OMG, am seriously ROTFLMAO here at work, sent the link and she sends back her own list of her hubby's habits, he takes his tea wit abt 3 teaspoons of sugar, and when making tea, when putting one teaspoon of sugar after the other, he always licks the spoon before taking the next spoonful from the sugar bowl ;peeing with an open door, which is always accompanied with farts and the most recent, using their son's Lego piece to thoroughly scratch his body when itchy grin grin

Theoretically, it's good advice, especially the part about finances being a major factor in marriage.  In reality, it might not be so appealing, especiallly when the couple has differing opinions about money.  It might not be a bad idea for it to be vice-versa, i.e. if a couple can agree on the more financially responsible of the two, that person manages the family's finances as agreed upon by both of them, my two kobo, and yes, i am married x 8 years now

Pele, it will get better, make sure you use an analgesic for the pain and resist the temptation to feed him, in a bid to get relief and give in to his crying.  In a matter of 2-3 days, the pain and congestion will subside, as will his crying for it.  Cheers!!

@Topic:

I've got two girls aged 5 and 7, and up till recently, the only thing they knew was that babies originally grow in the mum's belly before they are born, at this point they never asked how.  About four months ago, whilst driving from school, the older one 9 (who I will refer to as Big Miss) started a conversation thus:

Big Miss: Mummy? I want to ask you a question

Me: Yes?

Big Miss: Where do babies come from?

Me: From the mum's tummy of course, thot u knew that alredi

Big Miss:  Yes, I know they come from the belly, but how do they come out?

Me:  Ehm, they come out of the tummy now,

Big Miss: Yes, but hoooooow?  do they cut the mum's tummy open?

Me:  Ehm, ehm, no, actually, they come out thru the mum's bom-bom

Both Children:  WHAAAAATTTTT!!!!

Big Miss: Which of the bom-boms Mummy?  Is it the wee-wee bom-bom or the poo-poo bom-bom?

Me: ehm,

Big Miss:   Eeeeeeewwwwww, so the baby will be covered in poo-poo and wee-wee when they are born?!  Mummy, do u mean Small Miss and I were covered with that when we were born?

Little Miss:  Yuck!!!   Not me o!!!

Both Children:  Eeeeeeewwwwww!!!!!

Me:   wink wink, for now, till they ask how the babies got into the tummy in the first place,

Mwisho: Uti, u av intimidated all the women in this house, they are scared of u

Uti: The women in this house respect me, not fear me, cuz i've always respected all women, unlike u who disrespects women, u shove someone who's been ur girlfriend for only 6 weeks, what will u do to her if u know her for 6 mths or more?, only God knows what you've done to ur past girlfiriends, YOU ARE JUST A WOMAN BEATER, i know ur type, u're just insecure and threatened by younger men who you wonder how they do what they do, MWISHO, I PROMISE U, YOU ARE THREATENED BY ME!!!!!, tell me, what exactly about me is it that threatens u, is it my height, is it my looks, is it the way I speak, abegabegabeg, go and dig a hole and bury ur head inside,

grin grin grin grin grin

I'm starting to wonder why this Uti/ Mwisho gist is getting so bad now, there's so much antagonism emitting from Mwisho, I also wonder if Mwisho would have been acting so last week before Nominations and the switch  by Uti??

Oga lawyerchap
I beg to disagree as to whether what transpired should have hanny removed from the show. If that is what hanny deserved, i dont see lerato not receiving the same punishment going by what you described as "physical" and as well as the house rule.  Having said this, one should also take into cognisance whether the rule is applicable to the HOUSE or the BARN, flimsy that may sounds, it is still necessary. Now, if you look at the video once more, Lerato was holding a glass cup and a bottle of drink, who is more in danger during the brawl if not hanny. While I am not in defence of what hanny did, I strongly believed that, when it comes to women, and indeed in this modern age when women are strong headed as regard equality with men, some things needs scrutiny when deciding men and women conflicts, and this is not an exception. From all indication in the video, hanny did not raise his hands to strike her, both of them pushed each other and become violent, and hanny being a man got the blame because a man is expected to have power over a woman.  If it were to be a skinny man like me that the big lerato pushed and i fall yakata, isnt the same you people that will be dishing me that i am not a man enough and the credit will go to lerato for being more of a man than me.  Hanny has apologised, it should rest at that, let who has not sinned before cast the first stone.

[color=#006600][/color]Hanny did push her on the left side of her head shouting "get the f*** out of my face" when they were chest to chest and she kept repeating "why are u shouting?" in a low voice, which only seemed to infuriate him more.  That was when she retaliated by pushing his chest which he then replied with a hard shove somewhere between her jaw and her chest, hence the bleeding lower lip [/sub]I watched it severally[sub]  and btw, no I dont agree with u that he's apologised and all that stuff about casting the first stone; if she had fallen and hit her head or worse, we'ld be singing anoda tune now, WHAT IS WRONG IS WRONG.

LOL!!! See me see wahala with this 'waste of space' Code, does he really think Hanny is listening to him right now about how upset he is with Sheila for accusing him of doing nothing, yarning rubbish about " every action having a reaction" and "lets move from this situation to another station, "  WT***** lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa 5 (the Official Thread) Is Here! by oyinmama(f): 10:31pm On Sep 14, 2010
Sheila's going at Hanny seriously and Code he's just a waste of space, and an even worse waste of semen than the Cricket, imagine him asking if he was Hanny's dad and talking nonsense about Hanny being a grown-a** man.

The more irritating thing is that Hanny's apology was so twisted, punctuating "i'm sorry" with " u know it takes a bigger man to apologise", he didnt even try at all

Yeeepaaaaaa!!! See Royal Rumble 2010 in the barn ooooo!!!!! Hannington vs Lerato, meeeeen, hitting a woman is just not on at all, kai, hanny has messed up big time, and Code is just there doing nothing? Biggie needs to step in NOW.

^^^ I'm seriously seeing this Kaone's hyperactivity in another light o, well its one of two things, he's either cracking under the pressure or he's employing a ridiculously silly strategy I dont get.  But meeen, the guy is a super irritant, and the funiest thing is that he's been seriously trying to get a reaction from Meryl since afternoon, e be like say this boy don kolo

I think K1 just came to the realisation that Uti is a gud person and doesn't mean all the mean things he says to him and he acknowledged that in his session.

Kaone:- started off with his signature shout-outs to his fans and wishing a happy independence day to all Mozambicans ; that after the nominations he feels like he's in the "pot", he may have been swapped but he's ok though he thinks they need medical check-up coz there seems to be something in the house that's causing them to have skin irritations; he added that they're all enthusiastic about the task and he's happy with his role; he appealed to Africa to vote for him to stay in the house if he's up for eviction this week; On Uti, he said he's come to understand him as a joker and a brother, he gives him a lot of credit for helping him(Kaone) discover the person in him and so he gives him so much respect.

Na lie joo!! methinks Kaone feels he might be up this week and is trying to woo nigerians to vote to keep him in the house, [sub][/sub]he doesnt like uti one bit,

Family / Re: What Cartoon Network Has Done To Our Kids! by oyinmama(f): 12:23pm On Sep 03, 2010
^^^ tpiah you are so right, peeps never understand why my daughters now ages 5 and 7 dont watch cartoon network. The mistake many parents make is that they assume that anything 'cartoon' is for kids, and this arises from the fact that many of us do not take the time out to watch tv with our kids, which would have given the opportunity to notice these very valid issues.

My own take is that cartoon network isnt for children per se because there's a lot of violence and stuff involved. The channels my kids watch are Boomerang, Disney channel, Cbeebies and Kids Co which feature a wide variety of suitable age-appropriate,children-oriented AND educative programs.

My two kobo,

Do we still need a soothsayer to foretell the future of this certified awkward relationship?

I'm rest assured that there's no issue hence you or your friend's decision is to bid this nymph fareware and forge ahead.

But d only area im not clear with is this; How come u haven't seen or know any of these your counterparts b4 now since you claim you see this your guy pratically everyday?

I think she's as unclear as u are on how the guy ran things, and i'm guessing that he scheduled visits to his many babes at different times of the day? she says that's one of the reasons it was so hard to actually believe all the things he was up to, and therefore believe his usual stories [sub][/sub]lies before.
