Sorry to say, its quite dull not too realize that we are already at war along several dimensions from conventional to economic to biological to info wars (fake news). In addition Nigeria is at war on several fronts- North, South, East and West. So, just because you don't live in the epicenters of chaos doesn't mean you are totally safe.
