Eje18: First I will congratulate myself. Congratulations to me. God has remembered me. I am sure most of you will know me here when I was complaining that my application has stayed for so long and no response. I am August 16 applicant. After 10years UK ban, 3 times US refusal which I mentioned. Just yesterday I got so frustrated and I cried a lot asking God why I have to wait for this long. I didn’t know God was waiting for me today. I got my PPR today feb 13th. When I got the message I was at work about to serve medication. I am a registered Nurse. I just sat down I became scared, nervous. I felt my removing my cloths . I didn’t know what I was going to expect. But I gathered courage and served my medications then went into my car to check. Only to see the good news. The documents I submitted was -High school, bachelor - ielts. Even tho it has expired in February I still submitted it that August -CV and study leave letter from work. -letter of acceptance from school - School fees receipt . I paid full fees of 18,000 CAD -bank transfer Slip -Bank statement: my Niara account of 5 million and my dollar account of 8000usd. I submitted MBS for naira and I printed for dollar account -land evaluation - land papers, car papers -upfront medicals -marriage certificate - passport showing my visit to SA in 2017 and 2021 - husband and children passport -all IMM forms - birth certificate and children birth certificate - CV -Police clearance.

Didito: Hello everyone, I apologize for this long post.
I need opinions on how to go about my study permit application again becos I was rejected on my first application where I made use of a third party as my main sponsor but I wasn't able to prove the relationship, I also made use of my Dad as secondary sponsor but there wasn't a significant amount in his acct then. I was refused based on insufficient funds available, although I already paid my first semester fees and showed proof. For my second application I want to use my Dad as my sponsor, but the thing is his account currently does not have enough to show proof as of funds and that's y I want to wait for four months to build up the acct b4 applying again.
My question here is if an amount of let's say 25m drops in the acct in February and stays in the acct till may with inflow and outflow high would the 25m be considered as lumpsum?
I would appreciate any feedback I can get.
Sorry about your refusal. If 25m drops in the account, now the question will be, how did he get that 25m? You didn’t state how much is your tuition fee and also program duration. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Chechem: Goodevening House, Please I did my medicals on the 19th and biometrics on the 20th of this month. The biometrics was updated to "completed" same day.
I was advice by the clinic to upload a printout i was given with my application but when I explained that I have submitted my application already, they said I should find a way to send it across, which I have done through webform.
After about 2 days, I was sent my result through my email and from what I am seeing, everything is okay. Can I still upload the main result via webform too? Or they will see the one the clinic will send? Because in the email, they said it has been sent... Yes you can still send that as well. Peace 1 Like |

New portal (1st time applicant for study visa) Bow Valley College for Sept 2023 Application submitted on Nov 25, 2022 Medical upfront done on Nov 21, 2022 Medical updated on Jan 18, 2023 (after sending about 10 webforms for medical review) Eligibility started on Jan 18, 2023 Approved on Jan 23, 2023 Paid full tuition (although it’s not necessary. Others paid less and got theirs approved).
I wish everyone all the best. I visited Canada last year and it is definitely worth the stress. It’s a good country with lot of benefits. So, don’t give up yet😁
To answer few questions that I see here; - Yes, you can apply even when your resumption date is far. IRCC won’t delay your application for those resuming earlier, so go ahead and submit your application.
- No, having a sibling in Canada doesn’t reduce your chance. I am the 4th child of 4. The other 3 are in Canada. Yes, I am single but I used my previous Canadian visitor visa as a tie. I got a visitor visa to visit them last year and I spent 3 weeks, and with a good sop, I guess I was able to convince the officer that I won’t overstay.
- Yes, you can do it yourself.
All the best everyone😁 You got this!

subzheero: Good evening everyone my application that was submitted on Jan 5 was refused 10mins ago .This is a very tight application packaged by one of the no 1 guru here.Am just confused.May intake POF 27m family of 4.First semester tuition already paid and application was refused for asset and financial situation .no lump sum everything was very ok .Seems application wasn't reviewed properly to me.
Please kindly help So sorry for the refusal, I’d advise, since you’re convinced that the application was tight, you should apply for reconsideration. This is done within 10 days of refusal. You can also apply for GCMS notes to know what exactly went wrong. Like I said few pages back, I think paying entire tuition if you’re a self sponsored is the best. NB: I didn’t say pay entire 2 years tuition, at least pay entire 1 year. It will end in praise. |

blkomo: Hi NL,
It’s PPR…
I am writing this to contribute my bit because I actually got some knowledge from this trend.
I received my PPR on the last week after months of waiting. Below are my timeline and some details:
I submitted my application on the 10th September 2022 and did my biometrics on the 14th of September 2022.
I did upfront medicals and it was updated 19th of October after sending webforms to Nairobi.
After that the wait started.
When my application was exactly 12weeks old I started sending countless webforms to Nairobi and IRCC canada but no positive response was received.
I had to request GCMS notes on 16th November 2022 but still haven’t received it.
I later used a friend to contact an MP who then contacted IRCC on my behalf and they got back saying that my eligibility had started and that every other things is in order. Advising me to wait for them to update me.
I noticed that the day my eligibility started was the day the MP got back to my friend with the update.
2 weeks after my eligibility started I received my PPR.
My program is 8months and it is a Post Graduate Certificate program.
In other to contribute back to NL, I am willing to assist anyone with their admissions and questions if need be.
PS: I did my application myself and backed it with prayers and follows up Congratulations. 1 Like |

Ok Detailed Post First Time Applicant Course: Mobile Application Development at Fanshawe May( 2 yrs) Bsc Computer Science 2016 28yrs
Upfront Medicals in October Submitted Application November 2nd Biometrics November 4th updated same day Medical Updated to pass January 10th PPR January 18 DIY Application.
Documents Submitted
SOP. I got the template online just three pages
IELTS. Didn't include WAEC, transcript or any other academic document as I felt my admission letter should be enough proof of academic capability
Receipt of Complete Paid school fees from Flywire and Acknowledgement from the school.
My bank statement ticket from Gt bank of 6 months
Letter of salary increase from my office in 2020. I don't have any official employment letter and did not request for any leave. Some family landed properties. I forgot to submit police certificate but seems it didn't count in the end
Some questions I still have
If a girl is pregnant for me but we aren't married can I still bring her over when the baby is born?
Can I be visiting Nigeria during the holidays and returning or must I remain in Canada till the end of the study visa because my mumsi don already start day cry say she go miss me ?
I already did walk in passport submission on Friday so waiting for collection at the moment. Wish you all good luck
Congratulations to you and yours If the lady in question is your fiancé, it’s advisable you do a common law marriage which is acceptable by IRCC, then you can apply for her to visit or even SOWP depends on you. And Yes, you can travel in and out as long as your visa is valid. NB: I didn’t say Study Permit. You can also wait for other’s input. Goodluck. 1 Like |

This shows that no two applications are alike No transcript or academic qualification and no police report but still approved Some times don't overdo things Trust your own process I'm really happy for you All the best in canada Yes no two application is the same, police clearance was stated on their site that it’s not needed. Of course, I have noticed if one pay tuition fee, chance of approval is always high. 1 Like |
