Mexico is not as bad as you think it is. It has seriously improved over the years, well, thanks to the help of the US. So many US industries are situated in Mexico due to availability of cheaper labour.
Currently, 95% of the immigrants from Latin America crossing into the US are not from Mexico, they are from Guatemala, El savador, Honduras, Venezuela, Colombia and co. They only use Mexico as a route.
yeah u are right but relatively, they are hungry country compared to USA although they are gradually improving.
Foreign AffairsRe: US Government Starts Building Border Wall by oz4real83(m): 6:57pm On Jun 18, 2019
Our case is better in Nigeria oooo. We already know that we are surrounded by hungry countries that we are better than. But the case of mexico is like hell fire sharing boarder with heaven. It is like being in hell (mexico) while seeing people across the boarder in heaven (USA) having a good life but can't come in because of the boarder grin My heart goes to the Mexicans.
CrimeRe: Taraba Residents Fleeing After Herdsmen Invaded A Village by oz4real83(m): 2:05pm On Jun 18, 2019
There will come a time that residents won't flee anymore but will stand and defend themselves, fire for fire, bomb for bomb. It will be more difficult for govt to handle then. Now is the time for govt to do something drastic to end this.

He took it from 700MWs to 2300 MWs and Jonathan took it to 5000 MWs wheelable and 7000 MW installed but today we are back to 2700 under Buhari
the same lie they told us that nigeria was producing excess tomatoes but no tomato factory to process them. Dangote built a tomato processing factory and realised the lies. His factory is still under lock because of inadequate tomatoes. If it was true that obj and jonathan administrations generated that much power, why were they still budgetting billions for state house generator fuelling, purchase and maintenance? Believe these liars at your peril.

lastmessenger:
we are talking about OBJ. Buhari got no balls to try OBJ.
Besides there are power plants scattered all over the federation which are yet to be hooked to the national grid. That's why Nigeria has over 10 thousands installed capacity but can only deliver 5 thousand at moment. This is the evidence of the 16billion spent.
Zombies can never reason enough to see the lies and deceit of this government.
I think U are more zombified than any zombie that ever existed. For u not o have realised by now, that Obj,pmb, babangida, atiku and many others are the same group of people that have been in the corridors of power for many years without this country progressing. I don't support any of them. Your own zombiesm is irredeemable. Apc or pdp can't deceive me anymore which is very much unlike you.

They will always reject evidence that will make corrupt individuals spend long time in jail but admit evidence that will only give them two months to one year imprisonment with an option of N250,000 fine. Our judiciary has always been our problem.

PoliticsRe: Bukola Saraki And 219 Ex-lawmakers To Return Their Official Number Plates - FRSC by oz4real83(m): 3:21pm On Jun 14, 2019
Nigeria is really a country without structures and functioning systems. FRSC doesn't need to write to them to return number plates. At most 48hours after leaving any position, all properties assigned to that office should have been returned. It should even be an offence to hold unto properties of an office they don't hold. This is what happens in civilised societies.
PoliticsRe: Abiola Was A Drug Dealer, So Was Tinubu - Expert Gary K Busch by oz4real83(m): 8:04am On Jun 14, 2019
Onces majority of Nigerians make up their minds about somebody,no matter what evidence u present that is contrary to their belief, they won't change their mind. Even when the truth/fact is glaring before them. That is why they are so easy to decieve by politicians.

PoliticsRe: Ghana Is Top In Africa Gold Mining, As Nigeria Loses Out by oz4real83(m): 2:01pm On Jun 13, 2019

PoliticsRe: Theresa May, Omo-agege And El-Rufai: Who Knelt Best? by oz4real83(m): 1:26pm On Jun 13, 2019
The British monarchy is not an arm of the British govt. There is zero comparison between Theresa May's curtseying to the duke and both cases in Nigeria. Pmb is not only the president but an elder/ancestor and hence deserves respect from omo agege and elrufai. That is the only reason I am not complaining. If not for that single reason I gave above,no arm of govt should be a slave to another arm.

PremiumLeaks:
Just like Obj told us that Jonathan was training snipers right? Yeah he is a former president and would know! I get it!
all these people are politicians. Politicians say the truth only when it suits them. It is now left for u to decide which of their statements is true. Pmb denied all the promises he made in 2015 despite them being on public domain. Nobody would have thought in 2015 that Nigeria will be in this mess. Same way nobody knows if MKO would have kept to his promises. An average Nigerian politician is like a chameleon that changes according to what is in vogue.

And you know this for a fact, how come? huh
obj has been president several times. He received briefs and security reports of most past and present events while he was president from security agencies. Nobody is more yoruba than obj. If based on everything he knew,he created an opinion, who are u and I to question him? HE was the first to openly say pmb was a religious fanatic and bad in economic issues. Is that not what we are seeing today? He said atiku was a thief and atiku agreed but said he was a changed person. Obj isn't a saint either. He is like devil speaking the truth. U will be confused because u won't feel it right to accept the truth from the devil even when u know it is the truth, because it came out from the mouth of the devil.

kayjay69:
I get you, I really do. In hindsight, knowing what I know now, Obasanjo was right to say Abiola was not the messiah that Nigeria needed at that point. It is now common knowledge that Abiola benefitted massively from successive administrations (both military and civilian) enriching himself through corrupt means at the expense of the ordinary Nigerian. He was skilled at the art of deception, often behind the scenes while pulling strings to ensure that he thwarted the will of the Nigerian people either through coups or through rigged elections. And again in my opinion, he got what he deserved but I feel that is where it should stop.

The elections on June 12th, 1993 were the freest and fairest we have had as a country since the very inception. That much cannot be denied whether through clever talk or hearsay. It is true Tinubu and his cohorts primarily lobbied Buhari to have this as democracy day in a bid to win SW votes in the last elections (and look how that turned out, hahahaha). But what you also must understand is that the June 12th elections were personal for Tinubu as well. He also got his elections into the 3rd republic Senate annulled. And honestly speaking, May 29th (is it 27th, not sure abeg) was the day the Military handed over power to a Civilian Govt for the 4th Republic but in my view it does not hold as much significance as June 12th as the actual day we all as a nation despite our many differences tried atleast to vote in good conscience for our preferred candidates which is what democracy is about.

Does this mean I like Tinubu, Buhari or their politics? NO. But it is hard to fault their decision to recognise June 12th as Democracy day. And I think it continues even further to be harder for the likes of Obasanjo (who by the way was one of the sellouts of June 12th and who then benefitted massively from the fallout of June 12th) to continue not to acknowledge the importance of that day in our shared history.

FYI, I do not like anyone of these guys I mentioned by name above. One is not better that the other (my opinion). They've only had one mission and one mission alone which is to seek and gain power for power's sake and to use it to enrich themselves and their cronies at the detriment of the average Nigerian. But even when you do not agree with a person, you can still applaud their logic where applicable.
Both of us share the same opinion. There were people we thought were saints, but when "fowl yansh" blew open,we realised we were all wrong. MKO's election still remains the freest, fairest and most acceptable but it doesn't hide the personalities of the people involved. The only few I can say are heros I am proud of are fela, gani, dora and the doctor that gave her life in preventing the spread of ebola. There are others. These are the kind of faces I want to see on our currencies, street names, centres and deserve national celebrations. Not two-faced elements who keep on deceiving us.

[/quoteThere is a difference between ''proof'' and''prove''. Try to practise your English communication more and better. Obj has been one of the problems we have in this country. He has never done anything tangible with the several opportunities he has had to preside over this country.I have never supported him because he says the truth only when it suits him. He always wants to be the centre of attention and spreads wrong info about individuals when he fails to get attention. I am not an igbo. I am a pure and complete Nigerian from the south south. Continue in your ignorance and bigotry.

You have heard? You see, you're the greater nonentity. Obasanjo wrote a book, he never mentioned his reasons for not recognising June 12. He never at any time even discussed it. We all know Obasanjo! Soyinka has told us much about him. He's like a toddler who always craves to be the centre of attention in the family. He never wants any other Yoruba man to be greater that him. It's evident in all he does. But he has failed...miserably.

To you all his anus-leakers, you can go ahead and drink sniper. June 12 is here to stay. Hallelujah!
it is because of people like u that obj didn't discuss the issue in his book because even when u manage to read,u will either fail to understand or u misrepresent whatever he writes. Mind u,I am not obj's asslicker. I have been one of his major critics. He is like the devil advising others to do what he himself will not do. Continue in your nonentity and ignorance.

There is a lot of information available to obasanjo that ordinary Nigerians don't know of that made him draw that conclusion. We all will be ashame and angry with most people we call ''heros'' in this country if we know much about them apart from what we know about them on newspapers,tv and radio.

Every zone deserves right to aspire for any position. No zone should be sidelined. But don't forget the regions that gave more to ensure that this present term became a reality. Despite increasing from 5% to 25% in the last election,Apc lost the only state it had in the south east which is imo state. This loss far outweighs almost every other contribution from south east to enthrone pmb's second term.
