When bank customers are allowed to withdraw only N10, 000 or less, this small amount is not even enough for their use, this can only be used for small expenses like transportation, snacks or drinking water and other minor expenses that require cash. This small money just keep circulating between the citizens, without any excesses that are usually deposited at the banks. The only cash that may get to the banks or POS in this situation are the ones transport workers use in buying fuel, this is sold by the greedy filling station owners to pos agents who also resell to other Nigerians

you don't still get my point, annexing territories in the 1800s wasn't much an issue with everybody, but not now. Mexican territories were annexed long ago not even by the Americans at first but the Europeans before America got its share. If all territories were to be given back to the real owners, Europeans will be only in Europe while Africans, Arabs , Chinese and Indians will occupy the other parts of the world.

They were all part of USSR, apart from Poland which USSR controlled after WW2, the rest got nothing to do with NATO.
USSR was not a military pact, it was a nation of many nations like UAE, Nigeria, Iran and even USA.
NATO is a military alliance which USSR later have her own called Warsaw pact.

what I meant was that NATO became an attractive option when the fear of Soviet annexing a country became very strong. Same thing is happening in modern day, Georgia was invaded, Crimea was annexed, with these happening, the urge to join NATO became attractive to Ukraine, Georgia and other countries like Sweden and Finland who haven't been annexed but still have the fear as long as they share territories with Russia.

NATO was created to fight USSR, it was after USA created NATO, that USSR declared The Warsaw Pact.
Maybe you need to check why USSR don’t want to leave Berlin immediately after the war.
UK PM was pushing USA to fight Moscow immediately after WW2 as USSR was too weak and USSR was sitting on the world largest natural resources.

Bolshevik regime took over the USSR and was less disposed to the west like the previous adminstrations. You also forgot that Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, parts of Poland, Finland and many other countries were already annexed by the Soviet even before NATO was formed.
