The truth is that getting anything that will fill your plate as a food for less than ₦1000 in the current Nigeria is by luck. |
Nigeria has no business exiting as one country at all. The only chance we have in coming close to existing as one country is giving each state/region its own separate governing institutions like police, paramilitary, national guard, Judiciary, electoral body, etc |
Average Nigerians don't truly love or understand what loving other Nigerians means in this country. |
Aliyu55:Only a fool will join such protest in the current Nigeria |
The same way Buhari was blaming Jonathan throughout his government, these people have started shifting blames to past administration as well. All the critical decisions Tinubu has made so far, like fuel subsidy removal, floating of currency in foreign exchange window, overinflated budgets for nonessential projects like hajji, presidential housing and traveling expenses, refusal to fight insecurities as needed, refusal to cut down costs of government, refusal to adopt price control measure to fight runaway inflation and so on. Did Buhari cause all these failures? |
StOla:I agree with you, Nigerians are desperately and wickedly corrupt. Just imagine CBN giving Dollar loans to individuals at the expense of the country's forex reserve. CBN that is supposed to be responsible for your monetary and fiscal policies to protect you from exploitation by these commercial banks is now doing currency racketeering with them. It is a sad state of affair in the country, especially when power is in the hands of Northerners who don't respect Nigerian Constitution. |
AuwalYusuf812:You might not be able to see it as a Muslim because all the Jihad terrorist Army will have to be destroyed first before USA and Russia go into an all-out war. |
hammer567:So you are blind to where the Doctor asks for sex in exchange for Botox service for her ![]() If there is going to be any relationship between the doctor and his patient thereafter, it should not be connected to any service offered her in the hospital. That is my argument. |
hammer567:Professionally, the doctor is wrong to have any sexual relationship with his patient (current or past) But being a sex worker she is could have provided a lure. Some will argue the doctor provided his service to her and she also provides her own professional service to the doctor. |
Sad ending. There is no love in many Nigerian marriages today, everybody just dey take advantage of the other person. |
My own view of the story: It sounds like a consensual sexual relationship between the two but they had their disagreement along the way and she is now suing him to take advantage of the fact that he is a medical professional having sexual relationship with his former patient and she is just a sex worker and has nothing to lose in the case. |
Hamas is visiting its most trusted ally in Africa, which is Northern Nigeria. |
These Benue people seem to have a lot of betrayers among them, just like Yoruba. I've been wondering the reason why Fulani attacks against them have been persistent. |
State police will hand key power to the governors, but let's wait for the implementation first. |
adioolayi:I tell you, the fact that the agreed price is ₦7000-8000 not ₦3000 should have any sane person worried about this prospect. Many cement suppliers will still sell above this price so we are looking at cement at ₦10000-12000 before it gets to final users. |
Is it out of the $90k he will pay his coaching staff? |
The lion didn't feed on him, but they couldn't get there in time to save him |
inosuke:Instead of them to first of all provide security by creating State police. |
They say they want to create State police, I hope it won't take eternity for them to do that ![]() |
But do North realize that the Niger Delta cannot farm like them because of oil exploration in their region which sustains the entire country |
Streetdoctor:Especially Yoruba Ronu |
FarmPlanetNG:The most annoying thing about this is that the people who are producing these foods are from Middle Belt which the North is trying to claim as part of itself. They just use their power in govt to capture these foods from Middle Beltan farmers and send them to their so called cousins in Niger Republic. The gravest injustice to humanity is forcing Muslims and Christians in the same country and putting Muslims in charge of the government. |
Once you make a little prosperity in any field, then don award you chieftaincy in Igboland. Shouldn't these chieftaincy titles be based on characters, personal value, fields of accomplishment, rather than financial prosperity and mystique. |
APC and Tinubu are just hellbent on gagging the media freedom ![]() |
Only if this is not the last time we will hear about this. |
This is how this fraudulent man will back out on the plan to create state police. They will soon deny it. Who cursed Nigeria like this? |
This is one state that is a food basket of the country. See the way Nigerian military and police are allowing ordinary vagabond to be chasing them out of their lands, and they are complaining of food inflation in the country ![]() |
Dictatorship never favours anybody. After it has done consuming its opposition, it will end up on its supporters too. It is just a matter of time before Russia gets to the level of North Korea. A country like Russia is allowing one man, Putin, to rule them like a God because of the West. |
Those Yoruba Ronu bastards are no where to be foud again. Hope they are getting their own cement at 1k per 50kg bag from Ronu depot. Useless and evil people |
This is the best move by this government so far. State police not only helps in the fortifications of security within the state but also helps in the devolution of powers to the states to check the excesses of the center. |
Everybody is just fighting to increase their own power in this hell hole. Parliamentary simply transfers most of the presidential powers in the Presidential system to the legislature, not to the people. It didn't give any accountability to the people, in fact it takes power away from them because law makers can stay in office for as long as they want and they get to choose the Prime Minister that runs the country. Have you seen any law makers deserving of such power in Nigeria today? In the Presidential, people can still remove the president after the term limit, but parliamentary can shut that door to the people just by refusing to conduct general elections just like the case in UK for many years now. |
Nigerians are contented with trading banters on social media rather, especially those Ronu bastards who are the most accursed human beings in the country right now, even worse than these Northern bigots. These people have never for once attacked Tinubu but always hellbent in reading words with Obidients on social media. |
