Queen Wanda Monye has already kick off her Peace Education Campaign in Asaba Delta State where she reached out to schools in Delta state to educate students and share materials to them as well.

While speaking to the newsmen in Asaba, Queen Wanda said the project is set to motivate and inspire students in various schools while the delta state dream big project is a multi faceted reality TV show that starts with reaching out to the youths of the different district of delta state, the project is aim at training Young Entrepreneur and awarding scholarships to selected recipients who prove themselves to be ready, worthy and hardworking. She will be reaching out to Colleges, polytechnics, Universities, Social groups. Generally with free auditions to select potential beneficiaries in the areas of music, comedy, film making/ acting, fashion, catering and event planning, makeup, beadmaking, hair styling and school scholarship.
Having identified these talents, each beneficiary (minimum of three from each field) will be trained in each of these fields:
According to her, the beneficiaries will be trained and mentored in their various field and will be imparted will the grit and character to succeed in the pursuit.
Secondly, each beneficiary will be given cash prizes and the cost of their training and mentor-ship will be taken care and also the beneficiaries will be given the necessary exposure and opportunities to succeed and rub minds with the crème of the various industries.
The eventual success of this project will no doubt promote peace and unity, create a positive vibe amongst the youths of Delta State and it will give them a reason to believe again that good things can still happen to them and the far reaching effect cannot be quantified.

What most of this independent importer do is they collect dollars from CBN through bank, then they sell the dollar to black markets, and make about 30% on it, while if they import oil the gain is not up to 10%.

This fraud happens mostly in collaboration with the bankers

The government gives 450000 barrels daily for local consumption, some are given to local refineries the rest are transported to refineries abroad and returned for local sales by NNPC, as it is the NNPC only pays for transportation and refining, the crude for local consumption is subsidized but no one is paid any cash as was done hitherto cos the crude was given at subsidized rate

Because I am sure that not everyone who opens this thread would read everything in the write-up, which is understandable (we all live busy lives).

I will summarize the main message

Basically, it is very important for us as Muslims to recognize the many favors that Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) has bestowed upon us. Besides the fact that we have been commanded by Allah to recognize his favours and be grateful to him, being grateful is a means of getting even more blessings.
So it is important to thank Allah for many of his mercies and blessings.
The gift of life, health, time,knowledge and even remembrance. Yes, the gift of remembrance! There are millions of Muslims around the globe but out of all of these Muslims, Allah granted you the ability to remember him.

What do I mean?
Alhamdulilah for everything...............

There is a reason you are here, in this section of Nairaland. There is a reason you opened this thread (even if you didn't read the whole write up). Maybe you opened this thread to gain knowledge, to learn more about the religion, to learn how to thank Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) for his mercies or to even gain closeness to him. I believe that we have all been blessed to remember Allah on different levels (whether a lot or little). So it's important to recognize that remembering Allah is a blessing and to ask him to make it easy for us to remember him and to worship him correctly.

Lastly, I didn't want to leave without talking about sujood al-shukr (prostration of gratitude). This is one of the many ways to show gratitude to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala).

What is sujood al shukur?

Sujood al-Shukr is prescribed for anything that makes one happy, whether it is attaining some benefit or warding off some harm.
It was reported that Abu Bakrah (may Allaah be pleased with him), said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard any news that made him glad, he would fall down prostrating to Allaah, may He be exalted. (Reported by the five except al-Nisaa’i; al-Tirmidhi said, it is hasan ghareeb). (Reported by Ahmad, 5/45; al-Haakim, 4/291).

This shows that one doesn't necessarily have to wait for a big event before doing sujood al-shukr. It can be done for anything! Whether is because you passed your exam, or your wife just gave birth or even because you had three meals a day whilst others are barely have one.

I spray insecticide at 4-5 days interval starting from after planting/before the plants sprout till harvest.

Fungicide is sprayed in that manner too but I usually start spraying it when the crop is more than 10 days whether infection or not.

Prevention they say is better than cure.

Baba Iyabo started this sales of National Assets and that was how we lost Delta Steel Company to greedy and stingy Indians. He also sold NEPA and other national assets in the name of privatization and we all know they are the ones doing the buying as well with looted funds, using foreigner as cover face and partners.
