After a robbery my friend went to police station to make statement - the junior guys there said 5k that the worth of phone and laptops stolen was over 150k. Now they were accompanied by an ununiformed mopol yet the junior guys will not budge until the matter was reported to a godly senior police who was sober.

Now when the guy asked if he heard that the junior guys asked for 5k b4 collecting their statement they denied and my friend as usual being a typical Nigerian decided to keep quiet instead of identifying the bribe seekers.

They sold to me at 105, that's a few days ago.

It didn't even rise up to my 7L mark though I bought 1k worth.

That place is notorious, most of the meters in Port Harcourt have been adjusted to under dispense, DPR is busy collecting bribes, they do not enforce or check.
