I'm not supporting crime o, but if you send money to the wrong account, e don be for you.
In which country do you want to track someone? Nigeria? Lolzzzz

With a good makeup artist and fake beards, even your mother won't recognize you grin grin
What if the guy doesn't have NIN before? With 300k, you'll get a passport from Benin, Togo, even Senegal, with 50k, you'll bribe all the officers on your way to Cotonou.

And before the case will reach to tracking people, the funds owner will spend at least 2-4m. Tracking alone is 900k per number or so. Welcome to Nigeria.
I will track a number for you for less than 20k...
Once you query the number, it populate everything you need to know...track the man's brothers and family, track his wife's family...

Even if you manage to get out of Nigeria, when your family and friends start calling you, telling your your brother has being in cell for over 4 months you will know it's time to just give up and return...

Those advising rubbish... It's not easy to run away with 1m talk of 10m... Only if the owner does not want to find you... Let me tell you how investigation and tracking goes...
1. If you throw away your sim, they will track all your contacts, especially the once you called the most and those that call you the most ..

2. They will use them to track you... If you run with your wife, they will track all her family members and listen to all call to flagged numbers ..

3. If this things aren't forth coming, they will publish your picture and asked anyone that sights you or with reasonable information to report to the nearest station... You self will see your self... As people de see you for road, fear will be catching you...

4. For those thinking of going through Nigeria, cotonue or one boarder... One of the first things they do when they can't track you is to circulate your pictures to all boarder post... When police de look inside car, you think it's because he wants to see your face...No if they see anybody looking like someone wanted, they do more probe...

5. It's rubbish to try and run with a money mistakenly transfered you your account...

6. As smart as yahoo boys are, they still pick them like beans... No matter how strong or smart a yahoo boy is, it's only cos they turn a blind eye... When they are ready, they will pick you...

You can only enjoy 10m you pick on the road side or something like that .. no go de jonssss

Jobs/VacanciesAccepting Job Offers... A Rejoinder To An Earlier Post... by Oyerinde16(op): 1:58pm On Mar 22, 2023
A rejoinder to this topic here .....
https://www.nairaland.com/7621296/common-mistakes-when-accepting-offer

Most motivational speakers tell you one side of the story... The other side they don't tell you is this...
Common Mistakes When Accepting Offer Letters.

When considering taking an Offer, don’t always keep your focus on the Salary (direct compensation), this may be misguided when you don’t look at the other indirect compensations and benefits.

Indirect Compensation are non-monetary as they don’t come in the form of direct cash sometimes but they can make a huge difference to your budget

What other Indirect Compensations can you consider?

1. Bonus: Are there performance or sales target that you can leverage on the percentage to be paid? A monthly Sale or Quarterly bonus will boost your overall pay which may not be quantified with your annual remuneration.

1- The truth is MOST companies already have thier pay packages, you either accept the offer or leave it, there is NO space for negotiation

2. Sign-off Bonus: Usually paid out as one-off upon accepting an offer. When contextually added, you get a higher salary pay as they are indirectly linked to your offer.

2- Very few companies pay sign on bonuses in Nigeria, you will have to be extra ordinary to find yourself here ..

3. Loan Availment: Do they grant loan without a fee and zero or low interest rate? I remember when one of my sisters got a job with a lower pay but the organization grants loan to its employees at single digit rate with opportunity to pay back on a longer time period. This wasn’t available at her previous place except at a higher job grade.

3 Aside Financial institutions, MOST organizations do not give loan to staffs, you will have to get it from the unions in the organizations if they have any...

4. Learning & Development:Don’t eat your future without developing yourself. If this is included as a perk and there is a budget attached to it, consider it as a catalyst for your career growth. Companies volunteer to pay certain professional exams on your behalf. It may also be in the form of tuition reimbursement.

4- The truth is MOST. Organizations demand 40hrs a week from staffs, Standard SLA... You will have little or no time in the week for anything career/educational advancement except the one the organizations already has in place for thier staffs... Or else, Other staffs will demand they want to go for thier masters if it's granted to anyone... Soon the company will be paying 90% of it's staffs running one program or the other with 0 turn over or returns... The most painful part is this staffs either resign or abscond as soon as they have gotten the qualifications...

5). Vacation pay: Do they grant leave? Do they pay leave allowance? Some companies lump this with your pay while others make it as an aside thus additional money not quantified with monthly pay.

5- Very few organization offer stuffs like vacation pay, the best they offer is, pay on leaves such as annual leave, maternity leave sick leave etc... Organizations that offer you couples of mills to go flex in the Bahamas are just to insignificant in number...

6. Health Care Benefits: Can you register with a HMO immediately upon resumption or is it after confirmation? Can the company cater for the rest of your family or is it only Self?

6- Most good organizations offer HMO, but it all depends on the packages they subscribed for from the HMOs... Coming to negotiate has a slim chance to scale unless you want to foot the difference from your pocket...

7. Life & Other Insurance: Health Insurance (HMO) isn’t only the insurance you are entitled to. Does the company offer life, disability or accident insurance during the course of work?

7- Most companies in this categories hardly even pay hazard allowance, and when they do, it an insignificant amount and it's often across board, You coming to negotiate may not scale...

8. Stock or Trust-stock: Before you can access this, some companies require you work for more than 3-6 years. Others would quantify this and pay you cash as dividend while others would allow you buy stock at lower stock price.

8- Most companies do not offer stock or trust-stock, what they offer is your salary and any other allowance which often times isn't negotiable...

9. Profit Sharing (P.S): This is another perk not attached to your monthly pay but trust me sometimes when you get this, it may make up for your lower gross salary. Let’s say your PS is N500,000. Divide this by 12 months and you get extra N33,333 if annualised.

9- Take this to the bank... MOST companies do not share thier net profit to staffs This goes the the owners of the Biz and when they do, it's an insignificant amount of the profit, negotiating profit sharing with owners of the Biz is like wanting a Carmel to pass through the eye of a.... U no the rest...

10: Pension or Retirement Funds: If you get a company paying this or even paying more than the statutory 10% on your behalf. This is a great talent retention strategy for some.

10- Most Organizations pay pensions which is across board... Negotiating this is almost not possible..

This negotiations are often not applicable in Nigeria, you can try them abroad... If you over shoot your luck, the result will mostly be... WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU... And you know what that means...

I am doing a rejoinder because what the writer wrote is obtainable in less than 5% of the organizations in Nigeria .. Nairaland is a general platform... Don't post what is obtainable to 1 or 2 % of the population here, kindly post what 70-80% of the population can get...

The election is a clear case of simple majority with atleast 25% in atleast 24 states...
If I have 15m votes with 25% in 20 states, and the next has 12m votes and 25% in 36 states, what happens... Where will he go and get another vote from... No where... The person with majority votes irrespective will be declared the winner... This in Us is called college vote and electoral/popular vote....
Our constitution is fashioned after that of the US...
PoliticsRe: TKB417's Presidential Election Analysis by Oyerinde16(m): 10:15am On Feb 19, 2023
Some of the biggest election determiners are
1. Religion
2. Ethnicity
3. Literacy
4. Money
5. Structure
6. Powerful people
7. Traditional rulers
8. International community
9. Local media/online media

Analysis.

1. Religion - Of the four leading aspirant, only 1 is a Christian... Meaning if we have a rough estimate of 120m Muslims, and 100m christians, the Muslim votes will be divided sparingly between the 3 Muslims with Peter obi getting the least Muslim votes.... Then Obi most likely with get a bulk vote from the christians with the other 3 sharing the very little remaining in this order...
Muslim votes --Bat- 37% Atiku 37% kwankwaso 28% Obi 10% others 8%
Christian votes--Obi 70% Atiku 10% Bat 10% Kwankwaso 8% others 2%.....

2. Ethnicity - Obi will most likely clear the south east and south south votes, getting sparing votes from south west, and other northern states. Bat will get bulk votes from the south west and sparing votes from other regions, it would be very difficult for Bat to beat Atiku up north considering Buhari lackluster body language. Atiku will lead slightly up north with either Tinubu or Kwankwaso coming closely behind then get small cluster votes in the west and east Kwankwaso will only spoil the vote up north with almost nothing to show for in the west or east...

3. Literacy - Most learnerned people who can decide for themselves... I mean educated people are strongly behind Obi but there are some learnerned people behind Bat and Atiku, those behind Kwankwaso looks too small to bath and eye lid...
The illitrate are many and who can't decide for themselves are many and that's where Tinubu is targeting to get a bulk vote, Kwankwaso is banking and hoping he automatically gets Buhari 11 million cult block illiterate votes. Atiku is working to get some good votes from both sides... Obi only has the literate votes but the illitrate votes aren't counting for him except something spectacular happens...

4. Money - On this table, Bat and his team has shown they have the financial war chest to match and beat Atiku, they have done this by the high number of people mobilize to their campaigns across the country... Atiku comes second in this aspect, Obi comes third, but Obi mobilization looks like it's organic and not money induced. Kwankwaso mobilization across the country comes a distance 4th with others not seen

5. Structure - Structure in this case means number of elected officials such as presidents, governor's, senators, HORs, HOAs, chairmen's, councilors, appointees such as ministers, commissioners, DGs, Directors etc...
On this table, APC and Bat comes way way ahead, Atiku follows closely behind, then Obi and kwankwaso has little or nothing on this table, however, Obi is working hard to redefine what structure means but telling the world structure is the actual people...

6. Powerful people - this are people who have held powerful offices in the past or those with the means powerful is powerful, The powerful people haven't made any clear choice and the likes of OBJ is rooting for Obi, IBB, Abdulsalam and co has remain mutes working behind the scene... We have the likes of Gowan, Ty danjuma goodluck Jonathan and a host of others... The likes of Arthur Eze, Edwin Clark, has made thier choice.

7. Traditional leaders - while some traditional rulers are cashing out on the current financial show of power, some top traditional rulers that matters has not endorsed anyone, subtly welcoming all visitors and wishing them well...this includes the likes of Sultan of sokoto, Oba of Benin, Emir of Kano and a host of others... The Ooni of Ife stooped so low as to leave his palace to come receive Bat in Ibadan, it shows he has made his choice... We have small small traditional rulers making money up and down...
8. International community - the international community has being pushing Obi as the top candidate, this is evident in the way BBC, CNN, Aljezeera and a host of other international TV stations has being subtly promoting Obi... Tinubu and Atiku has serious /minor problems with the international community... Kwankwaso is hiding on this table...

9. Local media/Online - On this table, Obi seems to have taken over the Online media space and this isn't unconnected with the educated elites who are mostly on this space... The local media such as Tv stations have since taken sides with TVC attacking Obi and Atiku at every given opportunity while promoting Bat, Arise TV and rufia have never hidden thier distain for Bat by lashing him and the APC at every opportunity while subtly promoting Obi... Atiku has just being in the Mix with no major local media house rooting for him except the news and paid advert. Kwankwaso is lost on this table...

I was in a similar situation. Mine was a cousin that said she wanted to do something in Abuja & she's going to leave on the third day. 3days turned out to be over a month. Second month was running and she said she wanted to get an apartment. My house is a 3bedroom, her brother was already staying with me, and she wanted to use style and stay back. I simply asked her when is she leaving. This isn't what we agreed. Mind you, she's way older. She finally left before Christmas. Now, to this your friend. Tell her your rent is due and since you're jobless, you'll be moving out. Fake some calls where she is. Let her know it's this month end. That's because you want to keep the friendship you have with her. Else, I'll just tell you to be blunt. Nobody will do same for you. Trust me. You need your privacy and time to think.
This your story may not work, you don't know witches and Wizards... They will tell you to pack out, they will pay the landlord and inherit the house without paying agent and commission... That's how they think n behave... You need to be technical and smart with dealing with them...

Rent a good boyfriend to frustrate thier destiny... The witches and Wizards will even attempt to sleep with your boyfriend to gain control over him and the girl sef... Witches and Wizards are powerful, cunning and wicked ..

Dear Nairalanders,
I’m in a dilemma and need your advice
There’s this friend of mine who out of the blue contacted me last year October asking for a favor to come stay at my place a couple of days since she had an interview in Abuja. I allowed in her without hesitation since I thought it was just going to be a few days. Fortunately, she got the job.

When she got the job in October, she asked me to pls allow her stay for two months before getting her place. My people, it’s been five months already and she’s still not making any moves to get her own place.

The problem really is I am currently jobless. She doesn’t contribute anything to the house. I am responsible for our feeding, gas, electricity, everything! And I do not have money. The little money I have is from my generous elder sister who has been my helper since I lost my job. Weekends she sleeps all through while I clean the house. I also do all the cooking. She doesn’t cook.

I am a light sleeper so I get up at any slight movement. This lady gets up between 3 to 4 times every night to use the restroom thus keeping me awake all through the night. This really has a toll on me. During the day she goes to the restroom between 14 to 16 times. She doesn’t contribute to buy foodstuff but she eats 4 times a day

What have I gotten myself into. Please how do I politely ask her to leave without hurting her feelings and savaging the relationship I use to have with her. I am tired, depressed and jobless!
If u are in Abuja, I travel a lot, I am billed to travel to kwara state for some exam from around 20th March - end of April... I can give u my apartment... Move your reasonable items that can choke her out... By the time she spend 2-3 weeks without a host to prey on, she would find somewhere to go... Or if u want it urgent urgent, pay me, tell her your boyfriend is coming... She will think I will come and go same day... Babe I will help you frustrate her destiny for 1 week... I tell u, she will move... She will not hate u, she will think it's your yeye bf... She no go no say na arrangee

I worked in a school in port Harcourt owned by one man and his wife...

When I joined the man's biz was crumbling from wicked employees stealing and looting.

I started working to correct the anomalies, then they began to gang up, sabotaging my every move, I wasn't deterred,

I was the Principal Admin, head of all school administrative operations, from managing school buses to tuck shop to supplies, school site, ICT room etc... But

The principal was a pain in the ass, she took the accountant to another office room in the school so she could manipulate her, she lied to the director that parent's coming to pay will have easy access this and that, the director bought it... She did not allow me check the account books, saying she had checked it and it was intact, a unit under me... She would go to Onitsha to buy materials, books, school uniform etc, all in a bid to steal.

She was ordering for diesel and petrol, this were under my office, but since she was my immediate boss... She tried to buy me over but I refused.

The day her secret would have being exposed...

She travelled to owerri with the kids on a Friday and did not return on time, the director asked me to go get the diesel for next week, I took 164k but ended up getting it for 124k meaning she stole 40k every week from diesel alone...

I did not tell the director, when she returned, she asked who went to get the diesel and they said it was me, she came to asked me how much I bought and I told her, she asked of the balance, I said it was with me, she asked me to keep it and not remit to the director... We had a lot of ups and down service was up and I left, the school crashed about 3 months after I left... I was literarily holding the school together ...

She sacked all the staffs under my department that were loyal to me and only left those that were loyal to her and ready to sabotage me, she ensured everything going wrong in the school was linked to me and blamed everything on me, the director knew this wasn't true and refused to sack me, she once advice me to resign if I could not handle the heat... I had my game plan...

I cannot can't... I left without resigning after 3weeks, I resumed back 1 week late at MTN... I can never forget my then boss (TL) He covered for me all through the 1 week I resumed late... MTN salary then landed on the 24th, I can bet my balls on it...

CrimeHow Do I Recover This Debt. by Oyerinde16(op): 1:43pm On Feb 10, 2023
I need serious and urgent advice from Nairalanders.

Shola (sholy) was a family friend, we grew up together... I and sholy did several businesses together. Sholy parent passed on recently and the inheritance to sholy was given to him, His elder brother had his and his elder sister received her own...

I know sholy elder brother well, he knows me and my family.

Sholy was self employed but having serious difficulties... I think he wasn't getting help from his siblings, hence the resolve to borrowing money up and down and selling some of his assets (inheritance)

A stupid girl was also fleecing sholy, I advice and advised but wetin I fit do as a friend...

At a point, sholy was owing me about 650k, I helped him sell one of his cars on Jiji, (1.3m) he paid all my money. But within a space of 6 months, he was back owing me around 1m. This is because he kept begging telling me he was expecting this import, he wants to clear this cars, he wants to do this and do that... Sholy gave me the original documents of one of his landed properties to help him find a buyer.

I contacted an Agent who went to see the land, we (me, sholy and the agents had agreed on 4.5m) the deal had not clicked when though sholy wasn't feeling fine, he was travelling up and down trying to tie one deal or the other...

I kept advising sholy to take good care of his health first before any other thing... He was even looking lean, tired and very sick... The last time we spoke, he said baba no worry I go sort myself...

At or around this time, sholy was owing me around 1.8m I was seriously looking to recover my money back, I stopped lending him money even when he asked for more cos I sef was running low on cash...

I was sleeping one day when I saw 6 missed call from my mom... I know my mom will not give me 6 mixed calls repeatedly if it wasn't serious... My mind skipped so I called, she asked when was the last time you spoke with shola... I was like some days ago... She said shola is dead ( he was supposed to be in my state but he had travelled to another state.

She said her sister told everyone shola was sick but still decided to travel, she was trying to reach him to ask about his health to no avail... When they found him, he was long gone and cold ..

The issue now is the land documents are with me, but the land is sitting opposite his elder brothers share of the land.

I informed the elder bro, he asked me to return the documents to him, I informed him of the money shola is owing me but he downplayed it saying shola is late and he can't verify shola was owing me and he can't pay shola debt.

I have held firmly to the documents but he is trying to blackmail me, he his making it look like I stole the documents.

I know he blanked his brother severally when his brother badly needed him, he has being seizing all his late brothers assets, converting it to his own...

I need my money back and the original doc is with me... What do I do cos if I give him the docs, I can as well kiss my money goodbye.

What do you guys advice

Because tolotolo tall no mean say Cutlass no fit cut him neck oh. Just be careful.
Tolotolo don chase u before...

Listen you fit de flog pigs, goats or sheep's, but you will flog until the day one or two will turn and face you... On that day, the day a pig or a goat turns and face you... If you don't run... Just know it, one of you will die... If it's the goat or pig that dies, it's nothing but if you are the one that dies....

Even police fear men that stand up to them...

That's what I'm trying to tell u...

Hahahaha I grew up in the North practically all my life bruh, and I can wholeheartedly tell you that what you're saying is not the truth.

Nobody has a death wish except they're being influenced by narcotics that render the mind senseless, I repeat, no self aware Northern youth would throw their life away in an instant.

Abi no be me and hausa boys them lock full cell, hahahahahahahahahahahaha, I even see one of my former plug for there, why him no use dagger burst officers head.

No forget say as you dey craze, officers dey craze too
No forget craze pass craze.... I once told a soldier if that cane touch me, one of us must die here, it's better you cock you gun and shot me than that whip to touch me... The guy raise hand, I just de wait... Him de para say I go flog u now...

Those officers have dealt with the worst lot you can find anywhere, there is nothing they haven't seen. Dragging anything with them will be a likely at the persons own disadvantage. They can set you up with worst offense right there, or even poison a poison, no be Nigeria again?

The only way they can respect you is if they perceived you have a rugged legal team and you are wrongly arrested.

Besides how many of their family members can one even trace? Instead of those foolish adventure is best a person exits peacefully.
Read my statement well... First I negotiate, if e no work, I result to threat, if e no still work, we explore more option... But chickening out isn't just it... I will always force my way through any situation I find myself .. this country no well reach like that... I once threaten FRSC officials of writing a petition to the corps marshall if they fail to release my siezed DL, they eventually released it, I had begged them before them de form James bond, not until I began to threaten them... See my bro in this country you need brut to survive sometimes...
