I have been to Kogi state also I saw well and now am in Lagos there Is well.

It is because Benin City geographically is in the rainforest part of Nigeria; most houses in the capital dugged borehole for easy access of water.
So, I may likely accept the saying that Benin City has no well base on the aforementioned.

Infact the present administration led by Gov. Willie Obiano is a huge embarrasement to the people of the state. No roads, no jobs for the teeming youthful populations and above the aforementions, no security in the state.
