Something that will be done naturally in a sane country, you have to beg and beg for it here in Nigeria. Courts are a public institution not some secret society, and when you hear "order from above" in the court, who should be the one giving orders to others: the court or "the above"?

Judiciary is one of the three arms of govt, it is just like saying order is given from above to the president when dealing with executive matters.

The truth is that if we are serious about moving forward as a country, the military and all our security forces need to be regionalized. Let Hausa soldiers handle Hausa security matter, same with Yoruba, Igbo and others. This will create healthy rivalry and cooperation in areas of strength only. But lumping together everything in terms of security while the country is riddled with ethnic and religious bigotries will only create inefficiencies and nonchalance in the system.

If for anything, Nigerians are at their best when competing with each other, they are very good at a competition. Decentralizing the system will create a healthy competition that spurs growths among subnational ethnic groups, it will also prevent any security threat from easily filtering through and paralyzing the whole system.

These people being behaved as if Nigeria is a lawful country, who will defend the rights and get justice for those being killed by Fulani in the Middle-Belt on a daily basis.
