC voltages can be readily transformed to higher or lower voltage levels, while it is difficult to do that with DC voltages. Since high voltages are more efficient for sending electricity great distances, AC electricity has an advantage over DC
So don't be delusional whether u use Gen or Nepa doesn't really matter as long as the supply is in range with charger requirement.
Nigeria and Myths sure odd Here is the thing. The only reason why the battery of your phone may charge poorly or differently with the same charger when connected to other power sources apart from the power grid ("NEPA" ) is when the input voltage is fluctuating, which may affect the output. Usually, the voltage from "NEPA" is usually constant apart from times when they decide to be unfortunate. The output of a good charger should be the same either when connected to the power grid or to a good generator (one with Automatic Voltage Regulator). The problem is that most of those small generators don't have AVR. The bigger ones do have. AVR will ensure that a steady voltage is being supplied at all times. Once the AVR is non existent or faulty, then anything can go wrong with your charger, from charging your battery poorly or getting burnt. That's why it's advisable to charge your phones with "NEPA" and big generators, or you get a mini AVR for your chargers and other mini appliances if you're using a small gen. Even a powerbank can charge your battery poorly if there is no intelligent voltage control. |

BoleAndFish: Pls can someone guide me on how to use SURE app with dstv? 1. Download SURE app 2. Click on Add>add new device 3. Select traditional IR and click on Set-Top/Cable box 4. Search for Multichoice on the device list and select it. It should load about 4 configurations (needs internet). Test each of them, one should work perfectly. |

Depressed101: where did i ever say it was illegal But what you're saying below is an insinuation that custom fees on any consumer item below 4kg is illegal na. Depressed101: at the embolded are you preying on the OP's ignorance Becareful o, consumer electronics goods that are no more than 4kg are duty free, however you might have to pay a collection fee at your local post office, which should be no more than 1 thousand naira, with receipt. Op take note |

Depressed101: I've been buying stuffs, gadgets especially from Aliexpress, even via Mr.Noobody for some years now.. I have never had to pay any duty fee to customs, infact the fee i pay at my local Post office was just recently introduced, i am aware of FG's desire to drive Revenue via tax..
Yes the receipt you are issued is from nipost not customs.. It looks like the pic below That you have never been charged custom fees doesn't mean it's non-existent, it only means you've been lucky, especially if you've been buying electronics. Custom fees is legal and if it's charged on your item, then you must pay. |
