Religion / Re: Pastor W F Kumuyi And His New Bride Aduke by otitokoro1: 2:01pm On Jan 06, 2011
What happened to companionship?
. Company in terms of what? That elders in the church could not serve at this stage. Apostle Paul was highly successful in his mission yet unmarried, The argument of most member is that " it is better for him to get married than to goaround fornicating, " I am not condemning him for marrying but the moral principle underlying such is what I feel should be looked into.
Religion / Re: Pastor W F Kumuyi And His New Bride Aduke by otitokoro1: 1:22pm On Jan 06, 2011
In my own opinion, there is nothing wrong in Kumuyi remarrying BUT a man of his status getting married in that manner, considering the length of time to his wife absence, his rigidity (perceived form his followers) is questionable. Does that mean he is sexually weak?

Some of their members' argument in support of the issue makes it even worse.

my conclusion comes from Psalms Psalm 116:11.
Religion / Re: Christians: Please Will A Person Go To Hell For Remarrying After A Divorce? by otitokoro1: 12:46pm On Jan 06, 2011
"For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven". - Matthew 22:30 (King James Version).

Marriage is earthly affairs.

Career / Re: Is Witholding A New Employees First Salary Legal by otitokoro1: 12:18pm On Aug 27, 2010
That is Jungle Justice. The fact that big organisations does that here in Nigeria does not make it legal. When you are giving letter of appointment that states your contract terms with the organisation. In that letter, there use to be a clause that can be used to terminate the agreement. Should any of the parties failed in honouring their own part of the agreement, such may be taking up in court. That been as it may, The issue of Refree that you have provided is legal and it is used to trace that person should he/she disapeared to tin air. The Refree will have to produce the person or vicariously liable.

However, Nigeria factor has made so many illegality to look legal because :
1. Massive unemployment is holding many into captivity.
2. Every Nigeria want to take advantagfe of others
3. Judicail system has failed us or are not in place.

If your organisation wants to do that make sure you do it for the less priviledge workers not expertrates or professionals.

I have read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, but still i could not find were Jesus Christ and even the Prophets that came before him had body guards. But that is synonymous with all our present days pastors, they all move with group of body guards, you are not allowed to have easy access to them, cos if you tried the body guards will rough handle you. I have sat down and thought over all these but i can not realy placed my mind on the reason why they are doing this. if disables can gain easy access to Jesus, then why not these pastors that call themselves God representative here on earth, pls let pounder over this,What could be the cause?

finally he is declared dead after months of waiting for the following reasons.

7. acting president slashed the health care allowance for the president, an advice given to him by sanusi.

6.the life support machine on which he was placed started overheating, turns out it is igbo made.

5. the saudi hospital had already given him a death certificate which was going to expire.

4.the chief iman was requesting for compensation for telling a lie that he was coming back soon

3. turai had taken enough money that would last her a lifetime.plus she was getting disgusted with the smell.

2. his death was his 7th agenda

1. after all is said and done, it is better to die as the president and get a public holiday then die as an ex

you can add your own reasons i have a feeeling it should be 100 reasons.

You must not believe me, as that wont change anything.

Just know that I am not posting based on what I read or what I was told, I am a true, tried and tested Mason and belong to many Masonic organizations, both those you know, read about or heard about and those you don't even know exists.Masonry is a far cry from what many people are led to think it is.I think the fear of the unknown is what makes people believe all the crap they read or hear about Masonry.

In all my years of being a Freemason ( I've been one for many years and I attend Masonic functions regularly) I am yet to see any reference to satanic rites or any form of worship, but I guess you wont believe me.I have also attended lodge in countries on all continents and yet to see this so called Satanic influence, but what do I know since none masons know more than those that are real Masons Smiley

2B1ASK1.

With the way you sound, you do not have the quality of Freemason. You only want us to believe all you say. My advice to you, do not allow your mouth to kill you. grin

I am writing this testimony so that those who are going through the trials and rough road I have gone through should continue to hold on to God and trust Him no matter the situation they are now that God will certainly make a way for them, God can lift up a man from dust to a throne. It's just a matter of time.

“Though you have lien among the pots, yet shall you be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and your feathers with yellow gold.” Psalm 68:13

God is also speaking same to some one reading this testimony; just believe it and it will be fulfilled.

I graduated in 2003 with HND (Upper Credit) in Mechanical Engineering, after my NYSC 2005 through 2009 I couldn’t get a job. Took so many aptitude test and interviews in various companies; Saipem, TotalFinaElf, Chevron, Agip, NLNG, NNPC, Michelin, Schlumberger and others. I toiled from place to place, series of application, rejection from friends and relatives. I kept writing job applications, attended job interviews but nothing worked. Day by day, I cried and cried.
The most disturbing part was that I am from Rivers State, Ogba - Egbema - Ndoni Local Govt. Area where there are three oil and gas multinational companies. I also recall meeting PDP South South Chairman and a Senator at the National Assembly but no help came from them.

The most disturbing part of it was that I have a cousin who is the General Manager in Elf and nothing as hurting as having such a relation in a multi national oil company who cannot even afford me, contract staff position or even smaller sub companies that work under Elf.

It wasn’t easy at all but thank God all was working for my own good. God had plan B for me, a better plan that what I thought.

I repented and received Jesus as my personal Lord and Saviour. I began getting serious with my relationship with God and Christ. I read my bible and trusted God totally. I closed my eyes to the past and started looking forward for a better future and restoration from God. I also began working for God as an usher.

While carrying-out the duty of an usher in the house of God, the resident pastor of the church advised me to apply for the American visa lottery. I reluctantly did because I wasn’t keen about traveling abroad. That was my testimony.

I won the visa in just that once application. Then the process began, though long process of several medical tests in Lagos, and documents processing. I passed all my medical tests. Then finally my interview September last year, I passed the interview after they rejected four persons before me, I passed with just 2 questions, so strange. Just as if the interviewer was already waiting for me to migrate to his country. I now remember what the bible says that If God be for us, no one can be against us. Just as easy as that, I got my visa. Others waiting for the interview were surprised when I walked out smiling.

Before the interview day, my money was stolen at my friends house where I put up ($775) the interview fee and all the money I had but a friend of mine emptied his account for my sake that night (talking about a situation where I had less than 12 hrs to raise a hundred and twenty something thousand) before 7am the next day being Monday my interview would be holding. Unfortunately, when I got to the embassy the next Monday morning, the exchange rate increased and I had short of N5, 000 and a man I met there at the embassy had to make up the balance for me, even asking me if I wanted more money. (The man also won the green card, passed the interview and now, he and his family are in Maryland State here in U.S)

I came back home and waited for my visa arrival and other papers. They came and here I am, ready to fly to U.S with an open visa, unlimited visa, I call it , permanent stay in U.S not a visa that they give one a limited time to stay in U.S and leave when the time expires.

Who Pass God! It was worth being patient and waiting for. His was actually preparing something gradually for me all those times of waiting, but then it looked as if I was going no where and I was stagnant in the eyes of people.
God IS MERCIFUL AND GRACIOUS!

April 22, 2010 made me two months here in U.S and within this short time; God has done much for me. I now have all my documents, most of all my Green Card which qualifies me to reside permanently in U.S
With my Green Card, I can travel outside U.S and come back to U.S without applying for visa any more? More like a citizen , all I need is just my flight tickets and my Green Card gives me legal access to enter U.S

I come to think of my ugly past and all what I have been through but though I now realized it was worth going through in order for God to position me for a better future. Some one without a job for five years, no direction and confused but now it is a different and a better story. Even after my arrival, God has continued to restore me. Someone without an account in a bank for five years, now have an international account and does online banking from his bedroom. Someone without hope, people thought nothing good can come out from him, now has a green card that qualifies him to live, study and work permanently in the world's most powerful country.

Recently, I read on nairaland about a Nigerian who tried coming to U.S by hiding in the plane's tire and as the plane took off, it tires crushed him there. The story made me realized how GOOD GOD was in my own case, no struggle, so easy because it was HIS WILL for me; moreover He did promised He will take me to a foreign land.

No matter what we are going through, we should keep holding on to God and never give up because in due time, He will make a better way for us. Just time!

This is my story! This is my testimony! Let God take all the Glory forever more!

All glory be to God! Congratulations. The Lord that have started this good work in you will bring it completion in Jesus name.

How is my post based on assumptions?

You are linking Miracle with magic may be you do not know? You are connecting (Moses & Jesus) to art of Magic. You fail to realise that Magic involve conjoring and miracle does not.

Miracle and magic are not the same.

Try and read the tread i posted earlier it may give you good understanding of the book in question.

In ancient times in Egypt, Magicians are recognized primarily by their long magic staff, that is what you now see in movies for roles of Wizards.

Moses had a long flowing white beard according to Bible literature (having seen God Face-Face)
Moses had a long Rod/Staff that has its own Magical (Cosmic or Supernatural) origins
Moses performed all of his Miracles with the Rod being a central focus of his performance (Striking his rod t part the red sea, striking his rod to bring water out of a rock, holding it up for people to be healed when bitten by snakes, changing the rod into snakes to eat up the pharaohs magicians snakes) Keep all these in mind when you think about moses

I don't think you are right my brother. I was priviledge to attend a programme in Senegal sometime i.e "Pan African Youth Forum" I met some number of Youths from Egypt and they are performing some simple magics. I so inquisitive asked them if they are Magicians, they said no, magic is a skill that interested person can learn. They even offered to teach me some basic ones but I was afraid. So it is not issue of rod that symbolises magicians those guys were not holding any rod with them.

Please I would want you to get more information and do not base your argument on assumption as I can see you only assuming most of your points. Be more sceintific in your presentation on this matter.

Sis and seven book of moses were magical book that was compiled by some intellectuals to introduce people who have interest in dark art to to connect soem fallen angels (Demon).
