you still don't get it this matter is not about shortage of means of transport rather it's about shortage of roads and flyover.the government should construct more roads to de-congest the over congested ones,they should also construct an inter-city railway so that the people will have another means of transportation rather than road in this way the people will have 3 options to choose from.some will use roads, some will use train while some will use ferries.
