What is wrong with that policy? This is the most humane and thought out solution . Building farms and churning out products will take at least 18 months to actualize.

My concern is the proposal of 3k daily feeding budget for each inmate. What's the Country's minimum wage? How many Nigerians feed on 3k daily?
