Actually the priority application is 'UKVI thing' as they will take the decision on the application.

I paid for my priority right on the UKVI website and not on TLS, thou you can add that service on TLS as well if not paid initially.

You have the option of going there in person and they might consider you for the next day if you come from a far place or you have the option of telling someone in lagos to help you book with your detail and get a future date, note: available dates now is from August as at yesterday.

First you need to have your mandatory 9 months maintenance fee which is £9,207 because Teesside is outside London, secondly are you on WAEC English scholarship; C4 and above eligible for £2,000 discount and C5 eligible for £1,500 discount. Teesside first year is £7,500 with a minimum deposit of £4,000 to be paid before your application. So therefore your balance of (£2,000 or £1,500)+£9,207 will give you your balance for POF

Hello, before the gurus come, from wat I know, having a sibling in Canada ( both PR/Citizen) doesn't in anyway influence your visa outcome. In most cases, having a sibling somehow raises suspicion on your true intent, whether study or immigration. You may get refusal based on time to Canada and maybe compelled to remain in Canada due to its incentives.
Having a sibling who's a PR/Citizen only adds points in EE.
On your refusals, kindly order for GCMS note to know exactly what you need to tackle, and know that the difficulty level of getting a SP in 2014 and now isn't the same.
So double up and present your application well.

You will definitely need a Letter of explanation stating why you chose to study in canada and it's benefits to your present status, relationship between you and your sponsor. Can as well use your kids as home tie. If you can get a leave letter from your place of work, that will be superb. They just need evidences to show that you will return. The documents you submitted previously were okay and enough to get you a visa.

All your questions have to do with choice despite they all have advantages and disadvantages. Firstly I personally will recommend the online platform for tuition fee payment because mine was successful with a master card, it is equally faster when it comes to getting a receipt in case you want to apply for visa instantly with it. The merchants/school will also have to support this form of payment to be successful. As for the home stay it is cheaper than renting your own crib but it still depends on your kind of person in terms of privacy and stuff like that.
