RomanceRe: Girl Curses Ex-Boyfriend After Abortions by ourchoice(m): 7:43am On May 08, 2016
MADrator:
You lied here... I've met several girls that'd rather not have sex with a man if protection is involved. The fact is, they always have that line "so you feel like I have disease or something"? What annoys me most is that I usually end up doing it unprotected with them after wasting my expensive condom (N166 out of 3 pieces that sells for N500). Imagine if I have saved all that money, now I'd have used it to buy some skyrocketed food stuffs or probably have become a millionaire. cheesy

In as much as all the girls I've had unprotected sex with (apart from one of them) either advocated for it or were cool with it, I still don't allow my semèn get into their system. There is a reason why withdrawal method is classified as a birth control technique and it is usually effective to those who know how to use it.

Although in all I've said, I'm not trying to justify the guy's actions. He messed up big time and I wish curses do work so that he ends up feeling the pain he inflicted on the girl in multiple folds. Tho I believe that the girl shouldn't have spoken of it, cuz she should have allowed nature take it's full course.

My elder sister has been in her shoes before. Her's was for about 7-8yrs. The useless man forming Yankee and the best thing to happen to the world, was even married in the US but my sis didn't know. He took so much money from my mum on several occassions (my mum being a gullible woman wanted my sister's marriage with the fraud star to work by all means to the point that she started threatening my sister). All the money he fraudulently took from my mum, including the one he claimed he would use to help work a visa for me were in millions. By the way, my mum never told us that the fraudstar was taking money from her until the idiotic mofo disappointed my sister. He later wanted my sister to start having babies for him under my mum's roof and even though he was just only engaged to my sister. That was when my sister said she's had enough. The man was like well she can go if she likes, as for him, he can decide to impregnate any girl he sees in the streets of US.

My sister left him and is presently married (married last year at the age of 35 to a younger and more reasonable human being- 37 or 38 years of age- unlike the other foolish fraud star that is about 10 years older than her). As for the fraud star, news got to us that the idiotic imbecilè was arrested for raping a girl in his cab (he was a cab driver in the US before the rape case). What happened to him if not karma and I believe my sister didn't even need to swear for him before nature took its course.

Since I've seen such a thing happen to my sister, I've avoided such situations very well. I once dated this girl (back when I was so damn broke) that loved me so much and was willing to give up all her life savings for me. She loved me to the point that even after 2 years of breakup, she's still keeping in touch (don't know if the love was as a result of the marathon sex I gave her grin). I knew that leading a girl on for several years and later dumping her could be very much painful so, throughout my relationship with her (for about 4 - 5 months) I didn't ask her for money and never took a dime from her (by the way, I don't take things, especially money, from women) even though she was managing her dad's business as at then and was seeing money. She was even the one that made me get so used to unprotected sex, to the point that I now can't have sex if protected. I broke up with her within just a few months into the relationship because I knew she was not just the woman for me and I couldn't play along just because of the sex I was getting from her.
All guys should read this! This is what they call a real man, stay blessed bro! I love to roll with sensible and rational guys like u, I am so impressed, well donesmiley

Wowzer:
Ourchoice. All your assumptions on my post= False. Most Nigerians believe in cursing. If that is the way curses work, then I guess most Nigerians are walking around with curses.

Because most people have been used and dumped in different ways both male and female. And according to what I have read here, most Nairalanders would have cursed their offenders.

Most Nairalanders may be carrying curses from ex bf and gf they have used and dumped at one time or the other. And I'm sure they have also cursed their ex bf and gf as well just like the lady.

As for me...Cursing is disgusting. People who do that have diabolic tendencies.
The moment something is not going well for the other person they ascribe it to the curse, forgetting that sometimes things may not go well in their own life as well.
if a girl used her hard-earned money to support u fully and love u, and u promise to marry her, and after u become successful and u meet a younger girl and decide not to marry the girl again and u dump her for the new younger girl, and your old girlfriend out of frustration, broken heart and tears curse u, my brother, it must happen o!

The same way, if a girl do same to a guy and the guy curses her out of tears/anger, it will surely come to pass. Don't doubt it

But if u are dating a girl who never contributed any meaningful thing to your life aside mutual sex, and u never promised to marry her, and u decide to breakup with her and she goes ahead to curse u, it won't happen because u did nothing wrong...u guys were just mere sex mates whiling away lonely times with each other. so no binding agreement or commitment. Sex is not enough commitment to make her curse work, except u raped her!

Don't use your mouth to make promises u can't keep, it's dangerous! Don't promise anybody marriage if u know u can't keep it!

Don't date anybody for more than 2yrs if u know u won't marry them! Keep flings if u can't keep your marriage promises!

Don't accept somebody's financial support in exchange for marriage if u know u won't marry them in future! Make your life simple and curse-free, karma is real no matter your belief or location on earth!

Whether u are an atheist, Muslim, Christian or Hindu, it must work because this life have so many mysteries and spirits controlling our daily affairs, take it or leave it.

TonyeBarcanista:
Bros, with due respect to the guy, his excuse is lame. Perhaps he sees her as old and he needed a fresh meat. He kept talking of attraction and intimacy and not character and companionship.

Why do we marry? is it just for sex? What about character, loyalty, support, care and all? I see no wrong in breaking up with a partner with character issues or whatever, but betraying the emotional investment of a loyal and helpful girl is outright wickedness.

Though placing curse is absurd and invalid
God bless you jareh! You know youths of nowadays are really end-time generation!

They feel love based on physical looks and attraction is the only good reason to marry someone, and that's y many marriages today are in a mess!

The only reasons to marry someone are:

1. Good character/manner
2. Loyalty and respect
3. Support (emotional and financial)
4. Care
5. Sacrifice

Don't marry anyone who doesn't have the above 5 qualities if u don't want to regret!

If u marry because he is tall/handsome, she is pretty/sexy, big ass/boobs, then u will surely regret!

sweetcocoa:
My friend keep quiet, is there ever a time you'll talk like someone with small sense? Ofcourse the aborted baby will hunt her too(if there's such a thing)but why should this guy be let loose?

All relationships must not lead to marriage but if you've been dating someone for six years, planning a future together, promising heaven and earth, then you must have seen that future in your head and it was what you wanted which made you stay, now, how do you explain how all of a sudden, no reason at all, you just no longer want that future? Just how is this possible? You do know what it means to genuinely love someone, right?

I excuse what I may consider stupidity on this girl's part and as I can't tell anyone how to be moral, but on every scale as regards love, this dude never loved this girl.
Don't mind that lady! For that guy to accept financial support from the lady and her family, he ought to have known that the family was already seeing him as their future son-in-law and the girl must have assumed they would get married.

If u know u aren't going to marry a girl or guy, abeg don't allow the relationship to exceed 2yrs maximum, 2yrs is even too long, 1yr is enough. Break it and find another partner than leading someone on blindly.

If u must date someone u don't want to marry beyond 2 years, pls have a written agreement signed and saved safely somewhere, and don't ever use your mouth to promise the person marriage because the spirit rem will use it against u if they pronounce a curse on u later.

Curses are real and work if u are guilty!

One thing I have come to understand in this life is this:

Guys who choose a partner based on physical beauty always end up with the wrong girls who pretend to love them but do evil things behind them!

Also, ladies who fall for handsome guys and only accept guys based on how tall and handsome he is usually end up with heartless playboys!

So my people, it's up to u...dont come here to cry fowl when u make the wrong choice based on your selfish desires, pls live with the consequences of your foolish choice!

Even without opening her mouth, this guy is cursed already.
Most Naija guys will do the same, after 4 abortions her fertility is compromised already and I bet ur 22yr old is a virgin
Girls pls watch your back, pls do,all this guy's u help financially rarely marry you except of cos u want to me the bread winner all d days of your life and that your pastor is a liar

Be wise please
The problem is girls usually accept the wrong guys! Good guys are always single and hardly get noticed or accepted by ladies (because to ladies, they are not lively enough or not handsome enough) while the bad guys get so loved by women, that's something skewed about the world, sadly

Wowzer:
Reminds me of a lady who cursed me in all possible ways because we broke up. I didn't even say a word. Because I know it's back to sender. grin. Few months later she called and begged me, if she had offended me I should forgive her. I told her there was nothing on my mind against her and moreover I had moved on.

Few weeks later I received another call from her pleading for forgiveness. Had to ask her what was going on, That was when she opened up telling me how she saw me in her dream in a scary look pursuing her and wanting to knock off her teeth. More like she was fighting for her life.

She had the nightmare twice and she was worried ,waking up in fear, shaking and trembling I just laughed over it and told her that couldn't be me. She was like I attacked her spiritually. Was just laughing because it was strange to me being accused of such.

I hate people who curse and people with such tendencies disgust me. I can see plenty of them on Nairaland. Nigerians and their curses huh undecided embarassed

Rather than cursing someone, Let things take its natural course. Because that curse might come back hunting you. cool
Don't say that! If this story is true, then that guy deserved to be cursed! Do u think its easy to just let go like thathuh Put yourself in the dumped lady's shoe abeg.

Maybe your ex didn't contribute anything to your life aside the nonsense sex u guys have...maybe self u were the one still sponsoring her and spending money on her in exchange for the sex she offers u, and u expect her curse to work on u?

Curses work if u are guilty! Yes I don't encourage someone cursing another, but what the guy did is evil! The lady had no other way of letting out her anger and frustration....some diabolical ladies will even go extra length of using juju, so don't blame the girl.

My only blame for her is her refusal to use contraception and for falling deeply in love with such a heartless guy. She must have seen the tendency in him earlier but ignored it in the name of love, pity her cry
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Unveils Zero Hunger Initiative by ourchoice(m): 7:24pm On May 06, 2016
Lol, seriously there's a demon in Nigeria's presidential seat that makes sure every elected Nigerian president never performs till he leaves office.

Look at the father of corruption who used to be a Godly and repented man while in prison but turned devil's incarnate the moment he became president of Nigeria in 1999.

Had the whole power, the peoples' support and the whole ground to turn Nigeria around for good but used the opportunity to witch-hunt his past political enemies and to embezzle public funds anyhow for his greedy self and gazillion of mistresses scattered all over the world.

Now haven realized the gravity of evil and destruction he brought upon Nigeria, his conscience can't let him sit one place but rather he keeps pushing hard by all means to redeem his black image.

This is what will also happen to Buhari; if he fails to rebuke that demon that jumps into them at Aso Rock, he will carry shame and regrets to his grave; people close to him should go and tell him I said so now that he has got time to redeem his image and family from generational curse
RomanceRe: This Is Why Nigerian Ladies Are The World's finest. by ourchoice(m): 6:55pm On May 06, 2016
As for beauty, Nigerian ladies are one of the most beautiful women in the world, aside those that have turned themselves to plastic bimbo using artificial hair, lips, nails, butts, tummy grin, boobs, eye lashes, etc....the only problem with Nigerian ladies is their character and manner cry

Most Nigerian ladies lack good character due to their copying of western lifestyle and norms they watch on Telemundo, and movies in general.

Aside the bad character and materialistic nature, Nigerian ladies are the best in terms of beauty

Honestly, it's so sad and disheartening how Christian countries will overlook and even help non-Christian countries to bully and attack Christian countries.

Muslim countries can never do that!

Imagine if Christian countries unite, who born any other country in the world to challenge themhuh

Imagine United States, Britain, France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Netherland, Canada, Scotland, Australia, Israel, etc uniting to fight any other country; it's gonna be a total defeat, but hell no...Christian countries keep preaching peace even when they know that peace can never prevail in the world.

I only pity Igbo and Niger Delta people still living comfortably in Kano, Katsina, Borno, Yobe, Taraba, Jigawa, Gombe, Adamawa and all those muslim-dominated norther states.

Our Igbo brothers have refused to learn from history; stop going to the core northern states to live permanently and comfortably. If u must live in the north, pls don't build any permanent structure there...rent and live like white people. invest your income in the south or outside Nigeria because Northern Nigeria is a devil's den.

High rate of illiteracy, poverty, unemployment, lack of creativity and the Islam doctrines made core northern Nigeria an unfavorable region for any Igbo or Niger Delta person to go and live comfortably.

Resist the urge to relocate to the north no matter how attractive the offer is...reject it! don't bring up your children in the north! If by any means work takes u to the north as an Igbo man, plz don't go with your family and don't ever build any house there, Igbos learn!!

An Israeli man can never build a house in Saudi Arabia no matter how rich he is!

Israelis learnt from history but we Igbos refuse to learn!

It's unfortunate that Igbos and Hausa/Fulanis are still answering one country, but since there's nothing Igbos can do for now about it, be patient and use your wisdom by avoiding to go live in the north.

Dangote doesn't own any house or company in Imo, Anambra, etc....Igbos pls learn!

Hausa/Fulanis have proven over the years that they don't like Igbos, Igbos do same and use your wisdom; avoid going to the north to live...so if any crises erupts which must definitely happen, Igbos won't be so wounded in the north like in the 1966 pogrom.

Remember what's happening now was exactly what happened in 1966; the moment Hausa/Fulani/Middle-Belt counter coup to murder the then Igbo born Nigeria's head of state, Gen. Aguiyi Ironsi succeeded, Middle-Belt/Hausa/Fulani led a heartbreaking genocide to wipe out all Igbos from the north which was called- the 1966 pogrom!

The Middle-Belt/Hausa/Fulani soldiers even joined them to kill Igbos, including Igbo soldiers at Lagos Dordan Barracks to pave way for the murder of Aguiyi Ironsi....Buhari, Muritala Mohammed, Abacha, IBB were all amongst the soldiers that slaughtered their fellow Igbo soldiers at night while they were asleep....they used knife, ropes, etc to avoid raising alarm that will alert other Igbo soldiers.

They did same in Kaduna....and then proceeded to joining the civilians to massacre all Igbos, including Igbo children, pregnant women, boys, girls and men living in the north and Middle Belt and Gowon did nothing as the head of state then, which made Ojukwu to declare for the sovereign state of Biafra to free Igbos/Niger Delta from Middle-Belt/Hausa/Fulani oppression, which led to the civil war.

Now Hausa/Fulanis want to replicate what happened in 1966....because to them, they have overthrown the Igbo-born president, former president Goodluck Jonathan and therefore it's time for them to cleanse Nigeria of Igbos and Niger Deltas like they did in 1966.

Buhari and northern political elites are wicked and evil, they are not happy with the south (Igbo and Niger Delta mostly) because they feel Goodluck intentionally allowed Boko Haram to destroy the north whereas it was them that used accusation and attack on Goodluck's effort to wipe out Boko Haram initially to frustrate Goodluck's war against Boko Haram.

Anyway, my joy is...Karma is real...lets watch and see.

Britain should please stay clear this time and let the strongest region win on their own, let's see how far, nonsense!

And to all Niger Deltans shouting we are not Igbo, we are not Igbo! In case u don't know, to Hausa/Fulani people, whether u are from Akwa Ibom, Delta State, Rivers State, Cross River State or Bayelsa State, to them, you are inyamiri....you are Igbo! You are Biafra!

They see Goodluck Jonathan as Igbo man, they see Tompolo, Asari Dokubo, Alison Diezani, Emefiele, etc as Igbos! There's nothing u can do about it!

And let me inform u Niger Deltans, you are safer with Igbos than with any other tribe in Nigeria; take it or leave it! Forget what some fools say online, to an average Igbo man, Rivers man na Igbo...Ijaw man na him brother...and as for your crude oil, seriously, Igbos don't care much about it and if at all u get Biafra together with Igbos, Biafra will not be like Nigeria...Biafra will be run as a United Regions with each region controlling their resourcse...and trust Igbos, they are too creative and resourceful to depend on crude oil.

So fear not, your crude oil belongs to u forever! Igbos just love u as their closest brother who they can trust their lives and properties with not because of your crude oil.

Remember too, Igbos have crude oil too...plus the ones yet to be explored in Imo (Nekede, FUTO side, etc), Igbos love and trust Niger Delta because they share similar religion, culture and even language smiley

But Nigerians have forgotten that Biafrans won the war. And they are treating Biafrans as vanguished.

I hope Russians, Americans and British can see what has and still happening to Biafrans since 1970. And God will punish all the countries that helped Nigeria to conquer Biafra more especially the Christian countries, they put Biafrans into perpetual suffering and intimidation.

But God will help us, Amen.

This is what happens when a lady goes into marriage with nothing except her body!

She's fighting mostly because she's broke, has no good job, no business, no means of income except this man...and she knows that y the man stopped sending her money is probably because he has married another wife, so she had to trace him to Lagos to fight for her meal ticket she calls husband!

Nigerian ladies should wake up...stop marrying men because u want to run away from your family poverty!

Stop going into marriage as a lady if u don't have a job, a business or a trade that earns u money! Prepare yourself financially before u agree to marry any man!

Guys don't allow your sister to be idle without any good means to earn income, it's dangerous, empower your sisters pls!

Men get easily tired of idle, jobless, dependent women because with time, the beautiful idle woman u married will become irritating, ugly and repulsive to u! Make sure your wife is productive and earning her own money!

The guy's only mistake is that he ought to have ended the marriage legally through divorce before marrying another wife, foolish, irresponsible man!

Ladies stop depending on men financially, u ladies can become rich too without depending on guys, kill that mentality that because u are a lady, men should take care of your financial problems; the world has changed, the economy is harsh unlike 10, 20yrs ago, wake up ladies!

Any Igbo or Niger Delta person still living comfortably in any of these northern states:

1. Borno
2. Adamawa
3. Taraba
4. Katsina
5. Yobe
6. Jigawa
7. Gombe
8. Nasarawa
9. Niger

And....Kano....don't just love their lives!

Please if u are Igbo or Niger Delta living in the north, do yourself some good now by relocating gradually....dont say what will u be doing in the south since your business and whatever is in the north....start now to plan relocation very fast!

Igbos and Niger Delta people should learn to dislike northern Nigeria for living....no matter how attractive an offer in the core northern Nigeria state is, pls don't accept it if u love your life and future!

Americans and Jewish people know that Arabs hate them, so they usually don't go there to live permanently...they only visit for business trips and leave asap! Igbos must learn to be like Americans and Jewish people!

History has taught Igbos hard and sad lessons in the northern Nigeria, yet some deaf Igbos still go to the north to build empire and live relaxed, it's very sad!

Igbos pls start now to leave north....danger looms ahead....u can live comfortable in Lagos and any other southern state....if they attack u there at all, there's proximity for other Igbo states to join effort and strike back to save you but in the far north is like living in the desert, pack your things now and plan to leave northern Nigeria soonest!

Don't say u weren't warned!!!

Northern Nigeria is filled with wicked people! They are blood-suckers! Their religion doesn't condemn them from killing innocent people! Their religion indirectly supports them killing Christians, so don't expect other Igbos to pity u when they kill u, u have been warned over and over, come back soonest!!!

That's all I can say for now!

If not for money and material need, majority of Nigerian women won't marry any man! #FACT

If TeeBillz had money, Tiwa wouldn't have disgraced him the way she did...2face Idibia, Danjuma, Late MKO Abiola, Late Abacha, Shino Peters, etc are more irresponsible than Teebillz but still, their wives and concubines who are prettier and hotter than Tiwa Savage times 2 condone them and even defend their cheating and irresponsible lifestyles!

If you are a guy or man reading this, please listen up: you are dead to women if you don't have money as a man...but you are the most loving, caring and faithful man to women so long as you have the money!

Women are smarter than men of today, too bad....women screen men based on how much they have but men screen women based on inconsequential physical beauty that fades the moment u get the woman to be yours.

It's high time Nigerian men wake up and start dating and marrying women based on how much they (women) have too....divorce her if she looses her job! divorce her if she fails to contribute to the family upkeep! Don't marry her if she doesn't have a good job, not from a rich family and not earning big income! Nigerian men wake up! Nigerian ladies are taking u Nigerian men for a fool!

A Nigerian guy will be rich and go marry one broke girl and turn her life and that of her family around for good....but no rich Nigerian lady agrees to date or marry an average-income Nigerian guy....and if she dares, she must be too old and ugly! and must be controlling the poor guy's life like a remote controlled CCTV camera! cry

Guys wake up!

Ini Edo only divorced her husband because things became bad for him financially and he started depending on Ini Edo for money...the same thing is happening now between Tiwa and TeeBilllz, why? because Nigerian women are only after money and once the man can't dish out the money like before, he's dead and gone!

If Omotola's husband was broke, Omotola would have divorced him long time ago...same with Stephanie Okereke, etc...to these women, it's all about the money!

Davido was right: life to Nigerian women is all about the money and nothing else!

Have u guys ever wondered why Linda Ikeji, Genevieve Nnaji, Rita Domnic, Funke Akindele, etc are all singlehuh It's simply because they are waiting for Dangote son or some billionaire to marry them and squander more money on them!

They don't want to settle down with an average-income earner or ordinary millionaire guy, they want billionaires, shame on Nigerian women and their mad love for money!! cry

Nigerian guys wake up too! Don't date or marry a broke girl again! If your wife was working and looses her job, pls divorce her asap and marry a richer lady, simple!!!

Let's all join the women and play the game too!

oduastates:
Government does not create jobs.
Citizens do.
Just create an environment which will allow the creativity and knowledge of your citizens to shine.
You cannot make an entrepreneurs, inventors, manufacturers out of those who are not.
All government need to do is the the above, security, education( emphasis on technical education), health and infrastructure.
Yes, government spending can result in Job creation.
However those jobs are created in the process of tackling the problems above.
I love reading from intelligent people like you.

Nigerians are so gullible...it saddens my heart to see Nigerians, especially the youth jubilate because government promised to employ youths...government can't employ citizens gainfully for long...it will backfire...what government needs to do is to create enabling and favorable environment that will bring out the best in their citizens, and what are those favorable environment that government needs to create?

1. Adequate security for all lives and properties which Buhari-led government has failed woefully with the increasing Fulani herdsmen killing/attacks

2. Quality/affordable technical/skill acquisition education/training

3. Good infrastructural facilities like- good roads, proper city planning, affordable housing, etc

4. Steady power (electricity) supply to at least 75% of the country

5. Reliable judicial system to punish unruly citizens

With just these 5 aforementioned things in place, jobs will be created naturally without the government telling lies of creating job to deceive the citizens that voted them in.

Buhari claims he wants to use the recovered funds to create jobs for youths, has he even given accurate account of how much has been recovered by his administrationhuh

Is he aware that his archaic economic policies are forcing many big and small companies in Nigeria to shutdown and sack workers who also join the geometrically increasing unemployed populationhuh

Nigerians made a very gruesome mistake voting Buhari in as president....Nigerians ought to have voted for an unpopular candidate in other less-popular parties with more credible younger candidates instead of ever considering Buhari and Goodluck.

My brother, I taya
...... I'm not that financially buoyant, but most girls I have come across are Brookes broker brokest, sometimes I ask my friends were the rich independent ladies are huh
Seriously most of the girls I have mingled with are not Independent financially...
How will u find the so-called financially independent ladies in Nigeria when 95% or more of mature ladies above 22yrs in Nigeria are:

1. Lazy & shy to startup business
2. Unemployed
3. Under-employed (earning below 80k per month
4. Spend most of their little income on latest fashion trends (clothes, hair weavon, nails, shoes, bags & jewelries)
5. Praying/fasting & waiting to jam a rich maga to squander money on them
6. Spend most of their time watching soap opras, home movies and playing corrupt music videos

Definitely we have very few (insignificant number) financially independent ladies in Nigeria.

Unfortunately, majority of Nigerian ladies marry not because of love/companionship, but to flee from their family financial lack and poverty.

Many ladies marry guys they don't even like just to run away from financial lack, we need to correct this societal illness by empowering and encouraging our sisters and female friends to start doing clean businesses and trades that will help them earn money on their own and not depend on men

It is not wrong for a man to assist his girlfriend or lover when she's in dire need, but it is shameful for a lady to depend her life on any man who isn't her father.

I do wonder how ladies feel living their life on a man.

It is very wrong in our present world for a lady to go into marriage without having a source of income to support her husband, it is suicidal and dangerous!

No matter how rich your fiance is, dear ladies please have something doing because that guy can die, lose his job, involve in accident leading to permanent disability, etc..

Ladies pls wise up, wake up! This is not 1980!

Check all the rich men u know or can remember, their wives are also working and earning good income and supporting their rich hubby, ladies pls don't be happy to be unemployed, no business, no trade, no handwork...remove shame and start something and God will bless it for u.

Unfortunately, what many Nigerian ladies don't know is that it is easy for them to make clean money than the guys.

The major problem Nigerian ladies have is that while growing up, they develop high financial expectation from men and therefore they accept and reject guys asking them out based on how fat their pocket is, too bad cry

Nollywood is another thing that also spoilt our Nigerian ladies; Genevieve Nnaji, Tonto Dikeh and Mercy Johnson will just be broke in a movie, and only spend their time making up and one Rich Emeka Ike, Ramsey Noah or Jim Iyke will come and buy her a car and marry her with a talk-of-the-town wedding, so as Nigerian ladies who spend 40% of their time watching these useless movies watch the movies, they start to believe that that's how an ideal relationship should be.

Our TV stations, Radio stations, movie producers really need to start creating movies and TV series to correct this ill-mentality.

Nigerian ladies need to realize that the global economy has become harsher than before, so they need to stop being too-dependent on their men, and ladies need to have a means of earning income before they get married.
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Blast Buhari As Fulani Herdsmen Trends On Twitter by ourchoice(m):
bismarck:
Thank you my brother for these comments. You really understand the situation which most people, surprisingly tend to overlook.
In truth, only an independent Igbo country will bring total solution to repeated Fulani aggression on Igbo communities. Why do I hold this view? People come on-line and rant about how youths in affected areas are cowardly, how SE governors are docile (yes they are!), how security agencies are not helping, blahblahblah, but no one is asking questions about the very-biased structuring and attitude of national security forces, namely, in their dominance by Fulani elements themselves. In all cases where these atrocities are committed, any intelligent person should decipher a worrying pattern: movement during wee hours, of dangerously-armed Fulani herdsmen, police and military failing to nip these moves even when fed with intel reports, then the marauders unleash havoc, and if vigilante/youth try attempt to fight back, they are hounded, arrested, and at times, even killed by security personnel.
These are really trying times for the Igbo in Nigeria, and any true son or daughter of this great ethnicity must start to realize that their identity as a race is in real danger, should they remain in this useless Federation. If Igbos have their own country, what is happening now, will not even arise as their armed forces will be truly nationalistic in securing Enugu borderlands, and even launch raids to destroy militia bases in the North. Please, how can you expect Nigeria's security forces to protect the lives of Ndigbo when Fulani interests are what matters? This is a wake-up call to fight for the actualization of an independent Igbo country, so that in situations like this, they become trans-national conflict, which when garnished with appropriate diplomacy, can lead to imposition of economic and political sanctions on Usman Danfodio's people..
This is the sad truth. I am sure many community youths in Southeast can wipe out hundreds of Fulani herdsmen, but the problem is when they do, Federal government will attack those youths using Nigerian soldiers and Police, the solution for now lie in fervent prayer for the death of the president if he is secretly in support of this fulani killing of unarmed villagers.

All Churches should declare prayer and fasting war against president Buhari's silence on Fulani herdsmen killing.

Call on God with rage, brokenheart, honesty and innocence to arise and fight for the unjustly oppressed, if all Southern Christians do this committedly for 90 days, u will be shocked by what will happen to Buhari.

This is so unfair, unjust, inhumane and evil, let Almighty God arise and shock Buhari, his evil supporters and all Fulani herdsmen killers' sympathizers cry

I remember one day like that in 2011, Wazobia radio Lagos did a phone poll asking Nigerian women to call and tell them which tribe in Nigeria have the most caring men.

I felt so proud to be Igbo that daysmiley

More than 70% of the women that called said Igbo, giving virtually the same reasons LadyJul gave here except the handsome part.

Including Hausa and Yoruba women that called said Igbo men are the best; no wonder other tribes' men gather to bully Igbo men and to burn down their businesses at any slight national political disagreement.

So I wonder y people are arguing this here, truth can't be hidden & u can't stop the sun from shiningsmiley

The only points I didn't agree totally are:

1. Handsomeness because all tribes have handsome and ugly men

2. Good cooks because my Calabar guys carry first for that one o cheesy

you took all this time to put put this gibberish?

Ok I get it. Your people are the most successful in Nigeria? No wonder you leave your successful land to waste your prime years slaving in Yorubaland.

And the civil war rendered your people poor? Hahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahaha

You can lie to yourself but not people with common sense. How many of your people had money kn the bank then? I mean how big were banks then to stash your money to the point where you all starved to death?

Keep fooling yourself eh

The most successful tribe people that comes to Ibadan to sell gala or push drugs?

The most successful people that when I got to Ghana and visited their prison and they were so many in Ghanaian prison so much I had to drop money for them

Keep fooling yourself oo
This is not a tribal war, u and I know it that if Yorubas get bullied and sidelined politically by other tribes like Igbo people have been marginalized and sidelined in Nigeria, Yorubas will all become beggars.

If u know the positive impact on a tribe that produces a president in Africa, u will respect the Igbos for waxing bigger even without smelling the presidential seat for decades now.

Go and make your research, b4 the civil war, Igbo people were the richest in Africa; Ojukwu's father and Nwafor Orizu were the richest men in Africa.

Ojukwu's father founded Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) u have today, Lagos seized all their landed properties after the war.

Before the war, Igbos dominated the military, followed by Hausa/Fulani, things changed after the civil war when Nigerian government retired all Igbo military officers compulsorily, yet Igbos keep waxing stronger, how many other tribes can survive such bullying and marginalizationhuh God is not man my brother, God blesses and equip the oppressed to help them survive, God loves the Igbos so much and God did gave them a special blessing.

Yes u are right that many Igbo guys are in jail in diff countries of the world; that's because things became so difficult for Igbos after the war after Awolowo made so many harsh economy policies to suffer the Igbos, such that they had to migrate to all parts of the world in search of greener pastures, some engage in illegal things to survive, too bad of them but God will help them and with time, Igbos will become greater again.

It is also as a result of the government and political marginalization against Igbos that's causing Igbos to migrate out of Nigeria in search of favorable environment to survive, reason Igbos are agitating for Biafra, and if u allow Igbos get their Biafra, u will marvel at the rate of their development after 10yrs of freedom, and Igbos will cut down their migration rate because Biafra will be developed to become Africa's industrial and technological hub.

I wonder y Yorubas that seem to hate Igbos so much don't want to massively support Igbos to go with their Biafrahuh

If I were a Yoruba, I will support Igbos to go in peace with their Biafra since I hate them and their ways, and I will make laws prohibiting Igbos from entering our country (Nigeria or Oodua republic) after they get Biafra, y can't Yorubas and Hausa/Fulani do this plzhuh

Talking about hardworking and making money

In Nigeria of today, Yorubas still have more billionaires than igbos.

So you can't compare the money traders make to businessmen
No other tribe can come out of civil war and still bounce back stronger except Igbo.

Do you know that after the civil war ended in 1969, no matter how much an Igbo man had in Nigerian bank before the war, Nigerian government seized it and gave them only 10 shillingshuh And still Igbos worked hard to become the most successful tribe in the whole Nigeria after such harsh economy policy made by late Awolowo.

No Igbo person has smelled the office of Nigeria president since 1966 yet these people are waxing stronger....no wonder other tribes are scared to see an Igbo man become Nigeria's president for fear of excessive Igbo progress I guess....Yorubas, Hausas and Fulanis dominate in Nigeria top civil service positions after the civil war due to federal government tilted policy favor against Igbo people, yet Igbos are succeeding more than other tribes....if you doubt, go and check MDGs global poverty report on Nigeria....google it.

Visit Igbo land....virtually all village is developed not by government but by individuals (successful Igbo people who felt the need to develop their villages without waiting for government)....but I served in Yoruba land, have visited virtually all Yoruba States and most communities and you will marvel at the level of poverty in most Yoruba states....Yorubas will abandon their village for Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin and Abeokuta....will never go back to their village to help build good house and roads for their village people, instead they will run from their village to remain in cities and accusing their village people of doing juju, but that's where they came from and the same village didn't kill them when they were young and poor cry cry

Let me also remind you that if not for politics, most Hausa/Fulani and Yorubas answering billionaires today won't even be millionaires talk more of acquiring billions.

Adenuga's wealth has link to former head of state, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, Dangote's family has always been in politics and Dangote acts as front for most past and present Nigerian heads of state....they use him to hide and invest their stolen public funds.

Jimoh Ibrahim's wealth came after he worked for FG under IBB or so.

Florunso Alakija the richest black woman became rich after she made contact with IBB's wife...when she returned from UK as a fashion designer and started making clothes for IBB's wife and she later got a free share of IBB's oil bloc sharing...

Danjuma's wealth is stolen...he got it from government....from stealing Niger Delta crude oil blocs...same with Indimi family....Tinubu, etc....virtually all of them.

But most rich Igbo men have nothing to do with government, they are either traders, importers, international businessmen (though some are into drug peddling but not all), etc....but you can hardly mention a Hausa/Fulani or Yoruba billionaire without a connection with federal government favor or contract....so my brother, its God's doing...respect the Igbos...give them kudos for that....they also have their flaws, but when it comes to making money, Igbos are like Jews and Chinese people rolled in one being, respect them, they are too good, too hardworking and too creative!

PoliticsRe: Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo Youth Movement Backs Saraki - (photo) by ourchoice(m):
To many people, this is shameful, but yes I am Igbo and I am proud to see Igbos stand by Saraki even at his breaking point, which goes a long way to tell Nigerians that Igbo are not as disjointed as other tribes believe...Igbos are gradually becoming united like in the early 50s and 60s, which is a great sign!

Igbos supported Goodluck massively even after he failed to win re-election; Igbo people still stood by Goodluck despite the fact that Goodluck didn't do much for them, which also proves that Igbos can be trusted if u win their heart or sympathy; whichever.

It's not always about money, sometimes Igbos support someone out of pity, sympathy if they see every other person condemning that person and persecuting them....Igbos don't follow the crowd, they follow their instinct; good or bad.

Igbos I am proud of you people now...keep being united even if u are on the wrong lane, with time, Igbos will get it right, united we stand, divided we fall!

Other tribes can never be trusted like Igbo people because when u fall, other tribes will abandon u but Igbos will stand by u.

Igbos did it for Abiola, they did it for Obasanjo, they did it for Ken Sarowiwa, they did it for Goodluck Jonathan, now they are doing it for Saraki, so it's not about tribe...Igbos hate oppression and injustice!

Saraki is corrupt, yes but he isn't more corrupt than:

1. Tinubu
2. Obj
3. Amaechi
4. Rochas
5. Tambuwal
6. El Rufai
7. Fashola
8. Aregbesola
9. Adams Oshiomhole

So why persecute only him and allow others to walk freehuh It's called witch-hunting and Igbos can't support the gathering of all to persecute one person because Igbos have been persecuted by all Nigerian tribes for years now so we Igbos know how painful it is to be persecuted and bullied by the majority in power!

It maybe Saraki today, tomorrow maybe you, say no to persecution and say no to one-side war again corruption!
