I'm just watching these so called Canadians on the pitch and they all look like some borrowed players assembled from Africa.
No single indigenous people of Canada in the team or bench.

This is madness to me.

I don't blame the silly South African government for this insult on the whole Nigeria state.
I blame our weak government.
Who would have given Cyril Ramaphosa's regime this kind of insulting mouth during Abacha,Obj, Muritala or Buhari-Idiaogbon government?
Who born small Ch..I..cken Ramaphosa to try this no.n..se.nse during those men time?
Even big British government collect am wotowoto from Naija for something that wasn't as terrible as what Xenophobic Republic is doing now.
When they seized our plane with the crew members for Umaru Dikko saga in London, Buhari seized a whole British Airways in Lagos airport as a retaliation.

Before Biya could blink an eye, Naija military almost wiped out every living thing in Camerounian controlled territory.
Those were the men that made Nigeria to command great respect from the rest of the world.
Not this weakling we have now in position of leadership.

In Islam, an adult is officially set at a maximum age of 15. Moreover, a female child should be trained well before this age to allow for the assimilation of the culture. Even if we put this at 13 (which is considered very late to start the training but let's soften our own stance), that still captures the greater percentage of the students who are being denied the opportunity to learn their religion. So this is absolutely wrong.

No right is more fundamental than what the constitution already provisioned.
Which constitution are you people even talking about?
Which section of our constitution says it is fundamental rights of the female Muslim students to wear hijab?
All the Muslim children that full Bokobiri in Calabar or other part of southern states, which hijab do they always wear to school?
All of them wear approved school uniforms to their respective primary and secondary schools and heaven doesn't fall for goodness sake!!
So, those ones don't have fundamental rights?
Or they are no longer Muslims?
Nobody stops you people from practicing your religion but it shouldn't be in a secular space.
They have given you right to establish Islamic schools,go there and if you like, use blankets to cover yourself from head to toe there, nobody will question you.
Leave public and Christian schools alone.

By the way, how does a head covering affect someone else so much?
Take your head covering to Islamic schools, nobody go come disturb you there.
Every public and private school get their specific uniforms for their students.
No introduce your weird and odd religious attire into secular school to disrupt the school uniform identity.

He didn't say that he didn't mention adire. He tried here to explain the context and not that it's the chosen uniform.

NYSC is over due for reform. A scheme and philosophy that was created 53 years ago by the military with the post civil effects in mind definitely needs reform in the digital and entrepreneur driven society. Most graduates attend it because of the allawee and to fulfill the law. Remove these two and make it optional and you discover that the majority will not be interested.
So,who told you if you remove those two things (Law & Allawee) that you said and makes it optional, that majority will be interested under this so called new reform regime?
What will interest them in the new scheme?
Skills?
Like which skill exactly would they learn in the extended 3 weeks ?
Carpentry? Tailoring? Mechanic? Driving? Heavy duty machine operator? Bakery? Computer repairs? Solar farm installation and maintenance?
Tell me like which one will interest a prospective Corp member there in that camp for 3 weeks? Or better put it, would the scheme teach the above mentioned skills in the camp or it would be the usual theoretical soap making process only?
You may be surprised that majority will even be more interested in the old scheme than this boring new one.
The aura in the regimentation, the unique and iconic khaki uniform, etc.
Let me tell you, when we were young in secondary school, anytime they posted Corpers to our school,a lot of us then do wish and challenged ourselves then, that come what may,we will do everything it takes to wear that NYSC uniform when time comes.
We didn't even know government were paying them and we didn't know too that there is a law guiding its participation. So, those two things were not our source of motivation at all as you tried to portray.
Rather ,the well ironed khaki was our motivation.
And till today,I still heard children expressing the same sentiment about the uniqueness of the uniform and the regimentation in the camp.

Office of the Head of Civil Service of Federation has given approval for the recruitment of 300 staff of the controversial Agency?
And the Presidential Spokeman was telling us yesterday how the DG is a fraudster?
The recruitment the man supervises stands, the budgetary allocation stands, while the man himself and the agency is fake, right?
So they think Nigerians are so stupiddd like that to believe them?
From all the revelations coming out now,I believe Adeniyi Adeyemi side of the story wholly.
Meanwhile, that recruitment that was shrouded in secrecy, was every state of the Federation represented to reflect the so called federal Character?
I guess no, bcuz we in our state have never heard of such agency not to talk of it's staff recruitment.
That means it might likely be from a section of the country.

Femi Gbajabiamila collected N400 million bribe, demanded extra N200 million to set up PFIPC: Prince Adeyemi
Mr Adeyemi alleged that Mr Gbajabiamila also demanded 48 per cent of the PFIPC’s N27.4 billion take-off grant.

Adeniyi Adeyemi, the director-general of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), has alleged that the chief of staff to the president, Femi Gbajabiamila, received N400 million through a proxy and demanded an additional N200 million to secure his appointment.

Mr Adeyemi alleged at a press conference on Thursday that Mr Gbajabiamila also demanded 48 per cent of the PFIPC’s N27.4 billion take-off grant, a request he said he rejected.

The allegations come amid a dispute over the agency’s existence after Mr Gbajabiamila, in a June 11 statement, said the PFIPC did not exist under President Bola Tinubu’s administration and that Mr Adeyemi had never been appointed to head it.

Mr Adeyemi described the denial as an attempt to “silence legitimate questions,” stating that it stemmed from his refusal to yield to the alleged demands of the president’s chief of staff.

“The major rationale behind the disagreement between myself and the chief of staff is because he allegedly requested 48 per cent of the take-off grant (N27,395,510,136) from the same agency, which he denies, to which I rejected after he collected a total sum of 400 million by proxy, with a remaining balance of 200 million to secure the said appointment,” Mr Adeyemi said.

The chief of staff could not be immediately reached for comments on the allegations.

The PFIPC chief questioned how the agency appeared on pages 50 and 51 of the 2026 appropriation budget if it did not exist, arguing that Mr Gbajabiamila “should possibly resign his appointment now” if he allowed Mr Tinubu to sign such a document.

He said, “If the agency does not exist, yet found its way into the Nigerian national budget, what that means is that the entire 2026 appropriation budget is a fraud and should be discarded.

“For President Bola Tinubu to append his signature to a budget that includes a non-existent agency, according to his chief of staff, is an embarrassment to this hardworking government.”

According to Mr Adeyemi, the “non-existent” agency has operated for over a year, has a space at the federal secretariat, a domiciliary account, a pounds account, and a treasury single account, all of which are domiciled with the Central Bank of Nigeria.

He argued these would not be possible without the agency’s existence.

He accused Mr Gbajabiamila of attempting to frame him as a fraud and plotting to use security agencies to portray his diplomatic engagements as espionage or disloyalty.

Mr Adeyemi also questioned why Mr Gbajabiamila issued the disclaimer instead of President Tinubu’s media aides and challenged him to make available documents and communication trails from the president’s office for examination.

He further alleged that he survived an assassination attempt along the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway on September 7, 2025, during which, he said, vital documents and his phones were carted away.

“I reported the case to the police and Department of State Security. I was told the phones were tracked to Gombe State, but an insider confided to me that there was an order from above to refrain from taking any further actions,” he stated.

He urged the president to set up an investigative panel to probe the alleged assassination attempt and the death of Babatunde Tanimola, whom he said was an intermediary between him and Mr Gbajabiamila, even though “the police claimed he died through fire accident at a hotel in Utako, Abuja, on 22nd of October, 2025.”

Also, Mr Adeyemi said the panel should compel the president’s chief of staff to produce all documents he has signed since assuming office.

The PFIPC DG said that the panel, which should comprise civil society organisations and international organisations, should also compel Mr Gbajabiamila to step down pending the outcome of the findings.

He further recommended a review of budgetary references and institutional records, the publication of transparent findings, and a probe of all relevant individuals.

People's Gazette.
This is a very weighty allegations and should not be swept under the carpet.
See me talking like a stranger in Nigeria politics.
Like who is going to probe who?
Later on,the man maybe compensated and ask to bury everything under the ground and it is like that the whole matter would be swept under the carpet.
No be Naija again?

The presidency coming out to defend the Chief of Staff only signals one thing, Gbaja might just be a bagman for someone higher up the food chain. Do not underestimate the extent of their greed. They have an insatiable appetite.

This is Adeniyi Adeyemi circa 2025, in audience with the deputy speaker as covered by Tinubu’s Punch Newspapers. The agency wasn't illegal until he blew the whistle in 2026. Only then did it become illegal.
Are you serious?
