It can happen to any other brand out there. You're just unlucky, simple!

Find a way to reflash the ROM (either by yourself or someone knowledgeable in the art). I'm sure it will come up once you do that.

I was interviewed in January 21st and 22nd (two days interview) and got called on 13th December to resume work on the 28th December of the same year. In between these times, the recruitment team contacted me several times to send my updated CV, asked for my passport data page e.t.c. Some recruitment processes can take a really long time. Within that period, they've probably engaged and disengaged some other people.

High turnover will definitely lead to high hiring cost. That's why it's important for companies to have a good HR department to attract the right talent/candidate for the job, ensure that employees are happy, thereby reducing the rate of employee turnover, which in turn leads to lower hiring cost and engagement cost.

Sadly, most Nigerian businesses don't understand this, especially those one-man businesses.

I'm telling you. I don't have a problem when a lady buys properties in her name, infact many of them should do incase things go wrong in the future, bit they shouldn't scream murder if the husband do the same thing.

I posted a pix sometimes where an HR officer was suprised and ask why women don't use their husband as NOK but majority of men uses their wives.
Won't be surprise if many of them do the same thing since property is involved.

A lot of men too don't use their wives. Rather, they use their children. This is ignorance on their part because NOK is not the same as beneficiary in Nigeria.

Clear cache/storage of the particular app or reflash the full ROM.

It's not from a particular app. It's pops up randomly anywhere, so it's a bug.

I'm thinking of reinstalling the update later. I just want to know if anybody else is experiencing it.

I'm managing like 7 hours+ on the rn7

But I noticed it's dropped a bit after the miui 11 update... But it still works fore

Miui 11 feels snappier (placebo effect ?)

I was able to get Google RCS Messaging to work on it (Android equivalent of iMessage)
Havent taken pics to check camera improvements... But I like the way whatsapp pops out in some apps.

Overall not so bad

It's not a placebo effect. It's actually faster and more responsive. Better animation too.

Android 11 is not out yet. The latest is Android 10.

MIUI is an Android skin by Xiaomi for their phones. The latest is MIUI 11 and that's what is currently being rolled out to their devices.
