Looks like they had been forewarned about the impending bomb blast in Kano.

really sad, the figures will be well over 50. What a pity?

wow

this is a simple complex equation.

Delta State has no business being in that list

stine b: Donald Duke almost ruined Cross River with huge unnecessary debt.

Not almost, the man ruined the state well.

Talk is cheap, privatization is the only answer to our rail problem.

Our representatives said they do not want DANA in Nigeria again, is that too hard to comprehend?

Lets not jump the gun.
And for the love of mike, can someone tell why Yorubas are so concerned with a topic that has fuc/kall to do with them, are posting caustic comments and getting mad to the extent of having a back and forth and giving and extending the thread to now 6 pages!?

Very instructive innit?......their concern and 'amebo' interest in the dynamics of the relationship between south east and south south.
you sound like my neduwa

Good job Abagworo, educated people should reason as such.

Abagworo made sense, the average south south man eye is now open.

Afam4eva: If they were renting, you'll be asking why they can't buy like others. is there anything wrong in buying?

we will not sell our inheritance, if they can't rent then they should move on.

krendo: How do you know this?

I know people who have all their documents intact since 1983 to when this market recently got burnt but somehow can not get their shops back!

Then the law courts are open advise them to go there.

Afam4eva: What i'm asking is why the markets cannot be reallocated to the previous occupants. Who owns the land is not the issue in contention.

The occupants were merely operators or fronts perhaps and have no valid original documents. Now they want to use wayo and turn from tenant to landlord.

The man is doing his job; free him.

Afam4eva: It's funny how you people wish away things like this because it benefits you directly or indirectly. What we want to know is how a market that was gutted by fire is rebuilt and r e-allocated to other people instead of those that owned the land. And the rate at which markets burn these days is becoming alarming. One might be tempted to think that these markets are intentionally set on fire.

In a market, stores are allocated to traders, the land belongs to the government. People should stop playing the ethnic card when they are the major beneficiaries.

I doubt the authenicity of this report. Why are people quick to play the ethnic card when things go against them? If you have valid documents that show you are the official owner of the place then go meet the officer in charge.

Hope it will be used properly.

nairaland moderators should be warned.

They voted for GEJ not PDP.

mercylicious: Hope he is not ur oga at the top.

The last time my directors flew via aero from Lagos to PH was on Sunday the 10th of March 3pm flight. They complained that the airconditioning system was inefficient during the flight and as such it was hot. Next time we will try ARIK.
